Review: Over a month ago, (July [redacted] 2013) I ordered a camera, (Nikon D3200 D-SLR Camera w/NIKKOR 18-55mm G VR Lens), as well as a camera bag, neither of which have arrived at my house. When I ordered these items the website said to expect delivery within 2 to 10 business days. I have called and emailed them many times. They have completely ignored my emails and have lied to me repeatedly over the phone, saying that the camera would be here on a certain date and it fails to do so. When I called them during their store hours, which are posted on the website, they said that they were closed even though it was before their posted closing time.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund to my credit card.

Review: I recently tried to by a camera from Best Price Photo. When purchased the camera it was still on their website but they were out of stock. After waiting almost two weeks I contact them and asked for my refund. It now has been a month and I have called a lot times and sent numerous emails with no refund. I have attached a copy of my emails from my wife and myself. I have tried to talk to them but they just keep me on hold and seeming refusing to give me my refund back. Review: I have ordered Nikon Coolpix L820 camera online from [redacted] on September **, 2013. Normally I am very cautious with my selections and I spent a lot of time choosing this particular camera model. But I failed to check the seller reviews. After all, their price was the lowest by a wide margin. What can possibly be wrong with this company?The next day I received an email from this company, stating that they tried to reach me on a phone but were unable to do that. They invited me to cal their number with extension [redacted] to insure your order ships in a timely manner. I called and was offered some free gift in exchange of leaving them a good review ahead of time. I refused and the conversation was over.The camera was received on September ** (shipping from Brooklyn, NY to York, PA took only 1 day). I had to drive 25 miles to a FedEx location since the seller requested a signature and nobody was home to sign for it. But that is OK security is a good thing. So I brought the package home and opened it. Inside I have found a white cardboard box with one label, showing the camera model and saying it is a USA Retail kit and Color: Black. Upon inspection I have found that camera strap is missing one of the rectangular plastic retainers and lens cap cord is missing too. Everything else appeared to be in place, but the box content was not organized and was not secured properly as you would expect to see in such products. My conclusion I received a remanufactured or gray market camera, although it was advertised as new. If I wanted a remanufactured camera, I could get it much cheaper from a reputable seller. Quick functionality check showed that camera is operational, but this is not what I wanted to buy. I wanted a new camera made by Nikon with all the accessories coming with it in a factory box.I made multiple attempts to call the company, but nobody was picking up the phone. So on October * I sent them an email, demanding an explanation and the missing parts. I did not get any reply to that email. Only after that I have learned that this company is not a legitimate one and it has numerous complaints from the customers. Knowing that ahead of time I would not buy anything from them even for free. I have learned my lesson. Hopefully whoever reads this will not make the same mistake I did. Desired Settlement: I would like to get a partial refund of my money in the amount of $50.The company charged me $172.99, which is a good price for a new camera. Since the product is not athentic and is missing some accessories, I think a partial refund would be fair.I cannot ask for a full refund and I do not want to return the camera because I fear I would loose both the camera and money.This company cannot be trusted with anything.

