that the purchase was for a different company in NJ.When I spoke to *** *** *** he told me that the company "chose to have all complaints go to Best Price Photo".My invoice states that I bought the camera from Americas Camera while my bank charge is to ***I do not feel is right for this horrible company to be able to choose which of their shell companies gets the complaints.I truly thought that Revdex.com would be able to help here, but given the flexibility Revdex.com is giving the company I am not sure Revdex.com is working in the best interest of the consumer.Since I searched Revdex.com for America Camera prior to my purchase I would like to see a complaint against THAT company though I realize I would need to go back to the NJ Revdex.com. Review: I placed an order on September **, 2013 over the phone through a rep named [redacted] (###-###-#### Ext. [redacted]) of a camera Fuji X100S camera for 1,399.99. Best Price Photo ("BPP") proceeded to charge for the product, however they have refused to deliver for no reason. I've tried contacting them over the phone, however they just transfer me around for hours. At this point, I just want my money reimbursed.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of 1,399.99 to my credit card ending [redacted].

Review: I ordered a camera on this website. On the next day I have received the phone call. They offered me two types of battery without any mention of it's price. I agreed to order this one since I believed that they were just asking me which one I would like to have in the camera kit. Then I was offered me memory card (16GB) for $59. When I was questioning this price they reassured me that it is necessary Thefor that kind of camera to buy very high quality memory card for that much money and since they stated a condition that it was going to be cheaper than the [redacted] I agreed. Then I requested them to get a half-firm protection case business for the camera. I was offered one for $19. The business failed to provide the itemized bill. I have never had a chance to cancel the order since they did not send me an email confirming and stating the quality and price of the items ordered. In my opinion this was more than necessary since 3 of 4 items had been ordered via the phone and 1 of them via the Internet. I believe that that the contract is not even valid in part which includes camera accessories. 1. I could not even agree with the price of the battery since I had never heard it on the phone, I believed that it was free item included in the original camera kit. When I called them they told me that battery was $99. 2. They did not send the memory card for $59 but for $89 which can be bought for $20 on [redacted] or everywhere else since it was a non-brand item. This price is incredibly unfair and exceeds the contract's condition. 3. The case which I received is made from soft foam (its not half firm) as I ordered. What I see on the invoice are all this items plus 1-year warranty - everything for $ 0.00 and the package $549.99. Invoice like this is not acceptable. But since I have proof that the camera was only $319.99 (around $340.00 including the taxes) I just want to return all the items except from camera. Bestpricephoto.com told me when I finally manage to call their customer service that it is not possible to return particular item of the package. I do not want return whole package since I am partly satisfied and I would order the same camera after paying the restocking fee which is 15 percent of the price, not the real value of products. At this moment Bestpricephoto has still not provided the RMA number which is neccessary to send the items back.Desired Settlement: I insist on providing me the RMA. Since it is clear how much the camera costed ($319.99 excluding tax) I would like to get the rest of the package price refunded. I am ready to send those three items (battery, memory card, case) immediately since that is not what I had ordered and the contract is not valid in this part. I expect $ 230.00 refunded.

I have contacted my bank to ask them if they received any credit from BestPricePhoto. I had to do this since BestPricePhoto decided to credit my credit card which does not exist anymore - at least it is invalid even though I suggested them to send a paycheck or transfer money to my Bank of America account.

Review: ordered a Nikon COOLPIX L820 Digital Camera on Aug**, I later received a phone call and email confirming the order on Aug** along with purchased being charged the same day. The 24-48 hour processing window has long passed and emails have just been returned from a email bot asking me to call their horrible customer service line. First call was on Aug **, after being hung up on multiple times I was finally able to talk to a person asking for a tracking number as I have not received one yet. Was told that it was shipped and I would receive a notice when it comes into the USA. Called again Sep * for any more details, as the projected delivery date has long passed and had yet to receive a ANY proof that the package was even shipped. Was told that the camera was shipped out the [redacted] (so the original date was a lie) and can take 3-4 weeks to reach the USA. Tried to call again Sep ** and no response. Was placed on hold for 45 minutes before the line falling dead.Desired Settlement: To refund the money and to delete any personal data of the purchase.

Review: I ordered a Canon PowerShot G1 X Digital Camera online from the company, [redacted], based in [redacted]. The order was placed a year ago. To this date they have refused to give us a receipt (despite multiple requests), never provided a tracking number, and most importantly, never sent the camera. They did, however, charge our credit card $479.99, and it is now too late to dispute the charge. I called [redacted] again today. I pressed #2 at the prompt to speak to customer service. After a long hold, a man picked up. I explained the situation to him. He said that he was just an answering service, that [redacted] went out of business, and there is no way to contact them to address the matter. I then called [redacted] again, and this time I pressed #1 at the prompt to place an order. A man picked up right away (no hold) and asked me for my order. I said that I heard that [redacted] was out of business, and he replied that they can still take orders. I told him that I would call back.If [redacted] can still accept money from people placing orders, then I do not believe they are out of business, and I need the charge for the camera they never sent to me to be refunded. Review: I ordered a Canon DSLR 6D body on Sept *, 2013, at bestpricephoto.com. The second day on Sept *, the business charged $1,239.99 to my credit card. After one month, the order was still in process and had never been delivered. So I cancelled this order on Oct. *, 2013. The cancellation was done over phone call to ###-###-####, and a cancellation confirmation number was given at my explicit request. The business told me that the refund will be credited to my credit card in two weeks. As of today (Nov **, 2013) I have not received any refund from this business.

