I am rejecting this response because:  They haven't resolved anything yet.  They just said to wait for them to respond or check their facts page.
Sincerely,

Review: I won and paid for items from this site as far back as January 7th, but have not received any of my items. Currently, Bidcactus owes me 130 Gift Cards, 2 [redacted] Roaster Pans, 2 [redacted] shuffles, 2 [redacted] juice mulitools, 2 [redacted] skeletools and 2 [redacted] Coffee makers. Have reached out to them numerous times, but continue to get the runaround.Desired Settlement: I would like all of the cards owed plus all other items I have paid for immediately.

Response:

The customer is receiving approximately 35 cards in our next shipment of gift cards which is being processed which we expect to have them go out shortly. The other items will be sent out as quickly as possible.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

I have heard the same story for the last 5 months.. Batch 32 has been in the process of delivery for at least 2 months. I would like all items or cash equivalent sent immediately. I held up my end and paid for the items and I do not think getting my items in a timely manner should be a problem. Shipping delays are one thing, but I have been waiting 10 months for some of my items. Bidcactus has not followed through on previous responses and I have no reason to believe they will send anything out in a timely manner this time either.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

We understand the customers frustration with our shipping delays and we are doing everything possible to get him the items / cards he won as quickly as possible. Any previous information he was told regarding the shipping was as accurate as we understand it to be and was not meant to mislead or cause the customer any distress.

Review: Bidcactus owes me gift cards that I won on their site. They owe me over 100 gift cards going back to January 2013. I have emailed them and called them. They say they are working on the shipments, but may only receive 1 or 2 cards in the mail. This has been going on way too long.Desired Settlement: I would like my gift cards owed to me that I won legally and in good contract with this company.

Response:

Our department is doing everything possible to get the backlog of cards that [redacted] is due & get them to him as quickly as possible. We see that he has some cards scheduled to go out in a shipment designated as BATCH32. I am unable to provide the customer w/an exact ship date of those 12 cards.

Review: I was curious how the Bid Cactus auctioned worked. So I set up an account with a username and a password. Then it asked for billing information which I assumed was for future auction bids. After I submitted the information I was told that $79.00 was billed to my account. I had no such knowledge that I was being billed for anything. Apparently, you have to pay each time you bid on an item. And "bids" were being charged to my account. Immediately I found their customer service email address and explained the situation and that I wasn't interested in buying bids. And that I wanted a refund and that I wasn't going to "bid" on any items. I just wanted to see what their auction was like compared to [redacted] and if it might be something that I might be interested in. Unfortunately, I have not received a response for anyone in the customer service department. And my bank confirmed that $79.00 was being withdrawn from my account. There introductory website seems shady as I don't recall being warned that card was being billed for anything. It must be in the fine print. I wanted to go back to the site to check it out but I was too fearful that I might somehow get charged again.

Product_Or_Service: Bids

Desired Settlement: Since I haven't used any of my "bids" which I purchased, nor had any knowledge that I was purchasing anything I would like a full refund.

[redacted] did indeed created an account on our site and he was offered the chance to purchase 125 BID at the discounted cost of $79 ; he then entered his credit card details and selected Buy Bids.

It's important to note that the customer stated "..he assumed" which of course shows he failed to read the information available to him or call our customer support if he needed clarification on how our site works. He choose not to do so.

He emailed our customer support on June 11th or 12th and we voided the transaction on June 12th at 1:34PM & sent [redacted] an email confirming the void.

I'm not sure why a Revdex.com complaint was filed his request for a void was actioned & he was notified of that.

Review: I won the following items from BidCactus on the dates provided:[redacted].As of 2/6/2014, I have still not received any codes via email for these items. It has well surpassed 5 business days since checkout, and the money paid for these auctions has been debited from my [redacted] account. I've contacted BidCactus numerous times in regards to this matter with nothing but a generic automated email reply. My last correspondence to this company was 1/3/2014.Desired Settlement: I want the items I paid for. If the items are not available, then compensation in the amount of the items value ($550.00) will be accepted. If neither option is compensated, legal action will be perused for compensation.

