C[redacted] sent me an email on 2-1-16 stating that there is nothing they can do!  She also stated that the address was misspelled.  I changed my address with one of the rewards representatives, so why am I being penalized for the mishap of their representative and the postal service!  I worked hard to earn those points and they should be credited back to my acct.  To tell someone that there is nothing they can do but lose everything is not the way it should be handled.  She also stated that if it would have been $250 instead of $175 in gift cards, they would have done a trace.  It's only a $75 gift card difference.  I really wish they Bureau would help with this situation.  As this is not the way it should be handled.  THIS IS SOMETHING THAT I EARNED, THIS WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME!  They did not even try to offer any other alternative, they only said sorry!

This is a follow up to Complaint ID #[redacted] I have pasted the text of that complaint below for reference. I received this reply from the company: "Dear [redacted], Thank you for your feedback sent to the Revdex.com regarding your stay with the Best Western [redacted] located in [redacted]. Your comments have been forwarded to the hotel manager for review. As soon as I receive an update from them, I will follow up with you right away. If you have any additional questions or comments, please contact me directly at [redacted]. Sincerely, [redacted] Best Western International" It's been nearly two months, and I have received no follow up from [redacted] or anyone else about the desired settlement (a refund of $515.88) or the complaint in general. Thanks, [redacted]

But it does.  A standard room means just that a standard room.  Any room that would not be a suite, or a specialty room such as a ocean view.   I did not care if it was a single, double or a king.  I just need a  room.  So there for the denial is not justified.  Standard room is just the cheapest room you have.    Besides suites, ocean/city views what else do you consider a non-standard room?
 
Obviously this is just another excuse not to honor your guarantee.   I called the motel after booking with the company to verify I do have a room, and they said I have a standard room 2 queen size beds non-smoking which is called a standard room.  Your website is now $ 135.59  which is the cheapest fair at the motel.  I paid 69 dollars for the same exact room, so I am entitled to the guarantee to be honored.
