Review: It about a month since I ordered a Nikon 3200 D-SLR. I ordered it on [redacted] Aug hoping that I'll get it by [redacted] Sept. I got a call saying that battery will we for 20 mins only and asked me for upgrade, which I did and I was told that it will be shipped in 2-3 days. I was told that the ordered was shipped on [redacted] Aug but still I am waiting for my order. Now a days they have stopped picking up the calls at customer service. I tried on monday and still on Tuesday, my single call was not picked up.Please help me getting my money back.Desired Settlement: Either deliver my product in this week or I want my money back.

I called to cancel the order on August **, 2013 and Bestpricephoto told me that my refund will be in the next 10-14 days. I waited for 14 days but my money was not refunded to my account. This company have also hung up on me several times. I have emailed and they refuse to answer any of my question and told me to call them for information but when I call, they kept on hanging up on me. They picked up the phone one time and told me that the money will be fully refund to my account on September **, 2013 ( this conversation was recorded by me). I waited again but my money was still not refund back. Review: I ordered a Nikon Camera over the internet for $649.95 . [redacted] from Best Price Photo called me to confirm address and left message because I was not available. I talked to him 4 days later. He tried to sell me a battery and a charger at $149.00 He also tried to upgrade lenses and case. I told him I wanted what I originally ordered. I tried calling today to cancel my order. I tried at 10.00 a.m. since that is what the recording said. I called [redacted] and did not get an answer. I tried all extensions but no one answered. I called back and put in extension [redacted] and got a person and told him I wanted to cancel my order. He told me to call back at 4:00 to customer service; said they were too busy to answer calls and to try then. I called at 4:00 and got a recording that business hours Monday thru Thursday were 9:30 a.m to 7:00 p.m. It was 4:10 p.m. and they were already closed. I would like to cancel my order with this company but no one answers the phone.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be canceled. The amount has not been posted to my account yet, but the charge is there. In the event that my order is not cancelled and I have problems returning the camera to them I would like help so that I am not charged with this amount. Review: I placed an order for a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS30 Digital Camera (Black) in the amount of $349.99 on August **, 2013. Order# [redacted]. Review: we purchased a camera in June ** on bestpricephoto.com.Canon EOS Rebel T3i Digital Camera W/EF-S 18-135mm and also bought a strap. the total on the confirmation email was $668.78 dollars.We were called if we would like to update the charger which was 19.99 and we agreed. we received the camera almost a month later after many frustrating calls because each time we were told they would ship soon but they did not and when we tried to call again, each time they hanged up the phone or transferred to a number which nobody answers.finally we received the camera. but on the credit card statement we saw we were charged 832.86 dollars.we called them up.again as soon as they hear my complaint either they transferred to a number with no answer or hang up the phone.I called them from a different number. they answer ,transfer me to a no place.I call again and they hang up the phone. Review: I ordered "Nikon D5200 Digital SLR Camera with 18-105mm Lens (Black)" on-line at [redacted] for total price $819.99 on 08/**/2013 and chose 7 to 9 Business Day ground shipping. My order was charged 08/**/2013 (Order# [redacted] ) and my bank can proof that. However I haven't received it. My order was cancelled by shop workers (as they told me by phone) 08/**/2014 because I left the USA and they couldn't order it in time. I also haven't received confirmation of cancellation. I am citizen of Ukraine, so I am in my country now. At my personal info in this form you can see billing and shipping address which I used for the order (when I tried to put my Ukrainian address in form the system told it was wrong ). I tried to managed this problem from Ukraine also. I called and sent them e-mails during few months (more than 20 times in amount), but they just promised to figure out that problem and start to hang up on me then. That's also really hard to reach somebody in the office, so I had to wait on line for 10 minutes for couple of times to be connected. One American friend of mine also called them and they promised to figure this out, but they didn't.