Review: In early December, I paid for and won several auctions however the only auctions that Bidcactus has fullfiled are ones that involved winning more bids or purchase discounts for their website. Anything that I won of significance, such as a gift card, alarm clock (for my son's birthday Feb - 6), Travel vouchers, restaurant discounts, etc. anything that is worth any value is still in a pending state. These auctions were won over a period of a few weeks.

From their website: When can I expect delivery?

If you win your auction, you deserve to receive your stuff. All auction wins should arrive within 15 business days of item checkout (20 business days for Canada). If you have not received your item within the allotted time, please contact us at [redacted] or call ###-###-####. (NOTE- I HAVE FOLLOWED THIS PROCESS TWICE ALREADY)

We work hard to make sure that all items are shipped in a timely manner; however there are times when an item may be temporarily unavailable. In this case we will contact you when we have an estimated ship date. (THEY HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME DIRECTLY)

I also won two $20 discounts for more bids however only one of the $20 off bid purchase codes worked (Please see the print screens below as I tried to contact the auction site that Bidcatcus boasts to be aligned with - only to find that the e-mail bounced) The first print screen is proof of what I am referring to. - I am disappointed that it is going on close to 2 months - and these auctions were to be gifts to friends and family. If you read their terms - they are very strict about timing - so why don't they follow their own protocol?Desired Settlement: I've spent over $100 and I would either like what I won - or I would like a refund of the value of the auctions won - as time is of an essence and they refuse to refund what I paid for bids therefore I should be entitled to the value or an adequate substitute if they are not going to fulfill this from their end

Review: BidCactus.com is an online "penny auction" site. The company makes promises in its advertising that it does not keep. For example, it promises to deliver merchandise within 15 days which is utterly false. I have "won" several items, some more than 2 months ago, that I still have not received. In addition, the company is involved in sham advertising through [redacted] in many cities across the country. The classified ads they post are deceptive and all designed to generate traffic to its website for the purpose of driving revenues higher. I have never before dealt with a company that is this deceptive and immoral.Desired Settlement: Full refund of all money spent on this site which amounts to $1,138.

Business

Response:

We apologize for the delay in getting the customer the items shipped and believe he spoke to our customer support staff regarding a disbursement email which is being processed. BidCactus is not a sham and if that was the case, we would not be in business for 4 1/2 years.

Review: All winning bid prizes in September, 2013 have not been delivered more than two months. I've been trying to contact www.bidcactus.com customer service more than several times, they have been saying they will inform to their warehouse. I'm not even sure they have warehouse or not. Today, I was be able to contact to their customer service, They will only refund the amount, I've spent to win the bids to my card. My winning bid prize is worth $45.00 of gift cards([redacted]) and I had to spend over $200 to win those prize. Please see the e-mail form Bidcactus.com today. Response:

We apologizes for the delay in getting the items shipped and feel the refund offer made to the customer was fair. He was offered a refund for the BIDS placed on the items that are being delayed. The BIDS he used on items he did not win cannot be refunded. Usually, BIDS used are not eligible for a refund however whether the customer won the item or not however, due to our delays, we are refunding the BIDS used on the items he won.

Review: I won some items on this website and paid for them on Dec.16,2012 and now almost a year later I still have not gotten the items in which I paid the high shipping cost for. I contacted them 2 months after not getting my items in Feb. and the lady on the phone told me that due to the holidays they had orders backed up and that is why it is taking a long amount of time for me to receive my items. After that I took the customer service reps. word and waited some more and in the process I did get one out of the 4 items that I had purchased. So I waited another 2 months and contacted them again and this time I was given 15 penny bids for my wait and given the information that it was the manufactures fault as to why I am still waiting on the items that I had won and then paid for shipping. Now December will be back around in 2 more months and therefore when the 16th comes it will have been a year since winning and purchasing items and not getting them. Can you say rip off.Desired Settlement: First I would like the items that I won and shipped express to my home. Then I want more than 15 bids, let's try 50 bids for every month I waited for my items to come in. I would also like a refund for the high shipping that I paid and never got my items. Overall this was bad business and this was no ones fault but bidcactus.

Response:

We apologize for the delay in getting the items to the customer in a timely manner. The shipping department advised the customer will be contacted directly regarding a solution for her items no later than Wednesday, November 13th. All her concerns mentioned in this complaint will be addressed.

