Review: I ordered a digital camera from this company on September **, 2013. On September **, 2013 I received an email indicating my order would be shipped in the next "48 business hours". On September **, 2013 I called this company and requested a status on my order and was told that my order would be shipping that day and that I would be getting an email confirmation of the tracking number. I did not receive any email. I called again on October *, 2013 and was told that my order would be arriving by October *, 2013 and that the item was shipping from overseas and I should receive an email when the item entered the USA. Finally, I called again on October **, 2013 and was told that my item was on back order despite being already told that my item had been shipped. At this time I was offered a refund in the full purchase amount which I accepted. I was told that my refund would be processed within the next five days. By October **, 2013 I had not received a refund or email confirmation of a refund and called again during which I was informed that I would be receiving the refund by October **, 2013. This did not happen and I called again on November *, 2013. This time the individual that answered the phone would only say "they're closed" and that "this is the phone company answering".Desired Settlement: I would like for this business to provide me with a refund immediately. If possible, I would also like to have this business closed for false business practices.

Review: I returned the product to Best Price Photo 4 months ago and still have not received my refund. I have spoken to a customer representative on four separate occasions and each time, they provided a new/different story saying that the refund had been issued and I should expect to see the refund in my bank statement in a "few days". I still have not received said refund. The last time I called, the individual said a "check was mailed out" issuing my refund. I still have not received said check in the mail and it has been two weeks. I have written two emails regarding this issue and have never received a single reply.Desired Settlement: Actually Issue my refund that they have said they would on four different occasions.

Review: I ordered a lens from the company ([redacted]) and they sent the wrong lens (a lens for a different camera). I called to tell them and they admitted to sending the wrong lens (They sold me the camera as well), and said to send the lens back and they would refund my money. I sent the lens back, at my expense, but never got the money. After I called to ask about the refund, they told me that they could only give me store credit; we went back and forth about this for many months. Finally I just decided to buy another lens from them and take the store credit. I called, and after spending 16 minutes on the phone ordering the new lens, I told the sales guy, ([redacted]) about the store credit and he looked it up, said he saw no record of it (which they always say) and said he would have to transfer me to costumer service, then hung up on me. I immediately tried to call back, and they would not answer; I tried to call costumer service and they would not answer. Now I cannot get anyone on the phone there, nor get an email response.Desired Settlement: Preferably cash or cheque refund.

Review: Ordered a camera online based on its lower price on Sunday August **, 2013. Total of order was $529.95 (Order [redacted]. Immediately I received a call from a salesperson to "correct my order" with the proper accessories, suddenly the total was $909.98. He immediately hung up. After doubting this assessment and the steep increase of the total, I called back to cancel the order. They requested to put it in writing, which I did the same day via e-mail. I called the bank's credit card service provider [redacted] to advise them that this transaction had been cancelled, not to pay the vendor. They went ahead and paid up. I filed for an investigation with the card issuer on August **, 2013 with all the supporting documents (case # [redacted]) and closed my credit card account since I felt unprotected.Eventually I received a box from Best Price Photo on the [redacted] of august, 2103. I returned the box on August **, 2013 contents unsettled, using a Return for Refund slip they required (RMA#[redacted]). To this day I haven't received a credit or refund from Best Price Photo. I have calle in numerous occasions and they are very rude and unresponsive, leaving me on the phone for 20+ minutes and later hanging up. I get daily calls from the card issuer wanting me to pay for something I don't have and getting threats that this will affect my credit.Desired Settlement: Receive a full credit for this transaction to my Credit Card and to restore my credit if it has been damaged by this transaction.

