Bical Chevrolet has been extremely accomadeting to this customer who bought a pre-owned vehicleWe gave her off the price to address her concerns when she bought the vehicleThen we gave her a check for windshield repairThen we overnighted her in parts since she lives out of state None of her issues we NY Lemon LawThe customer also put miles on vehicle in daysThis customer shared her concerns with [redacted] on and they agreed with Bical that we have gone up and beyond what was required

In regards to this case a check has been cut the check # [redacted] in the amount of $payable to [redacted] and will be mailed out tomorrowI am sorry for the over sight

Please be advised that [redacted] signed a buyers order for x months 15k miles per year based on bank approval, with no down payment, but he is required to pay sales taxIm not sure why he listed for months in his complaint Based on bank approval he did not qualify for tier payment that he negotiated [redacted] did sign a credit application and give us authorization to submit his app to the bank

Since we are not able to run her credit again, we can NOT verify her score dropped pointsWe are not a lender so we are considered a soft hitWe reassured her then when her dispute is submitted we will approveThere is nothing more we can do at this time

[redacted] left a message at 1.46pm today.( iys now pm) I have returned his call and made an appointment to meet with him on Sat @ 11am to discuss his concerns

Please see the 3 different attachments that show [redacted] was aware that the term was 48 months. [redacted] has the ability to switch his lease at 36 months, just like he did when he leased the 2016 Malibu. BIcal Chevy took him out of his NISSAN lease 7 months early. Bical Chevy does not... give the FREE service, It comes directly from CHEVROLET. In good faith we can extended $200.00 in service credit to cover the 2-3 addtional oil changes.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [My remote start was in perfect working order prior to being serviced at this dealer, and I find it appalling that they are insinuating I am lyingI spoke to the original installer, and they told me that while the module is technically located under the dashboard, it is close enough to the ignition to certainly be at risk of being damaged during the change of an ignition switchThey also stated that there is no reason that it could not be determined whether or not it was recently "fried" I find it ludicrous that this dealer would say they are not responsible for aftermarket parts that they damage during a repairMy leather-wrapped steering wheel is not an aftermarket part, and they managed to scratch that during the time they had my car, and didn't feel the need to say anything about that I let that go because it was a small scratch, but considering that and the damage to the and the remote start, it's obviously the work performed was done sloppilyIt's unreasonable to expect a customer to provide a full demonstration of what works on their car prior to having anything done to it, but apparently it's the only way to protect oneself I do not expect satisfaction from this complaint, based on both the dealer's "F" rating on the Revdex.com site, and the numerous poor reviews on many other sites.] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: When we purchased the vehicle and had 25,miles When we brought it back to Bical to be fixed it had 30,milesBical gave us $off the price of the vehicle to address the headlight and the bar that holds into place Bical gave us a check for $to repair the windshield and when we went to get a quote on it we found out the cost is $Bical did send us out the part that they insured us would correct the problemsOn April we brought the vehicle over to Jackson Chevrolet a certified Chevy dealership to install the partsJackson said the parts were incorrect and/or did not fix or correct any of the problemsWhen I found out I called Bical spoke with [redacted] to let him know that he needs to speak with [redacted] at Jackson ChevyI also called [redacted] ***, spoke with [redacted] and explained the problems that we were having( [redacted] acted as a liaison between us and Bical.) I spoke with ** *** and apologized for over sightWe are giving him a check for the amount of He will pick it up directly 5/**/2016, this will resolve the issue

It was purely human errorThe writing on the bottom of credit application that said not to run credit was blocked by other paperworkWe apologized to the customer and would still like the chance to earn her business

It is in writing x with his signature, Im know so sure what else could have been done*** *** can call me directly and I will explain there are always options to get out early, just like he did on his NMAC lease, months earlier