Review: I have been a customer of Bid Cactus for approximately 4 years with no complaint until November, 2012. I have numerous items and gift cards that this business has failed to ship per their "15 day ship policy" posted on their website. I have made several calls and emails to inquire about delivery of items not shipped since November 8, 2012. Most recently, September 11, 2013 I was told that some of the gift cards I had won are earmarked for shipment in Batch 35, however, they were currently processing Batch 31. On October 14, 2013 I again emailed to see what progress had been made towards shipping Batch 35 only to receive an email that they were currently working on Batch 32. So, in 5 weeks they are only able to send out 1 batch?? At this rate, Batch 35 will not ship until well after the beginning of 2014. This is unacceptable on a wait for items already approaching a 12 month delay.Currently, I am owed $985.00 in gift cards and $1210.00 in non-gift card items, for a total of $2195.00 plus $311.00 shipping fees paid. This is a grand total of $2506.00.At one point during my correspondence with customer service I was told that the non-gift card items probably were no longer available since it had been months since those items had been won. "[redacted]" said that "perhaps they could compensate with more gift cards". The email I received from [redacted] in September 2013 now states, "I am going to ask that you email [redacted] for status update on non-gift card items". I have followed those instructions and have yet to hear from that department. My satisfaction with this company is poor, and as such, I no longer participate in their auctions, however, I do feel they have an obligation to provide me with either the products won or $2506.00.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the items won, or equal value. If this is not possible in a reasonable time frame, or at the very least a plan in place for delivery, I think reimbursement of $2506.00 would not be out of line.

Business

Response:

We certainly do apologize to the long time customer for the length of time it's taking to get her the items she has won and is due. Our shipping department was made aware of the resolution options suggested by the customer and it's being reviewed.

Review: Items won on auction are not delivered in a timely manner, well outside the 15 days advertised on their website.

Items won and paid for as late back as 15 November 2012 are not yet received as of the date of this complaint (21 June 2013). This is 218 days or 7 months since paying for the items. They advertise a 15 day expectation period. Calling customer service or emailing the customer service email does result in return correspondence in a reasonable time (usually within 24 hours), but the usual response is "we'll look into it". Then you receive a response to the effect of "The company has begun a two pronged approach in getting our customers items to them. While committed to working through the backlog of items, current wins are also being fulfilled. The intent is to keep from increasing the backlog by including current wins in what we are fulfilling." Their idea is to fill more current orders and occasionally send an item from 6 months ago. This is to ensure new bidders receive their items first so they will participate more; veteran users are not provided the same service. 15 days is reasonable; 30 days is the limit of what one would tolerate; 7 months is irresponsible and abusive to their customers who, in good faith, paid a price for an item (and paid exorbitant shipping costs!). I am sure if a Bidcactus employee bought an item from Amazon, she or he would not accept having to wait 7 months to receive it.

Desired Settlement: I just want the 75+ items I won and paid for to be delivered as promised.

We have been experiencing some delays due to a backlog that our shipping department is working to resolve.

Our shipping department will review the items this customer is due to determine how quickly it can be shipped and update the customer accordingly.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2013/07/13) */

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT ACCEPT the response from the business.)

There has been no response from Bidcactus yet, and I expect anything specific as promised. I have been in communication with their customer service staff for months now. I get the same standard reply "we have had some shipping issues and understand there is a backlog. We have a two prong approach where we are going to ship more recent items and slowly make up the backlog". I have received some items that were paid for more recently, and have received some from November 2012. There are two issues, one with items (I am waiting on an [redacted] a [redacted] a [redacted] hand held game, and a "mystery item worth $50 since 17 Mar, 29 Mar, 27 Apr, and 24 Dec...over four months for the [redacted] I have, in fairness, received other big ticket items in a more timely manner, mostly jewelry. However, the most heinous issue is with gift cards. The rate of shipping is incredibly unsatisfactory. Every two weeks or so they send out all items won in a three or four day period. My last three receipts for items I paid for in Nov 2012 are:

1 paid on 11/7 received on 4/9

1 paid on 11/8 received on 4/9

2 paid on 11/9 received on 4/9

7 paid on 11/10 received on 5/18

4 paid on 11/11 received on 5/18

1 paid on 11/12 received on 5/18

1 paid on 11/13 received on 5/18

5 paid on 11/15 received on 7/1

2 paid on 11/19 received on 7/1

1 paid on 11/22 received on 7/1

These are the items that are the backlog that they are "making up".

