Review: I ordered a camera from [redacted] on the 08/**/2013 with a promised shipping time of 7 days. After two weeks of waiting I contacted them and they guaranteed a shipping of the item in two days time. After 4 days I contacted them again and they told me the same. I called a third and a fourth time and every time they had some other reason why my product hasn't shipped. I had read the online reviews for that company by that time and I realized that my product wouldn't be shipped in a reasonable amount of time. As I needed the camera for a trip, I cancelled my order on the 09/**/2013. By that time the company already had taken the money from my account, so they promised a full refund on my Account as per their policy. Since that time I am trying to get them to refund my money, but they keep on telling me different things, from they are not responsible for the refund to they never received a cancellation. Since a few weeks I cannot get them at the phone at all and they never reacted to Emails in the past.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for my money, as they promised me that orally and state that also in their policies. I never received the ordered product and they couldn't provide evidence that it was even shipped.

Review: On 8/** I was charged for a camera I ordered from best price photo. An emil from them on that date stated my order would be shoipped in 48 business hours, 2 phone calls, weeks later I was told on each occasion I would get a trcking number the following day, that never happened. It has nnow been three weeks and I have not received a tracking number ir shipping confirmation. I was also told I needed to updrage the battery on my camera and charged and additional $70, (there is only 1 battery that fits this camera I later learned), the camera I ordered states it comes with a battery already. Having done some reasearch on Best Price Photo, I see the NUMEROUS complaints filed against the already with the same issues.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded for my order which I have not received in the amount of $499

Review: I ordered a Panasonic Lumix FZ200 digital camera on Monday September [redacted] 2013 for $459.99 & received an order confirmation ([redacted]). I paid using my debit card as they did not accept Amex. The following day I received a call from the company trying to up-sell a higher proceed extended life battery which I declined. I asked for confirmation that the item for sale was brand new, complete & boxed which I was given. I was told that my order would be shipped with 48 hours & I received a further email to say that it was being despatched from their warehouse. No tracking number was given. My checking account was charged the same day. As I have not received the order I have been trying to contact the company for the last 3 days. I have tried all of the numbers listed on their emails & website but although the call is answered by their automatic system, it is cut off as soon as I choose an option from the menu. I have emailed them asking for a tracking number but have had no response. I've searched online & discovered there are many complaints against this company for non delivery or delivery of reconditioned items they are attempting to pass off as new. I believe that I have been scammed.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded forthwith so that I can purchase the item from a reputable source. I would also like to see this business's website shut down as they are obvious not a reputable seller.

there is no scam she ordered a product which is an imported unit which does take 3-4 weeks for delivery if she does not want to wait we may refund her its not fair for her to tell us we are scamming her she ordered this on the [redacted] of September so she was told she would get this till at least the first week of October but no further action is required we will cancel her order

Review: I ordered an item (camera) and then canceled the order within 24 hours (prior to it being shipped). I was told that my order would be canceled and that my card had been already billed, but would be refunded. I ordered it July **, 2013, and canceled several hours later on July **, 2013. Today is 08/**/2013, and I have been repeatedly told by their customer service that my card is being refunded. However, this has not occurred! I have since read NUMEROUS complaints about this company with similar or worse experiences.Desired Settlement: Refund the full amount debited to my card: $599.99

I request a specific timeline/deadline for action taken by the merchant to refund my money. It has been nearly 1 month since the order was canceled, and I was told I would receive a refund. I have received no products or services from this merchant. They have simply taken my money and have refused to refund it to me. It has been WELL BEYOND the 10-14 business days that the merchant referred to as their refund period. This is unacceptable and fraudulent.

Review: Ordered camera on September ** and credit card charged $349.99. Never received camera. Called many times and spent many hours on hold. Finally got through and talked to someone on October 10 and was told "our shipper sent it to the wrong address." I was told that the money would be refunded but since they told me that the camera could be re-ordered, I opted to have them ship me the camera. Review: I ordered a Camera from this company on sept [redacted] 2013 and the next morning had done some research and found that they have a very very poor rating with the Revdex.com. I called to cancel my order on sept [redacted] 2013 and they would hang up on me. I email them to cancel the order less then 24 hours from placing the order to cancel and they would not reply! They said the order would not ship for 48 hours so I was doing everything in my power to stop them from shipping the camera. The customer service depart will never pick up the phone. When I call the sale dept they ask who I am and when I tell them they hang up! I will refuse the order from fedex if it has been shipped. I have filed a dispute with my credit card co and best price photo will not respond! I have never been treated so poorly by a retail store in my life! This has been very stressful!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Refund credit card in full!

