They moved a set of bedroom furniture, desk and chair, lamps, and several boxes of kitchen & personal items from a 3rd floor apartment to the second floor of a private home. The distance of the move was about 20 km and the entire process took less than 4 hours. The movers were very professional and took excellent care of protecting the pieces they were moving. I couldn't have been more pleased and would definitely use this company again!

We are very sorry to hear about the missing and damaged items. We are still trying to locate the bike, but in the meantime the customer can file a claim for these items by going to www.mymoveclaim.com. If the bike is found we will return it to the customer right away but he should include it in the... claim just in case it's not located. We advise the customer to take detailed pictures of the damaged items and submit them with the claim so he may get compensated for his loss.

This company is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend that you contact the owner, who came to assess our move, provided a very detailed estimate, planned the logistics and executed the entire move with no issues or surprises On moving day we had seven friendly movers who moved our sqft home last week-endThe team of movers were outstanding! They were very careful with every single piece, from dismantling, to wrapping and protecting the furniture for the move, and finally helping stage our new home

I had a lot of stuff, and a long move day aheadThey did it in less time than expected, with prompt, efficient and curteous serviceNothing was damed or lost.I recommend them

Am very glad I went with Best Price MovingNot only was my coordinator fantastic, but my movers were courteous, friendly and professional I had a move that could have been very difficult for everyone (3rd floor of a walk-up, so furniture and boxes had to be moved down double flights of stairs) My coordinator made sure that the movers were well aware of the situation, so everything went smoothly Would definitely recommend to anyone

After researching many moving companies (about 10) myself, Best Price was the one that gave me best cost/benefitThe foreman was always helpful on the phone to arrange everything for the moving dayWhen the big day arrived, I had two guys and a truckThe guys were very gentle with our furniture and unbelievable fastAlthough I lived in a small brapartment, and had few furniture, I moved in to a big townhouse with bedrooms, and even though the stories, the guys did everything in almost hoursAs I knew, I had to pay for the full time charge (minimum hours and 1/for travelling charge), but overall was worthyI had some few scratches in my furniture, but I just ignored it, because I know such things are difficult to avoid it

Best Price Moving Inc("Best Price") moved my personal belongings from Chicago to North Carolina At first, the sales agent with Best Price, Lisa, was extremely persistent and logged an unbelievable amount of emails and phone calls to obtain my business After low balling my estimate to win my business, the service went out the window from that point on It was apparent from the start that Best Price exhibited an extreme lack of care/respect for my belongings, as my items were poorly packages and thrown on to the truck This lack of care continued throughout the move and delivery of my items, which resulted in significant monetary and personal losses When I attempted to call the customer service line to help remediate issues, including tracking down lost and undelivered items, I ran into a wall No one could help me and I never recieved the call backs I was promised - despite my persistent efforts They also had a bunch of hidden fees and extra charges they threw on during both pickup and delivery - despite the many vocal promises from the Sales staff I was given that my estimate was final All in all, I estimated over $2,in losses from all grievances Best Price should consider putting this same effort they have into winning business as the care of the move, as I am confident my experience was not unique

Both companies are placing the blame on each other so clearly they are both in the wrong and should own up to their poor communication and customer service. Best Price Moving & Storage was hired as a carrier for the customer. All communications about delivery and other issues have to be done through an American Moving & Storage representative. Any claims for delays must be done through American Moving & Storage.

great attitude, strong lads working in a measured way (note, I packed myself) three lads arrived on time, protected the floors in a heritage listed home, moved everything down the street, unloaded, assembled and removed all garbage no complaintsno damagevery respectful and hardworking they even helped move furniture around to get the right location