I also received items paid for in March (this is what they mean by filling recent orders while slowly making up the backlog)

1 paid on 3/15 received on 4/1 (acceptable time)

1 paid on 3/17 received on 4/1 (acceptable time)

1 paid on 3/21 received on 4/23 (not acceptable)

1 paid on 4/7 received on 6/17

My next gift card paid for was on 4/14, and I received an email that that has shipped (I do have to say that once they process an order, there is good communication and ability to track...it is just getting them to ship the items)

I expect to receive this on 7/15 or 7/16, which will be 3 months...not 15 days as stated on their website.

I am still owed the $50 "mystery prize", the three electronic items mentioned above (worth $1,017.99) and 63 gift cards which are valued at $3,710...a total of $4,777.99.

It is clear that Bidcactus is trying to appease the new customers...that is why they shifted to the "two pronged approach"...make sure the recent purchases are filled so new customers stay and not worry about the veteran customers because they have all our money and haven't filled our orders. MANY of the veterans won't use Bidcactus anymore. The blogs are filled with negative comments about not only their poor shipping performance (the oldest item I am waiting for is from 23 Nov...almost 8 months now!!) but also how they have changed their practices to raise prices. All I want are my $4,700 in items I paid for in a reasonable time. 15 days as published on their site under their "Bill of Rights" on their "Seal of Assurance" is reasonable. Even 3 weeks would be reasonable. Anything in the month plus range is not. As I stated before, I would think that if Bidcactus employees ordered from [redacted] and it took a month or more, they would be contacting you, too. I use other auction shopping sites, and I often have my products within a week to 10 days...maybe 15 days at the most (and one site does much more volume than Bidcactus does)...the Bidcactus patrons should expect similar service.

So in summary, I have not heard their new plan, but I expect it will NOT be as they replied above. It will be more of the same. An acceptable plan would be a schedule to have ALL 67 of my items to me within a month.

Thank you for your assistance!

Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2013/07/30) */

We understand the customers disappointment in getting the items he has checked out however due to the large backlog we are face with, we are not able to provide him with the exact ship date of all his cards.

We have been in contact with the customer and has advised that the volume he is owed has been reduced and will continue to be reduced as we work with to get him all the cards he has won on our site.

Consumer Response /* (4200, 17, 2013/08/20) */

My response was that NOTHING had been done by Bidcactus. I did receive email from the customer service rep I have been communicating with ([redacted]). However, he cannot do anything to fix the problem, just tell me that the next week's shipment is going out and which cards will be in it. There has been no effort to catch up my significant (over $3700) backlog. Just "we're working on making up the backlog".

Request my case be reopened. Also, as I am 100.00% certain that NOTHING will be done by Bidcactus to resolve this besides "we working on it", I request to know what, if anything, you can do to assist...i.e. what is the next step. If it is for me to go to court, then please so state.

As you can see from the history, Bidcactus was notified on 24 June of the complaint (almost 2 months ago). Since then, I have only received three mailings from Bidcactus...an average of one every three weeks. I have received a promise of two mailings with several cards...one to go out at the end of this week and one to go out at the end of next week. IF these two shipments occur and only take two days, Bidcactus would have only shipped out five mailings after my complaint was received (5 mail outs by the company in 68 days is hardly an attempt to resolve MY issue....just business as usual). This is not only an insult to me but also to Revdex.com.

Please advise.

Thank you.

Business Response /* (4000, 19, 2013/08/23) */

Consumer Response /* (4200, 21, 2013/08/27) */

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

As has been the case since my initial complaint to Revdex.com, NOTHING has been done...just "wait for your normal shipment". The "normal shipment" is TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY and CRIMINAL (7 plus months now). In fact, the rate of shipment has DECREASED since my initial contact with Revdex.com...hardly what one would expect when a complaint has been filed. I am being singled out for some reason and will move to court action next. If Revdex.com cannot assist, please let me know so I can try something else.

Thank you.