Review: I placed a camera order (order #[redacted]) on August **, 2013. I received an email stating that I needed to call them to complete the order. When I tried to call, they were on holiday from September * through September *. I called again on September [redacted], at which point they asked if I wanted to add batteries to my order (I didn't). I received an email that day stating that my order was charged and would be shipped within 48 business hours. By September [redacted], my order had still not arrived, and I tried calling multiple times to see what was causing the delay. I would then be kept on hold for 20 minutes at a time before the call was dropped. I emailed again, and received an apparently automated message to call back. I finally reached someone on the [redacted], and they said that I would receive an email confirmation of the shipment of my order that week. This did not occur. I emailed again today, and received the same (apparently automated) request to call. My call was never answered. It has now been over a month since my original order, my credit card has been charged, and I have not received my order. When searching for reviews of this company online, I find that many people have experienced the exact same treatment. I have retained all emails and phone history to document this statement.Desired Settlement: I would still accept delivery of the item that I ordered in a timely manner. Review: I ordered a camera and accessories from Best Price Photo on July **, 2013 totaling $237.96. The next day they called to confirm my order and up sold me accessories. The clerk also said he would give me a better camera. The new total came to $329.00. I immediately called the clerk back and said that I wanted the original camera that I ordered. He said he would do it. I emailed the company asking for a new itemized list of products I had ordered and how much they cost as to be sure I was getting the correct items. They emailed me in return saying if I had any questions, please call them. The camera and accessories were delivered and the wrong camera was sent. I called Best Price Photo and said that I wanted to return everything because I was not happy with the way that they did business. They make changes with you over the phone and then there is no paper trail to follow. When I called the customer service department, they said that I could return the camera and accessories but there would be a 15% restocking fee. I told him that this was absurd since they had sent me the wrong camera and he hung up on me. I have since returned the camera and accessories. They were signed for on August **, 2013 by Best Price Photo. I have called multiple times (and been put on hold for long periods of time) to inquire about my refund and have been told that the warehouse is still processing the return. My credit card has been charged and I have not seen a dime of my refund. Review: I ordered a camera from this business's online site on September [redacted]. I have yet to receive it. On the site it says that the order is still "in-process", which goes against their policy that all orders will be processed within a 48 hour time period.

I have attempted to call the company during business hours on several different lines on multiple occasions but never get a human speaker, let alone a voicemail box. Just 10 minutes of hold music, in which the call abruptly terminates itself.

I also have emailed this company on September ** inquiring about this issue and warned them that I would file a complaint if nothing was resolved. I have yet to get any sort of response from them. The only thing they were prompt with was charging my card upon placing my order.Desired Settlement: I want the camera that I ordered, fair and simple. At this stage, considering that a month has passed without receiving it, I request that when the business finally gets its act together they send it to my California address on a 1-day shipping plan from their New York warehouse, paid at their expense. Review: I order a camera form this company on ** August and was told that it would take 7 to 9 business days for ground shipping. After I called the company three (3) times, each time I was told that the camera would arrive on about the 25, despite the fact that the advertisement stated that it would take 7-9 business days. Also, I was told that I should have clicked on the line that says IMPORT and I would have learned that it was coming from CANON (which sounded like Canada) and that IMPORT meant that it would take a few extra days. It is approaching a month (** Sep) and this is unacceptable. Shortly after I made the order, two-to-three days, I was called back and my order was discussed, the individual asked if I wanted to buy batteries, but made no mention of the fact that I would be expected to wait close to a month, before I received my merchandise -- if I had been told that I would have to wait a month, instead of the 7-9 business days as clearly advertised, I would have asked for a refund -- no question about it.Desired Settlement: I want my the merchandise before ** September, which is even ridiculous to have to ask for, even if it is coming from Japan (which is also ridiculous), otherwise, I would like a complete and full immediate return of my funds. I received email on the [redacted] confirming the order and the email stated that it would take 48 to 72 hours to process then 7 to 9 business days for shipping. Monday I received a phone call from Bestpricephoto to verify that I placed the order, they never said there would be a delay on the shipping time. then on 8/**/2013 I called they said that the lens was ordered from another vendor an I could not cancel the order an I would be receiving a tracking # when it reached Fed-ex. By 9/**/2013 I still had not received the lens so I called again was told the lens was a special order item and I would receive on 9/**/2013. Review: On August *, 2013 I ordered, online, a Canon Rebel T3 (camera body only), for $259.95. According to the shipment information on the website I would receive the camera in 7 to 9 days.

On September **, I received an email stating they tried calling my phone number but could not reach me. They also said that to ensure that the order ships in a timely manner to contact them at ###-###-####.

When I called them, they told me that they wanted to confirm that I ordered only the body of the camera and that I will receive it in 10 to 15 days. Later the same day I received another email saying that the order has been charged and was just sent to their warehouse, and that the order will be shipped within 48 business hours. They included in the email the “Order Status Update:” Order# [redacted].

The next day on, September **, my bank account reflected a withdrawal of $259.95 by Best Price Photo, ###-###-####, New York.