Review: Dear Sir / Madam, I ordered a Nikon Coolpix S8200 Digital Camera (Black) on Aug ** and never received it. Therefore, I am arranging my complaint in three articles as follows. 1- They sent me an email stating that they needed me to call them and verify my order. Afterwards, the person on the call told that the camera includes only a 'starter' battery which works less than 30 minutes. He asked me if I was interested to add a better battery at an additional cost, but I denied. Whereas, after checking the advertised in their website I found that the camera should have come along with the standard Nikon battery which works about 4 hours. 2- Immediately after the verification call I described above they sent a second email stating that my order was processed and ready to ship. After about 4 business days I sent them an email asking about any tracking information. They responded my email and said that it would take 10-12 business days to arrive as I had ordered the free shipping. The time passed and I never received any tracking information from them. Today is September [redacted] and they even do not respond to telephone calls. [###-###-####]. 12 business days passed, while, they have mentioned in their website that a free shipping would take 7-9 business days. It seems that they have not shipped my order yet, and I doubt they even have such item in stock. Additionally, based on to the several complaints I've read about them in Revdex.com I could definitely see that this company is pursuing the same scenario for many people. That's why I didn't want to wait more than the company's promised timeframe. Review: I have never ordered anything from a company called Best Price Photo! I was charged $379.99 to my Master Card from Best Price Photo on 9/**/13! I have tried calling Best Price Photo numerous times to find out why they charged my Master Card $379.99! Every time I have called they put me on hold! I have not been able to talk to anyone from customer service to try to resolve this issue! To be honest, I think Best Price Photo is in cahoots with a company called [redacted] because I have had the same problem with them also! They are a rip-off company just like [redacted]! Review: I purchased an upgraded 5-year extended warranty including an annual walk-in free cleaning at any authorized NIKON service center along with a NIKON D7000 camera body and related equipment on July **,2012. When I attempted to get the cleaning, I was told the camera was out of warranty and there was no record of an extended warranty on file. I made numerous attempts to call and email the company to have them provide a copy of the warranty and I either get put on hold for extended periods of time after which the call hangs up, or I get a person who says they will help, then I get put on hold for extended times (15 - 20 minutes) before the call is eventually cut off.Desired Settlement: Supply my extended warranty info so I can get the camera serviced, or credit te warranty cost to my credit card.

Review: I purchased a Canon T3i SLR camera with 18-135mm lens and a Deluxe LCD/Lens Special Pen Cleaner online from BestPricePhoto.com on Jul [redacted] (Order Number - [redacted] worth $655.97) and had to cancel the order since it seemed that I would not receive it on the promised time.

I called the customer care and canceled the same order on July [redacted]. I did not receive a written confirmation even after I requested for it.

I was also informed that the money will be refunded within 7 business days.

I emailed the company on Aug [redacted] (13 business days later) requesting for a refund and there was no response.

On Aug [redacted], I emailed them again stating that I may have to take a legal action if I do not receive the refund in 48 hours. I got a response asking me to contact them at the customer service number ###-###-#### which was never answered properly.

I called them on Aug [redacted] and they informed me that my order stands canceled (the website still shows in-process) and my money will be refunded on Aug [redacted].

Today being Aug [redacted], I called them again and they never answered the phone. I emailed them again stating that I am taking a legal action.

Summary - I have neither received the ordered products nor my money is refunded.

Review: On September [redacted], 2013 I ordered a Nikon 7100 Camera body from the website BestPricePhoto.com for $868.95. I received an email confirmation with receipt order number [redacted]. I paid through credit card. THe amount was charged to my card but the product was never shipped. The website product status to this day says "in process". I called them on 09/**/2013 to check on the order status. I was informed by a man that it will be shipped in a few days then. I have not been able to get them on phone since then. I sent them an email on 9/**/2013 inquiring about my purchase. I was asked to contact their verification department. I called the verification department but have never been able to reach anyone on the phone. I called at least 10 times since then and left about 6 voicemails asking to call me back. But no one from the store has ever tried to reach me not do I have any voicemails on my machine. I have not received any emails either. I tried calling them from different phone numbers but nothing ever works.

I now strongly believe BestPricePhoto.com is a fraudulent company stealing people's money under false pretenses.

On * Aug 2013 my credit card was billed. I called two weeks later on;y to be told that they had to order the camera from a dealer and it would ship in two days. I did not get a tracking number so I called back in two days. The person gave me a tracking number. The status of the tracking number did not change for a week. I called back only to be told that the package was lost and that they would have to put a tracking slip in for it but they would ship it out FEDEX. I caontacted them and was told that the camera I ordered, which was shipped to my old address, even though the person I talked to at their company said it showed in their system where I had called and changed the shipping address to my current address, was returned to them and that I would be credited for the camera on ** October. It is now ** October and still no credit. This has been going on since June.