Review: This website seems like a complete sham, which has been reported to the Revdex.com online a number of times, and there are a number of complaints all over the internet about this organization. I have tried using this website, and it does NOT seem legitimate. I cannot even figure out how much credit I do or do NOT have with them, and if I have credit, where it does, or does NOT go. I am in the process of filing a complaint regarding the bizarre and totally confusing and seemingly unethical practices of this "business" with [redacted], and I hope you will unlink yourselves from continuing to work with them, as many supposedly affiliated organizations reputations are being damaged by clearly associating with this sham organization. I would like at least a partial refund of my purchase for "credit", as I cannot even figure out where my "funds" have gone within this transaction. Please help remedy this situation in some way. I am very confused and disappointed with this website and I cannot understand how they function as a supposed business at all. Thank you for your time. - [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like at least a partial at least, or full at best, refund, to my [redacted] account for my purchase of "funds" to be used as credit on BidCactus. As stated in my complaint, I cannot figure out how my "credits" are used, how many I have, where they go, and if they are even of any actual value or use. The best possible outcome would be a full refund of my "purchase" of credits to be used on BidCactus, or at least a partial return of "funds" not yet "used" (of which I can't discern).

Review: Untimely delivery of products purchased.

I have not received items I won or purchased through the buy it now feature dating from Novenber 19th 2012 through March 5th 2013.

Bid Cactus web site advertises items will be shipped in 15 business days or less.

Have spoken to them numerous times concerning this issue.Desired Settlement: I am seeking delivery of items that are in arrears and future items in a timely fashion.

We made a change to our fulfillment process which resulted in shipping delays for some of our customers.

While are are currently back on track and shipping current check out items & cards, we have a backlog which we are working to reduce. We appreciate the customers patience and he can be assured the cards he has won will be shipped as soon as possible.

Review: I have paid for many items through bidcactus that I have not received, these items and gift cards were supposed to be delivered in 15 days according to their rules. I have waited for over a year and 4mos. I have called them many many times, I have been told I would recieve 7-10 days, that was 2mos. ago. I was told my GC was in 32c for shipment, it would be the 2nd batch to ship, that has been 7-8mos, ago. I was told I would have them before christmas (2013) although I was hoping to get my stuff before christmas (2012). I have sent many emails also. I keep getting lies and excuses shipping is behind or venders cant deliver. I m tired of it, it is time to pay up or shut them down, I have been pacence with them for many many months, cant wait any longer. Thanks so much for your help.Desired Settlement: Give me what I have paid for ALL of it not just partcial. Or refund me the value of the items and gift cards and the money I have invested.

Review: Bidder beware!!! Dont expect to receive the items you win nor a full refund. I won 8 gift cards via the Buy It option but never received 7 of them. At first I was told the gift cards were shipped and I was even given a shipping notification tracking number. However, they werent shipped. Weeks later I learned from [redacted] that the orders were never placed with their vendor. After weeks of calls and emails, I was finally told the items were backlogged and they were unsure when the items would be mailed. Clearly, BidCactus does not adhere to their own 15 day delivery policy referenced on the website nor did they ever intend to ship all the cards. When I requested a refund, they were willing to return the Buy IT price but refused to return the bids I purchased and used to win the item. To be clear, they breached the agreement by being unable to deliver the items, but felt it acceptable to keep the money I spent to buy the bids to purchase the gift cards. Adding to the dishonesty, BidCactus continues to relist the item on new auctions. The gift cards I won can be easily purchased by Bidcactus, and therefore, the excuses given for non-delivery is deceitful and unethical.I am a bit surprised that the State of Connecticut is not looking into this company.

Product_Or_Service: Multiple gift cards

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2013/08/23) */

The customer did not win the items in question, he participated in several auctions and as he was not the winner, he choose to have the BIDS used as credit towards the purchase price of the items.

There was a miscommunication regarding the shipping of the item & the customer was sent a tracking number in error which BidCactus acknowledged. He was told the cards are being ordered & should be in our offices shortly however, he advised he would rather receive a refund.

He was advised that as the BIDS used were credited towards the retail price of the item, he would only be eligible for the Buy It Price + S/H which he agreed to and we processed.

He is not due any further refunds.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2013/09/02) */

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT ACCEPT the response from the business.)

BidCactus uses deceptive and unethical tactics to steal money from unsuspecting bidding participants. From the beginning, I intentionally only used the Buy feature as it was clear before I began that I had no true chance to "win". Had I known that Bid Cactus would be unable to deliver the items in the time frame they stated on their site, I would have never entered into a transaction with them.