Review: I ordered a Nikon D3200 D-SLR Camera w/NIKKOR 18-55mm G VR Lens (Black) from [redacted] and did not receive it yet. I ordered the item on September *, 2013, I had no problem waiting for the [redacted] to be over so they can process my order, they had a special price for that weekend so I ordered it that day to keep that price. On September **, 2013 I received a phone call from a representative after the holiday to confirm my order. I did confirm my order and I was told to wait 4-6 weeks for the product to arrive at my home. That day, my credit card account was charged $438.76 for that item. I called bestpricephoto several times on October **-**, 2013 to find out what happened to my package and no one answered my call. I also emailed them on October **-**, 2013 to find out about the product and I still didn't get any response. I tried both numbers given on the website and emails sent to me, ###-###-#### & ###-###-####, and neither worked. I was put on hold for both numbers for over 20 minutes until I hung up and tried many times again. Even the extension, [redacted], that was given to me did not work anymore, the phone would automatically disconnect. I would really appreciate if the full amount of $438.76 be put back to my credit card as soon as possible and for no restocking fee to be deducted. I would really appreciate your help resolving this matter.

Have called 12 times since August [redacted] thru September [redacted] and first told I would get a credit on my credit card (never did) and then one each of the next calls I would get a check (never received anything). I did however contact my credit card company and they are also trying to correct this problem. My credit card company has given me a credit on my credit card while they try to correct the situation.

Review: I purchased a canon t5i camera from bestpricephoto.com on september **, 2013 and received an email to confirm my purchase on september **, 2013. I received another email on september [redacted] that my credit card was charged and my order would be shipped within 48 hours. I had not received a tracking number or notification of shipment from the website since that date (today is October *, 2013). I tried contacting the number they provided on their email several times for the past couple of days with no success. I tried contacting them via email with no success either. Today I called them again and spoke with a gentleman who I explained the situation and that I wanted to cancel my order since he could not provide me a tracking number for the item. He put me on hold and never came back to my call. I called back again and was put on hold again with the same result. I called back 4 separate times and was hung up on twice and put on hold two more times. Upon further research, I checked the Revdex.com website and found 98 complaints against this website. The same issue had been filed against this website numerous times and I would like my money back since the company did not deliver the product I ordered and was avoiding my phone calls to cancel my order.Desired Settlement: I would like the website to provide me a full refund of $797.99 since they did not provide me my tracking number for my order and did not deliver the item I ordered in time.

Review: Ordered an camera online on 7/*/2013 and was charged on the same day (order number [redacted]). The camera and 16 MB memory cards were not shipped until July ** and arrived on July **. Prior to that period I recieved no online affirmation as to the status, when the order would ship, etc. When I called I spend a massive amount of time on hold. When I finally did speak to a person, they attempted to sell me additional products. When I did recieve the camera is was not what I ordered. Again, I contacted their "call" center and recived a huge runaround. That's when I asked for a return autorization, which they did provide. The product was shipped back on July **, 2012 via Fed-ex. On August ** s I checked my credit card statement to see if I had been credited, this had not occurred. I called BPP on the same day and asked if it had been recieved and I was told yes. I was informed that my refund would come in the form of a check to be mailed on August **. As of this day, still no refund for in the amount of 284.84. I've spend more wasted time trying to contact this "people" but I either stay on hold or I'm disconnected.Desired Settlement: I want my money back now!!!

Review: Basically, I made an order with them. On the website, it said that it was a Nikon Coolpix aw100 but they sent me a refurbished one instead. I complained that they sent me a refurb so they sent me a return label. They recieved my return a month ago and still have not given me a refund. I've called so many times and they keep pushing the date back on when they will give it to me. Every time I call, they say, "you will get your refund by the 27" next time I call, "you will get it on the [redacted]". They have many reviews I saw on google on how they steal peoples money and never refund it to the customer. The last time I I called there is this one guy who works the customer service, and he just went off at me. He insulted me and cursed at me because I wouldn't except another refurbished camera.Desired Settlement: All I wan't is my money back. They obviously keep pushing the date of when they will refund me until I stop calling. They owe me $189.95