On October *, I sent them an email asking them why 20 days had passed but I that I had not yet received the camera. They responded that to get more information to contact the Verification Department to assist me. The telephone that they give me was ###-###-####, ext [redacted].

I called them repeatedly from California, where I live. The time zone difference is inconvenient, but I also missed time from work, because is difficult to contact the New York office by telephone before they closed.

I contacted them at least 3 to 4 times. On one occasion they give me a new date of delivery. When that day came and went, they told me that the UPS had lost my package and that they will give me a refund of my money. They also said that I would receive my refund in three days. A week passed and I called again, then they hung up on me. I called another number and they made me wait 40 minutes. After that, somebody very apologetic says that I will receive the money by the [redacted] of October. As of today, I have not received the money and I believe it is necessary to contact a third party and write a complaint in order to demand the $259.95.Desired Settlement: 1. I want the complete refund of my $259.95 immediately.

Review: I have more than one issue with this company. I had purchased an external flash, 72 mm filters, 32 gb memory cards, a 28-135 mm lens, and a lens hood. the flash was sold to me for 79.99 and I have found that exact flash listed for 48.00 elsewhere. I found the 50.00 filters they sold to me for 10.00 elsewhere. I had also found the memory cards were much cheaper than they had sold them to me for. The lens was the only good deal out of the products. I had called back to say that I had found these other products on multiple different sites for much lower costs and the sales person became very defensive. I feel they are not honest and I have made other purchases with them before. When I had asked to return everything but the lens and the lens hood they told me they could not do that becuase it was a "package deal" which I did not agree to any "package" and they return policy says nothing of the sort. It says you have 30 days from purchase to return. I wanted the lens so they gave me a 50.00 credit and sent me a memory card reader/writer which is a 9.00 product at best.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to take back and refund me for the flash and the filters. I am stuck trying to sell them for what they are truly worth. Review: Ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS15 from the company 05-**-13. Recieved a phone call stating the camera was out of stock but they said they would "upgrade" the camera to a Panasoinc Lumix DMC-ZS19. I said the exchange would work for me. I received the DMC-ZS19 camera from the company. It was a refurbished model. I was not told it was refurbished and called the company to return the camera as it was not new. Salesman "[redacted] asked if I would keep the camera and he would take $30.00 off the price. I declined and the company provided me postage to send it back. This was on 05-**-13. I checked the tracking on the camera and found that it had been recieved on 05-**-13. I waited for a refund to my credit card. On 06[redacted]-13 I called the company who said that they were posting the refund that day. I called my credit card company on 07-**-13 and they still hadn't recieved the refund. The charge to my card is $169.99.Desired Settlement: I would like them to credit my card for $169.99.

Review: I placed an order online. I then received an email confirmation with my expected charges. I then checked my credit card statement to see that they charged nearly $500 more. I called to see what the problem was, as I thought they had charged me for someone else's order. They were terribly rude on the phone and refused to help me. I said I wanted to cancel the order and they said the only way they could process a refund was to continue sending the higher priced items and then have me return them with a penalty for restocking. When I called the second and third time, I was told my husband had called in to handle this...and I am not married! Then I was put on hold for over 45 minutes each time and then hung up on. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card refunded for the entire amount charged. My original invoice was $704.93. My credit card was charged $1,199 and I never received any product! People should know what a terrible, robbing company this is. I do not think I should have to incur penalties for restocking either.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Best Price Photo regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I went to my credit card company also to contest the charge on my card. The credit card company informed me that they did not ever get a pespnose from Best Price Photo. To this day, I never received the products I ordered and have had no further contact with the company.

Review: I ordered a camera from BPP on June [redacted]. On June [redacted] they charged my credit card and called me to verify my mailing address and said the camera would be shipped within a couple of days. One June **, ** and ** I called and each time was told the camera was mailed and they were waiting to get a tracking number and would email it to me when they had it. I was told the camera was being shipped via Fed X, so I expected it shortly. By July *, when I had 1) no camera 2) no tracking number, I cancelled my order and on July [redacted] I called to reconfirm that the order had been cancelled. On July ** I called and spoke with [redacted] who said my credit would be done on Friday July [redacted]. Today I called again, spoke to [redacted] again, and was told the credit was scheduled for this Friday, July **. Apparently they fast forward to each Friday. I suspect I am never getting my credit. nor was I ever getting the camera. I should have read their reviews before I ever picked up the phone to call them.Desired Settlement: Credit of $364.95 to my credit card.