Although the site clearly states items will be shipped in 15 days or sooner, 7 out of the 8 items were not shipped in the time referenced. I was continually promised by BidCactus employees that the items were ordered and would be shipped soon but this never happened. After weeks of waiting, I was eventually told the cards I purchased were never even ordered. This is all evidenced through emails sent me from [redacted] at BidCactus. After approximately one month of waiting, I was informed that the majority of the cards I purchased were "backordered" and I should not expect to receive them for a few more months. They refused to give a time estimate for shipment. I repeatedly made it clear in emails and calls to BidCactus that I didn't want a refund but only wanted the items I won/bought.

It is hard to understand how BidCactus would feel they are entitled to my money considering they are unable to deliver the product I purchased in the stated time on their website. Clearly, any company with integrity would cancel the entire transaction and refund the customer all the monies spent. It is of no surprise to me that even today they still have not updated their site to let purchasers/bidders know that they are "backlogged" multiple months. BidCactus should come clean as to why they are unable to deliver the products in a timely fashion and why they are so backlogged. The cards won are not hard to obtain. It is impossible to trust their word as they have consistently lied to me. Based on the number of complaints to the Revdex.com, it is clear I am not the only one.

Below are a few emails sent by BidCactus to me. On 7/21 I was told all the cards were being sent out shortly but on 8/2, I was told they were never ordered.

The order for the cards in question have not been placed w/our vendor according to our shipping department. Once they arrive into our offices, it's a quick turnaround. You also should have received the Department Store Card that was shipped on July 26th.

Thank you

Business

Response:

This is all evidenced through emails sent me from Kip at BidCactus.

Response:

I was not reimbursed the bids I used to buy the item. When they gave me the partial refund, they did not reimburse me for the bids I purchased and used to by the items. They should have refunded the bids when they were unable to deliver the products. As you can see by the complaints by other customers to your organization, BidCactus has been unable to deliver the products people purchased in the time promised. They are more than aware of this but refuse to update their site to reflect a major backlog. Have you asked the company the reason for this delay?

For example:

A $100 [redacted] Gift Card I purchased cost me $56 ($50 + $6 for shipping) in cash plus 66 bids. Each bid cost me approx. $0.35 per bid. In this case, I should have received a refund of approx. $ 80 which is $56 + $23(66 x $0.35). However, I only received $56. They kept the other $23. So, they can't provide the item but charged me anyways.

Review: I win the Auction [redacted], Item #[redacted] 5 16GB Unlocked Black Ended: 11/23/13 09:33:34 ET. I fully paid including shipping on 11/23/2013. They are keep lie to me. Shipping date move one week from another. They never ship it out and just refund after one and half month later.Desired Settlement: Another [redacted] 5S.

Review: They have not fulfilled there end we have payed for their checked out won auctions months ago and have not received our products. There are some auctions well over 3 months. They state you should receive your auction wins that you have payed for in 15 business days. We have contacted them by email numerous times about 10 times with no return email, we have cpies of the emails if needed, other than a automated email saying they received our email and will get back to us shortly. We have called in numerous times and have got names of customer service reps but no response([redacted]) all have not gotten back to us.We just want our items delivered to us that we payed for understand maybe a couple days past 15 business for any reason, but 2 months or over is crazy and with no response to our emails to customer support very frustrated.Desired Settlement: We want the items we payed for delivered to us asap. Or a check cut to us for the amount of the products that we have payed for if they don't have the products we have payed for. Numerous items like a 32 gig [redacted] a [redacted] 5s a, 100 [redacted] gift card and numerous other gift cards.

Review: I signed up today and they charged me $79.00 and I was not able to choose how much bids to buy. They automatically charged me the Mac amount and their telephone number is a ###-###-####is a non working number so you can't call them. Their bidding is extremely challenging and competitive. I want a refund. There's no way to win.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for $79.00 and ASAP.

Response:

The customer visited our Penny Auction site & created an account; she moved on to the next page where she was offered the chance to purchase 125 BIDS at the discounted cost of $79. The offer need not be accepted however, she proceeded to enter her credit card / billing details and she selected "Buy Bids" to allow her card to be charged $79 & 125 BIDS were deposited into her account.
