Review: Won several items (see below) from the Bidcactus.com website on September 19, 2013. Items were paid for immediately on September 19, 2013, and removed from my account on September 20, 2013. Website reports should receive in 5 business days. Review: I am wanting bidcactus.com to ship me the items owed within the next 15 days as per their policy. Items are owed to me from as far back as Dec 2012.

Bidcactus has repeatedly promised that they would get caught up and that they had fallen behind because of a change in their shipping system. This excuse has been used by this company for almost a year at this point. In the meantime they have attempted to sell their company and transfer a $650,000 prize reserve to this new company. This issue seemed to appear when bidcactus started talks with [redacted] back in April 2012.

At this point I am owed gift cards and items valued at approx $12,000 with some of these items owed from as far back as Dec 2012.

I have enjoyed bidcactus so I figured I would give them a chance to resolve the issue through the Revdex.com. If not then I will have to consider other options available to me.Desired Settlement: I want all of the items I am owed shipped to me (at my new address which bidcactus has) within the next 15 days. That is their shipping policy and I am holding them to it.

There was no settlement offered just the same excuse that I have received for over one year now. I have sent an email to bidcactus informing them that I will be contacting the Attorney General for the State of Connecticut as well as filing suit against the company. I suggest anyone else reading this also contact the Attorney General's office or go to http://www.ct.gov/ag/lib/ag/consumers/consumercomplaintform.pdf for the form to file a complaint. We must get together on this cause as the company has chosen to take our money and ignore our continued requests to actually have the items shipped to us.

Review: I've been awaiting delivery on some of my items for a year. Yep, 1 year. When I email I get an automatic response. When I call I get a guy named [redacted] who is unhelpful and finds it funny I'm frustrated. Foolish of me to think I'm actually supposed to get what I pay for. Anyone know of any business that takes this long to ship? That's because they don't exist. And BidCactus shouldn't either. Anyhow, this is just the beginning of my campaign to get what I paid for. If this is the way BidCactus wants to do business then it has to be prepared for all the pissed off customers wanting to put them out of business.I keep being told my cards will be sent "soon." They cannot/will not tell me if they will even ship this month. I asked if I'd get the e-Cards I won to shop for Christmas since there's nothing physical to send and was told he didn't know because their vendor hadn't sent them. Convenient. So I asked for the vendor's name so I could see what their holdup was. Said he couldn't give me their name. Convenient. I want my gift cards or their cash equivalent. The cash equivalent part should negate all the trouble with shipping they are having, so there shouldn't be any excuse. I either want my winnings, want their equivalent, or want to wage a one man social media war. I've already started with option 3 since I have received no real help of any kind from BidCactus, but would rather just get what I'm owed and forget the site ever existed.Desired Settlement: It's not like I'm asking for anything for free. All I want is to be sent the items I won and paid for. The shopping e-Cards I won were for Christmas shopping, so I would like those or their cash equivalent right away. As the customer called to inquire about the status of his items and he was advised that our shipping department is experiencing delays with processing orders. He was also advised that the items he won will be shipped as soon as possible however, I could not provide him with an exact ship date.

Review: BidCactus has failed to send the items that I have paid for and won at auction or purchased. The site clearly states that items won will be shipped within 15 business days from checkout. I have paid for the items and have not received any of them. My credit card was charged for bids bought and items purchased in excess of $5,000. Despite repeated calls and deceptive answers by Bid Cactus personnel I have not received any merchandise. They keep promising to send items and they never send the items. We do understand the customers frustration with our continued shipping delays; our shipping department is working continuously to get this resolved as quickly as possible. The customer should know that we do no store his credit card details & any charges made on our site was initiated by the customer. We feel we had to point this out as the customer did comment that he would like a refund for "any charges" we put on his card; they were made by [redacted].