The company emailed me the following information to confirm the order (Order # - [redacted]) [ Your order has been Charged & was just sent to our warehouse, your order will be shipped within 48 business hours, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us at ###-###-#### [redacted] & we will be glad to help. You have requested our free ground shipping service, please allow 10 to 12 Business days from when the order was processed to receive your package. Your order was processed on August **, 2013. Once your package reaches the first checkpoint you will be issued a tracking number. For more information, please contact our Verification Department to assist you. They will be open from 11am - 5pm EST. You can reach them at ###-###-####. ] Unfortunately, I have not received my product or any correspondence of my order. The above correspondence stated that I would receive my product 10 to 12 business days; however, it is far past the 10 to 12 business days listed in the email. In addition, the correspondence with Best Price Photo stated that I would receive a tracking number when the package has reached the first checkpoint. Review: I had just filed a complaint about bestpricephoto the other day (9/*/13) about how it has been well over the shipping terms of 7-9 business days. I'd ordered on Aug. [redacted] and still had not received the order so I called multiple times. They then told at the end of it all that they finally had it in stock and would ship it out today (9/*/13) and that once they did that I would receive a tracking number for the item. It is now 9/*/13 and I have received no further information about my product, no email w tracking, and so I must assume that they did not ship it out. further more, when I called customer service today they have a audio recording saying that because of the holiday they were closed until Sunday Sept. Review: Ordered a camera from the company on the [redacted]. The order was for $659.99 and the charge to my debit was in the amount of $699.99. When I asked why I was charged the extra $40 dollars they told me it was for insurance and that it says so on their site. When I started the order, reviewed the order, placed the order, and then received an e-mail confirmation no where did it say an extra $40 was going to be charged to me. All of the communication said that the amount was to be $659.99. I then told them to cancel the order and the person I talked to said that it was already sent to the warehouse. About a week later the camera had not arrived and when I called Best Price Photo I was told that the order was cancelled on July [redacted] and that a refund would be issued within 10 to 14 days. When checking it had already been 10 to 14 business days and no refund had been received. Again I called them on August [redacted] and was told that the refund would post next week and that I was to give them 10 to 14 days for the refund. I explained to the person on the phone that it had been that long and he just repeated what he had said and that it was business days. It has been 14 business days as of today and next week sometime will be 19 days if I receive the refund on Friday the [redacted]. I have not yet received my refund in the amount of $699.99. Review: I purchased a camera online from BestPricePhoto.com on August [redacted], 2013. To date, I have not received the item. I received an email 2 days after order placed saying that I had to contact them to "ensure my order shipped in a timely manner". I called the phone number in the email and spoke immediately to a person who informed me my camera would not come with a battery or charger (even though the website leads you to believe it will stating all cameras come with "manufacturer supplied accessories" - a better description would be "no accessories"). I declined to purchase the battery/charger he was offering me and asked if there was a problem with my online order, he stated that they just like to speak with the buyer to make sure they did place the order. I told him I did and that was the end of the phone call. To date, August [redacted] 2013, I have not received my camera. I have tried calling the Customer Service but I can't get a live person on the phone - just put on hold continually. I have sent 3 emails with no response. I even tried calling the phone number in the only email they sent me about order - and that phone number sends me directly to a mailbox now with no message or name.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the order canceled and not incur any charges or restocking fees since the item never shipped. Review: I purchased a camera, Nikon D600 from the bestpricephoto.com for $1460 on 07/**/2013. A rep ([redacted]?) called me back the next day saying that it's not a standard US model (no warranty), so I agreed to spend $250 more to buy the same camera. I got an email from bestpricephoto.com immediately notifying that they did charge my credit card and shipment will be going out within 48 hours. On 10/*/13 I began to call them to get the issue resolved. I soon realized that if you dial the extension for customer service you would be put on hold indefinitely - I once waited on hold at work for 50 minutes. If you dial the extension for sales, you would get a person who would transfer you to the infinite hold. I was suspicious, and on 10/**I finally had a salesman named [redacted] look up my account, tell me my camera was backordered from China, and that I indeed was double charged. Almost too quickly he agreed to cancel my order and refund both charges in what he said would be 7-10 days, and rushed to get me off the phone. I asked for an email confirmation and he said yes and hung up before I could ask him anything else. One month later I have no email confirmation, no refund to my account, no reply to constant emails, and have been disconnected twice when talking to salespeople about my account.Desired Settlement: After reading other online accounts of bestpricephoto.com's fraud, I believe I am also a victim and simply want a full credit card refund for both 187.99 and 181.99. I cant believe these guys are stealing peoples money like this, please help!

