I have used this company for approximately 6 years. They have performed multiple appliance repairs during this time.
They are always professional and prepared for any repair. They explain the repair prior to doing it and have always gotten it right the first time.
I recommend them strongly.

Best Service Company is the best! They have a quick, organized and thorough process for getting a service appointment scheduled. The day before the appointment you are given a window of time for the service call. The day of the appointment you can track the technicians progress. Our technician, Nick, has always shown up on time. He serviced our 11 year old Dacor oven and got it working again. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me some great tips about working with my oven. I will call Best Service Company for all my appliance repairs.

On-time, professional and knowledgeable technicians. The company sent timely reminders and updates.

My built in oven totally broke down after we put on the self cleaning feature. First time in 6 years & 1 year after our warranty expired.
Nick came over & is very knowledgeable & professional We ended up with 2 visits...the damage was more than expected. Turns out the circuit board was fried! Had to be ordered.
It took longer than we all expected but my oven is working perfectly now. I am very pleased & highly recommend Nick & Best Service Company

The tech came and tried to remove a screw in the cooktop and he could not and scared me that if it breaks it is going to be like 400$...! I said I don’t want to pay that much. He just stood there then said it needs to be cleaned and took the money for his visit $150...!
I went to Home Depot and removed the screw myself and cleaned it and the burner is back to normal operation.
Don’t ever call and waste $150 !

Very knowledgeable technician! Timely, and pleasant to have in our home. Great follow-up and reasonably priced. Didn’t charge us to come back and have our old refrigerator “jump started” again. We appreciated that very much.

Great company. They show up on time and do a good job of fixing appliances. They address the problem with broken appliances tell you what the costs will be before they complete the repair. I would highly recommend this company

Best Service Company provided service on my Jenn Aire appliances recently and I couldn't be more impressed. Their communication was excellent and the service technician was fantastic. His name was Eddy and he was personable, professional, and good at his job. I would definitely recommend Best Service Company to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

Came out to fix a washer, but it broke again the next day. When I called back, they stated they "might" have to charge us again to fix the same problem but wouldn't know until they got there? Seriously?

Our oven broke during this holiday season. It looked like Christmas dinner would need to be something different than roasted prime rib! Everyone at Best worked hard to get the relay board ordered and installed December 16th! Thank you Donna, Kevin, Adam and the rest of team Best!

Great customer service and excellent technician. Repaired my refrigerator leak where another repair service failed. Prompt, professional, and fair pricing. Very pleased with the overall experience.

They wouldn’t repair washer that was under warranty based on not being able to determine model of washer. I was told to locate the model or serial number on the washer and they call back for an appointment.

Mr S, Sorry you were displeased with your Home Warranty contract holder. We must follow their rules and they will not allow us to service any appliance under their contract that has no model and serial tag, and your appliance's tag has been removed. We've directed you to call back to your warranty service company to discuss options, We hope you are able to work this out with them.

The warranty company was contacted and they are sending out a qualified contractor to repair the issue and apologized to me for sending you out. The repair will be completed as it should have been the first time. The reason Best Service Company gave for not repairing the washer was a reason the warranty company stated does not exist within their protocol. Best Service Company stated on their invoice there wasn’t a repair to be made. Why are they now speaking about a sticker with a model number as the reason a repair was not made. Stay away from this company.

Based on your comments we followed up with your service contract company and they show no additional service requests in process, They also confirmed that without a model and serial tag the unit would not be repaired under their service contract. You may want to reach out to them again and be sure you are on the same page with them.

Technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the problem and repairing our refrigerator.

The tech was prompt and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot from him that the manual didn't mention.