Review: I've placed an order online on the [redacted] of June 2013. This business sent me an email requesting a call back to verify the address and my payment information. I called back on the [redacted] of June and verified my payment information and they charged my credit card. Before hanging up the phone, they re-verify my shipping address and they made a statement/promise to send my item out the same day and they re-assured the expected arrival time of my item will be within 7-10days. I've waited two weeks from then and still didn't get any email or product delivered to my address. Then I called back and asked for the shipment tracking number, they told me to expect a tracking number sent via email and promised the order will get shipped out soon. I've waited but still didn't get that email that they promised to send with the tracking number. Couple of days later, I called back to speak to a supervisor about this matter, somehow my call was keep getting rerouted to the same person who had been promising me with all these false shipping information. With no chance of me getting to talk to the supervisor, if they have one, I decided to give another try and try to get this problem solved. I spoke out my concerns of my item not being shipped and also expressed my frustration due to me keep getting run around without straight answer, they once again promised to me that I will receive an email containing my shipping information including tracking number by Fedex. Luckily, I received an email from this business saying my item is shipped and has just reached the first FedEx hub with a tracking number on the [redacted] June 2013. So I went to the FedEx web site to look up my tracking number to verify rather the item is actually shipped or not, I was keep getting an error message saying the item couldn't be tracked. I even made a call to FedEx customer service to find out about this package, the customer service told me the tracking number I gave them wasn't one of theirs. I thought why not wait a day cause there's always a possibility that the system takes some time to be updated do I waited till the next day. On the next day, I still couldn't track my number through FedEx. So I though why not try other delivering services. When I checked with USPS, I finally found the match. But I started to worry more about this purchase when the shipment information showed as "the U.S postal service was electronically notified by the shipper on June ** 2013 to expect your package for mailing. !This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. ". I am understanding this note as this business requested the electronically generated posted but they haven't released my item for some reason. So I called the business back today and asking why I am getting different feedback on supposedly already shipped item from USPS, all they were saying was that it's because my address is military address. To me, it didn't make any sense. I am highly concerned that this business already collected my money out of my credit card and haven't shipped my item. Reason for my concern is because they couldn't even give me the correct shipping company(in the email they sent said FedEx when in reality the tracking number is for USPS) to begin with and also the person I've been speaking with on the phone changed reasons and excuses why I haven't received my merchandise every time I spoke to him.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order ASAP in a perfect shape(brand new in a box) as they advertise and promised.

Review: I placed an order for 1 Nikon COOLPIX AW110 Digital Camera (Orange) priced at $209.99 digital camera (Order No. [redacted]) on Tuesday, September **, 2013. I chose the 7 to 9 Business Day Ground Shipping Method. I received an order confirmation when I placed my order.

When I had yet to receive any shipment confirmation, I decided to call them (based on the website, we have to call for customer service inquiry or cancellations and no emails are allowed) on Thursday, Oct *, 2013. I was on-hold for at least 30 minutes and was disconnected. I emailed them using the 2 email addresses I found on the website. I tried calling again numerous times and I was on hold for at least 2 hours and was passed from one person to another saying that I called the wrong dept. I finally spoke with someone who said that the camera wasn't shipped out because they were closed for a holiday for the past week and a half (holiday in October??). He said he'll send the camera out and I will receive it some next week (week Oct [redacted], 2013) since I selected 7 to 9 business days shipment. He said he will send a shipment confirmation email. After that, all I received was an email saying I need to call them to verify my order by calling this number: ###-###-#### Ext. [redacted]. When I called the next day (Friday, Oct *, 2013), all I got was someone who was a little confused by my call and why I had to verify my order. Abruptly and rudely, he said my camera will arrive next week. However, I never received any shipment confirmation email.