I called the business again today at ###-###-#### as listed on the bestpricephoto.com site, and was told that the Best Price Photo is out of business. The domain name bestpricephoto.com is now owned by another company, who owes no money from me. Then the phone call was handed up by the other end.Desired Settlement: Best Price Photo must immediately provide a full refund of $1,239.99 to be credited back to my credit card.

Review: Ordered a Canon 4Ti on ** June 2013 on-line via BPP website. On ** June I received an email confirmation of Order# [redacted]. BPP debited my credit card on the [redacted] of june. The web site stated that the free shipping was 5 to 7 business days, the email confirmation stated that it would be shipped within 48 business hours. When I called back multiple times BPP could never provide a shipping tracking number. In fact every time I called I was told that it would be another 5 -7 more days. When I would tell them that they told me that before, they told me that the camera was shipped. On * July after repeating this exact conversation with [redacted], I requested that the order be cancelled. [redacted] told me that my credit card would be credited within 3-5 business days. I called back on * July and spoke with an [redacted] who identified himself as the owner. [redacted] told me that my credit card account would credited within 15 days. When I asked [redacted] if he could do any better than that, as he had immediately charged my credit card when the camera was ordered. [redacted] responded that he could wait 30 days. I informed [redacted] and I intended to dispute the charge with my credit card company and that I had the Revdex.com website on my computer, [redacted] said that he would also send a letter to the Revdex.com and that he would definitely wait 30 days to credit my credit cardDesired Settlement: I wish that credit card to be credited for the full purchase price of $574.99 today if possible

im not sure where this consumer got the information of 3-5 business days our website clearly stats we have a 10-14 business days for a refund to post just like other retail locations some take up to 30 days we do take up to 14 as well on our website it did state ground orders do take 7-10 business days to deliver so not sure where they got 5-7 days when [redacted] spoke with this consumer after letting them know it does take up to 14 business days and them threatening to contact the Revdex.com we mentioned to them that it states in our site all this info then they said they would dispute the charge with there credit card company and that is when [redacted] let them know if they dispute it might be 30 days before a refund is given do to it putting the funds on hold

Review: I ordered a camera from BestPricePhoto.com a month ago. I never received the invoice or shipping number they said I would get via email. I called them three times about that and they said there was a problem with their vendor. Then after the delivery date came and went I called multiple times to find out that it was "lost in customs." They said they would give me a $30 credit but it was on the way. Two weeks later I still didn't have it. I called five times, was hung up on four in the middle of complaining. Then they said this wasn't the same company I ordered from even though the URL and all contents of the website were the same besides a new phone number they were directing customers to call. Apparently I should have checked other places online - this seems to be something they do with great regularity to customers. A simple search online of customer reviews has horror stories. They charged my credit card almost $400 and kept me off for a month for the charges to clear. Have also contacted the credit card company to see what can be done about this fraudulent transaction.Desired Settlement: A full refund and would love to see them shut down. This is terrible business practice that should not be allowed to continue.

Review: Hello,I purchased a Nikon D3200 camera body on ** OCT14 from an online company called America Camera but was billed for the item by [redacted] on **OCT14.As I thought this was odd I did a search on Revdex.com for complaints against either company but found none.After no communication and no product I have repeatedly contacted the America Camera people requesting a status of my product. I have been repeatedly told it was on its way and that "we state on the website it will take 21 days". I contacted them again on the [redacted] day (*NOV14) and they stated that the item was shipping and I would receive it on *NOV14. After not receiving it or receiving any tracking information I contacted them on *NOV14 to request status. I was told that "the item was lost in shipping and we refunded your money on *NOV14". I told the person that I was told that it was shipping on *NOV14 and that I have not seen a refund in my bank account. I was told that "it takes 7 to 10 working days to process the refund".When searching for [redacted] on Revdex.com I get Best Price Photo. When I search for America Camera I get no results. I simply do not have confidence that this company is acting honorably or actually intends to refund my money. It appears to be very odd that there are now three companies somehow related.Are they just changing company names and locations ?Repeated phone calls have not helped. Either they place me on hold until the line finally hangs up on me or they keep transferring me to someone that puts me on hold - only to be disconnected. I received a confirmation call for my order on 09/**/2013, followed by an email stating my order had been processed and would ship within 48 business hours, then arrive with 7-10 business days after that. Review: I have made a purchase of a camera(canon eos 7D) on September **, 2013. They were supposed to send me the tracking number within 5 days. I have called them several times with no luck of speaking to a live agent. I was be able to get through once at which the agent told me that I will get the camera within three days. ,Today is October ** and every time I checked the order, it says "in process" I asked them for refund but they refused. This is very dishonest business misleading customers. Since the camera has not been shipped, they have no reason not to refund my credit card.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my credit card

Review: The merchant, BestPricePhoto, sent me a "refurbished" camcorder. I purchased and paid for a "brand new" camcorder, not a used one. I called [redacted], the manufacturer of the camcorder product which I ordered from BestPricePhoto, and they informed me that the merchant "over inflated" the price of the "used" camcorder which they sold me.

According to [redacted], the HC-V700PK camcorder sold "brand new" as of July 2012, for $550.00

BestPricePhoto, over inflated the price of this "used" camcorder, and they sold me a used camcorder (with a 90-day warranty) when I was explicitly told that I would be sent a "brand new" camcorder.

Months ago, the merchant already received the product back. I returned the "incorrect" used camcorder to them via FedEx (from their mailing label they emailed to me) on July **, 2013.

According to FedEx, the returned product with tracking number [redacted], was signed by "[redacted]" on July [redacted] 2013.

The merchant sent me the wrong product, over inflated, the price, yet they already have the returned product now.Desired Settlement: The merchant must immediately issue a full refund check in the amount of: $798.95
