Our serviceman Jake was awesome! He wore a mask and shoe covers. He was so polite, professional & friendly. He fixed our fridge and we are so happy with the repair. We have had Jake come out a few times due to this lemon of a fridge!!! He always does a great job!

They do things right! They give you a nice window of when they’re coming. You can keep track of where your service man is during the day so you have an idea how far away they are. And when they are done, things are done correctly. I have used them on three separate occasions and have been completely satisfied every time! I wish the new expensive products I have bought were as reliable as this company.

Incredibly competent! Had 3 other companies out before I found Best Service, and no one could figure it out (yet they made expensive repairs I didn’t need.) I wasted a ton of time and money on people who clearly weren’t properly trained. When Best Service arrived, it was immediately apparent that they were knowledgeable, professional, and they fixed my oven quickly. They are priced fairly and seem to have a level of expertise that you just don’t see anymore in appliance repair companies. I would recommend Best Service to anyone, and will never waste my time and money with another repair company again!

We had Brad, we was great. The Kitchen Aid fridge has a lot of ice maker issues, he figured it out and fixed it, professional and courteous, highly recommend!

I was very pleased with my repairman Justin Z. Not too happy with a 2year 5 month KitchenAid refrigerator. The inside of the refrigerator developed a huge amount of frost from a defective part. This is ridiculous and unacceptable for such a new appliance.

The ice maker on my refrigerator went out. The repairman quoted me a price but had to order the part. The company notified me when the part came in, about 1 week but I wasn’t available to be home for several weeks. When my schedule changed I called and we set up a time to finish the job. They came out at the new time and completed the job, at the price quoted, no surprises. Definitely will be my first call!

We highly recommend Best Service Company. From the scheduling system on line to the professionalism of the technician, everything far exceeded expectations. We invested heavily on a set of high end appliances from Jennair. Since then we have had multiple issues with our fridge. First, the ice maker is disappointing, unless you completely empty the ice once a week, you end up with crushed ice due to build up. We have never experienced this with any other fridge. Second, the thermostat was malfunctioning which caused a continuous leaked, slow leak on our wooden floors which damaged the flooring. Lastly, our water dispenser/pump has just failed. On both occasions technician Eric and Eddy had failed to level out the fridge. Currently, our fridge is tilted forward and unleveled - fridge doors will not close and continues damaging our built in cabinet. Our expectation when we buy high end is that we get a high end product and service. At this point, This is less about a "product" and more about a company's commitment to the quality of their services and the experience of their customers - which at this point has been poor for us. They demand from us to pay a fee for the amount of $89 to level the fridge and position it properly.

I believe this is an old complaint made to the Revdex.com by the consumer in May of 2019 after a service visit from us In April 2019?? I believe the customer had hardware floor repair done (not caused by us) after our service visit in April which required the refrigerator to be moved by their workman, and it was not re-install properly and leveled by them. The customer contacted JennAir and JennAir paid for our company to return 8/26/19 to re-level their appliance as a gesture of good will. That was 6 months ago. We have not had any communication since then that I am aware of. Could this have been a complaint resurrected in error?

I have attached a picture of how your people positioned the fridge. Does this look to you reasonable and acceptable? Too me it is unacceptable! It is not even close to sit properly. The fridge did not st or moved. It is a very heavy item. Also, we have been away for 6 months. Your people careless how they level the fridge or if at all. If you don't supervise them, they just careless! You just have to check their work otherwise you get half through/way job.

On Tuesday 3/10/20 @ 4:35 pm we called and spoke to Mr Bauer attempting to schedule a tech to go by the home and re-level the unit at no charge. He said another company (he at first thought is was us?) came by the previous day and leveled it for them already. When we said it wasn’t our company that came he said maybe he was mistaken and he would have his wife call us back the following day to discuss.Since we did not hear back from his wife we called the home again this morning and she confirmed that everything has already been taken care of. We could not get an answer but are suspecting the flooring company who moved the appliance to refinish the floor may have been the one to come back and re-level it properly.So we have confirmation the service is no longer needed. Thanks for updating this file. Let me know if I need to do anything further. Thanks.

Technician arrived as planned, came with the right parts and without rushing he completed the repair in a reasonable time. We have one more appliance to repair, Best Service Co will be taking care of it as well.
