Prompt arrival, professional service and followed all the COVId-19 protocols.
Professional and efficient. Knew the appliance and issue by looking at it.
Excellent service and friendly staff. They don't have a long wait time to come to your house. I highly recommend them.
Great service! Timely, knowledgeable and helpful. Will recommend to others and use again.
Our Tech Brad was very professional and helpful. I had no problems getting an appointment they were fast and efficient! I will use them again in the future and I would recommend them to my family and friends!
They have responded to our request for service promptly and have always solved our issue be it our oven or our washer.
We contacted Best Services to repair our ice maker in our refrigerator. On the first visit - it was determined that we needed to have the ice maker replaced. The part was ordered. Approximately 10 days later they returned to do the installation. They completed the installation and left. That weekend - the ice maker was not really working well. We called them and they came back and made a few adjustments and said if this does not fix it we may need a new refrigerator. Again - it was not functioning. On a thursday evening - we noticed the rog in front of the refrigerator was wet. We pulled the refrigerator out and cleaned up the water. I then observed the water line was squirting water where it enter the refrigerator.I touched the line and saw it was very loose. I reseated it and waited for the next cycle of water to run through it. It popped off as if to say there was too much pressure in the line. We turned off the ice maker. The next morning I called and let Best Services know this was an urgent matter that may involve an insurance claim. I had to call back to escalate the situation and did get a call from the service manager who dispatched a service tech. The service tech eventually remove the fill tube - which is where the water hose that was popping off was connected. When he looked at it - there was a frozen paper towel stuffed into it in the end where it entered the ice maker. It is obvious that they did this when they removed the old ice maker and forgot to pull it out when they installed the new ice maker. It froze and caused the plug and the line to have too much pressure. I immediately stated the obvious that it was their service tech that did this. He immediately said "we don't know how this happened". He left and I called the service manager. He had the owner call me. The owner started asking me if we could have done this. DO we have a cleaning lady that could have done it or my wife could have done it. Other than a little insulting, he said since we can't really tell who did this, and his service tech denied it, he would accept no responsibility. This will ultimately cost us nearly $2000 out of pocket. I believe I should receive a complete refund. This level of service is ridiculous. As a final insult to us, when they came back for the final repair, they broke another part and left without telling us and simply left it for my wife to find.
Even though we believe we did not cause this damage, as a gesture of goodwill we agreed to give the customer a check for $1,000 which *** said reflects his insurance policy's deductible. This was agreed upon Monday 6/29/2020 and a check was sent to this consumer yesterday, 6/30/2020. This should bring closure to this unfortunate incident.
Showed up on time. Didn’t find anything wrong with my fridge, and didn’t make up anything to pad the bill. Honest and prompt - what else could you ask for?

Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience with our repair guy, Justin, he is just a wonderful person and extremely good repair man.
Called to say he was on his way. Arrived on time. Very professional! Had the right parts and fixed the problem.
Originally contacted thru Lowe’s extended warranty program. Courteous, professional, excellent problem solving skills. We will use for all repair needs going forward. Thank you!
Best Service Company is officially my only appliance repair company. The technicians (Johnny in one trip and Monty in another) took great care with my beloved gas stove and the area (wood floors, granite, etc) around it. They gave me a lesson in how my stove worked and managed to figure out the problem (turned out to be electrical...). One more thing - Jasmine, who scheduled the appointment, was the friendliest customer service person I have ever met - I emailed the company about her and how I would like for my company to have people like her manning the phones.
I have already recommended Best Service Company to other people twice.
We have used Best Service for our home and rental properties. The service and the repairs are always excellent.
Excellent! Arrived on time with correct parts and repaired in very professional manner.
On time, courteous technicians, they have a network of product knowledge people. I’d call them again.