I waited till Friday of next week, Oct **, 2013 and nothing arrived! When I placed my order, the billing address was my home and shipment was to my work. I ordered the camera specifically because I wanted to use it for my vacation (leaving Saturday Oct **, 2013). The fact that I didn't receive my camera meant I had to spent even more money to buy another one. After my week-long vacation, I went back to work and still nothing arrived. I tried calling them and was placed on hold for a long time. No one answered.

Finally on Wednesday, Nov *, 2013, I placed a dispute on my credit card regarding the order. By this time, I'm already incurring interest charges on the amount billed to my credit card.

I have tried numerous times to contact them but nothing. I feel that this business is a scam by stating they charge lower prices for their products.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card to be refunded with the amount that I paid plus any interest charges I had to pay.

More than a month later they have not delivered the camera. Review: I purchased a camera lens from this company. The following day I was asked to call and verify my address. I was also asked to give a positive review on [redacted] in order to get a free filter for my lens. I did so. A few days later, my credit card company informed me that there may be fraudulent charges on my account. There were, indeed, fraudulent charges from a company also based in New York. My credit card company is currently investigating because I believe Best Price Photo used my credit card information to make the fraudulent charges. I have not received a shipment notification for the item that I purchased from Best Price Photo, and when I called to verify a tracking number, I was told the item was shipped on 9/* from overseas and would not receive a tracking number until FedEx received the item in the United States. I had originally received an email on 8/**/13 stating that my item would be shipped within 48 hours, which should have been on 8/** - not 9/*. It does not take 8 days (which is has now been) for an item to ship from overseas. I have emailed and called Best Price Photo multiple times to cancel my order, or to follow up on the shipment process, and I have not received a response from them. I have now done research online about this company, and I am aware of the scam they are pulling. What has happened with me is not a new situation. I do not want to be contacted by Best Price Photo, I just want a refund, and I want them to be disciplined for using my credit card information to make additional fraudulent charges.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in the amount of $94.99, the amount that I paid for my order with Best Price Photo.

Review: I placed an order for a camera on May **, 2013, for $323.99. I received email confirmation from them on the [redacted] stating that the order would be shipped within 48 business hours. I contacted them by phone on June * to request an update, and was told I would get a tracking number "within a day or two." I sent a followup email on June * when I still had not received tracking information. I got a standard "please allow 10-12 days for delivery" response. After thinking it over for a couple days, I decided to cancel my order as it did not ship on time and would not arrive on time for my purposes. I sent an email on June * requesting an order cancellation. On June [redacted], I received a response that the cancellation was being processed and I was given a cancellation number. The email specified that I should "allow up to 72 business hours to receive [my] refund." On June [redacted], four business days after my cancellation was confirmed, I sent another email requesting an update. No response. I sent a second email on June [redacted], and again received no response. On June [redacted] I called the company up, and was told that the refund can actually take 10-14 days to process. I called back again on Monday, July [redacted], and was told that the refund had been processed on June [redacted] and I should see the money by the end of that current week (ending Friday, July [redacted]). By July [redacted] I still had not received the money, so I sent another email. Unsurprisingly, this email received no response. I called again on July [redacted]. The service rep checked on his end and said that the refund had been processed as I had been told earlier and that I should have already been refunded. After confirming I had not received the money, he said he would look into it and make sure it got corrected. On July **, after still not having been refunded, I called the company back and spoke to [redacted]. I told him the same thing, and he said he would check with his superior or someone in the billing department. He confirmed the card number they had on file to make sure they were trying to credit the correct account (it was accurate), and he told me that it should take no more than 72 hours for the refund to be in my account and to call him back at his extension if I did not see the money by that time. I gave it until August [redacted]. Still no refund. I tried calling [redacted] back at the extension he gave me, and was connected to someone else, who gave me the same promise that he would "look into it." I've been waiting for over 2 months for this refund. This Revdex.com complaint is the last stop before I file a complaint with the state attorney general.Desired Settlement: Receive the full amount of the refund in my account by August**.