Review: I am currently deployed in Afghanistan and I ordered a camera through this company for a friend who lives in another country. Since I cannot have the merchandise shipped to an APO address I had it shipped to my mother, after which I was going to have her ship it to me. Apparently there were some issues with shipping the item because my billing and shipping information werent the same. They thought it may be fraud, so I had been trying for over a week to contact them to correct the issue. I finally had gotten in touch with them and the man I spoke with was extremely rude and tried to hang up on me. He seemed to be irritated y the fact that I didnt want to purchase an extra package for $200. When I purchased the camera I wasnt aware that the battery would only last for thirty minutes as this information isnt included on their website. After dealing with his attitude, he then hung up. I immediately phoned them back and talked to customer service. The young man who answered the phone seemed to not care and had nothing to say. I asked him how do I go about cancelling an order and he didnt reply. I said hello two more times before he answered and he said " whats your last name?" Then he said your order will be cancelled and that was it. He didnt try to resolve the issue in any way shape or form nor did he apologize for the way is sales representatives had acted. I tried to call back again to ask for some documentation to prove the order had been cancelled. I deal with cutomer complaints everyday in my line of work so I know what it is like. I am not asking for anything other than some respect. As a business that should come naturally. However, in this case it hasnt. Review: I placed an order for a video camera with Best Price Photo on March **, 2013 (Order # [redacted]. Invoice [redacted]. Account # [redacted]).

I had explained to the salesman, via the phone, what kind of equipment I needed. However, when I received the merchandise, the camera did not have the proper capabilities for my work. I,therefore, followed the company's return policy and sent back the camera, unused, via FedEx, in its original packaging.

However, for the past four months, I have received nothing but lies and excuses from a "[redacted]" in customer service (###-###-####) and then a "[redacted]" at ext [redacted] that range from "we cannot find the returned merchandise" to "we found the returned merchandise and will issue a refund" to "I don't know why accounting has not yet credited your credit card" to excuse after excuse, on and on, for these many months. I do not feel this is an honest, honorable, reputable company.

I would like a refund check issued immediately and sent to me.

No, for the [redacted] time in six months, we received assurances from Best Price Photo that a refund would be coming, but once again, we received no check. We even made a final offer, through the Revdex.com correspondences, to hold off on contacting the Attorney General’s Office and an attorney if Best Price Photo would get us a refund check by Sept. *. Today is September **, and still no check. So, as of this writing, the New York State’s Attorney General’s Office HAS opened an investigation, through its Internet Fraud Unit, into the practices of Best Price Photo and this dispute.

Of course, any assistance you can provide to resolve this matter would be appreciated. However, we realize that this now may have moved beyond the scope of your ability to assist us.

Review: On 4/*/13, I bought Olympus Tough TG-1 IHS camera serial number [redacted], Bar Codes [redacted], order number [redacted] from Best Price Photo. A bad camera was sent. It did not even come in original manufacture box. I called and spoke with [redacted]. He promised 100% refund, but asked that I wait at specific time in the evening to get my shipping label which I thought was odd. [redacted] attempted 3 times to deliver the package but could not citing that seller has moved and no forwarding address was given. I called [redacted] to dispute the charge. [redacted] sent me a different shipping label which [redacted] got from Best Price Photo. [redacted] tracking showed that the camera was received by Best Price Photo on 7/**/13 at 2:25 PM. Best Price Photo will not issue the refund saying that the camera was sent to the distributer, instead of the merchant. I used the shipping label that was given to me by [redacted] which was given to [redacted] by Best Price Photo. Shipping label address given to me is Best Price Photo, [redacted]. Please note that this address matches the address on their webpage currently. (Please note that this address is now different than the address Revdex.com NY has, Revdex.com NY still have the old address.Desired Settlement: Revdex.com of NY, please be so kind to help me getting a refund $379.98 that was promised to me since the first week of purchase. Review: I ordered a Canon SX-50 camera online from Best Price Photo back on July **, 2013. Received a confirmation email that the funds were

taken from my Visa for the amount of #389.00 and that I would received the camera in 7 to 10 business days. Once the 10 days past and I still had not had the camera I called Best Price

Photo and spoke with [redacted], he stated "I should be receiving an email shortly from FedEx confirming shipping and that the camera was on delay from the manufacturer.

He also said they do not stock it at the store and it ships directly from Canon". Another week went by still no camera, now we are into the third week of August.

I called Best Price Photo again and asked where is the camera; [redacted] now stated "The camera was on back order from Canon". At this point I was getting suspicious and asked him to cancel my order he replied fine and I would receive a credit within 72 hours. I never receive the credit and called [redacted] back questioning my refund. He now stated " I am waiting for Canon to issue me a credit so I can issue you a credit". When I told him I was in retail and never heard of that kind of process [redacted] got very hostile and threaten towards me and hung up the phone. After much review on the internet about this company, I saw numerous complaints on the same type of tactic they did to other consumers. I also feel it is not right that they are bringing a reputable company like "Canon" into the picture with their scam.

Companies like this should be shut down!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund of $389.00. I did file a complaint with my Visa card and they are investigating.