Review: BidCactus has continually given the excuse that they are running just a little behind in the processing department, upon my research of this, I discovered this has been going on for well over a year, even though they say delivery within 15 days of certain items, and Ecard codes to be sent within 5 days, I have won 11 Ecards: 4 on Sept 26, 2013, 5 on Sept 30th, 2013, 1 on Oct 1st, 2013 and 1 on Oct 21st, 2013, all clearly well over the 5 days to receive the codes on. I have contacted them multiple times, first they blame the vendor, then they blame the processing dept, and every time end the response with, we are working on these issues. They are very quick at processing the payments for these won items, but do not deliver. These items are suppose to be for Christmas gifts as I have been unable to work due to recovering from a [redacted]e surgery that prohibits me from walking and driving for the next several months. Please help me in receiving these items, and if they send the other items I have won too, that would be an amazing bonus as well, considering everything I have won since Sept, 2013 to Nov 13, 2013 has not been sent.Desired Settlement: I DESPERATELY want all of the items I have fairly won and PAID FOR IN FULL to be delivered immediately and that means by the end of this month (NOVEMBER 2013).

I am rejecting this response because: The information regarding a "refund amount" for the items I have already paid for does not match the amount that has been paid, they want to deduct money for the "FREE BIDS" received on some of the items that have been paid for. In other words, they do not want to refund the full amount I have paid in total, therefore it is fraudulent on their part to say they are offering me a full refund on the items they are refusing to send me. I either want every single penny I paid for the items they will not send, or I will have no other recourse but to file legal papers against them. As far as I know, the customer has not responded to our accounting department regarding the offer for a refund that was offered to her. In addition, BIDS that we given to her by BidCactus cannot be refunded as they were free. If the customer went to a brick & mortar store, made a purchase & received a "make up bag" free of charge, she cannot return the purchase w/the make-up bag and expect to receive a refund based on the value of both items.

Review: It has been over 30 days since I won 11 separate auctions with no product delivered. Email from company states;-----------------------Actually our website states the following (however we are working through a shipping backlog at present):All auction wins should arrive within 15 business days of item checkout (20 business days for Canada). Review: Bidcactus.com is a fraudulent website. The company advertises as a penny auction site but never deliver the goods I paid for. I won several auctions on the site, at check-out the terms and agreement said it could take 2-3 weeks for items to be mailed. It has been over 2 months, and no effort has been made for me to get any of the goods I won and paid for. I emailed customer service, they replied and said that they were "Backlogged with their shipping system". Which did not excuse the "e-Cards" that where never emailed to me. A month later, when I emailed customer service for a second time, they offered me a refund of $46.00, an adjusted price of the auctions purchased price on most of the items listed below. I spend a total of $169.65 on Bidscatus.com. Some of which I spent on bids won and purchased. I used those bids to win the auctions listed below. On my second email to customer service, they gave me no reasons why I haven't received any of my stuff. Please stop them from scamming other vulnerable people like me. Below are the auction won/purchased with the date purchased next to them. Review: We have purchase $100's of dollars in bids on their site and won very many items with those bids. No products have been sent to us and some are as old as November 18th, 2013. Mnay emails to customer service with no replies. [redacted] disputes opened with no replies. Would like complete refund of all bids & items purchased from November 18th until present 1/12/14. User ID fro the site is gonna_loose_ur_bids. Apparently this site is a scam site. Many other people will also be taken as this is a very busy site. Review: I have repeatedly contacted Bidcactus over the last 12 months for delinquent shipping issues related to the products I have paid for. To date, I have over 100 items that have been purchased, but not sent to me. These items were won and purchased as long ago as Dec 2012 up to Oct 3, 2013. Bidcactus states that they have had shipping issues and acknowledges that they still owe me these items. When I ask for a estimated time I will receive these items, they tell me they will send items soon. This dance goes on every month and still no progress has been made on these items. Their estimated delivery time on their checkout continues to be 15 days .. well this is just false as it is nearing 10 months for some of the oldest items I purchased but still not received. I have attached a spreadsheet of items that Bidcactus acknowledges that are past due to me. This file was sent by [redacted]) on Aug 2, 2013. I still have not received these items to date after additional emails back to [redacted] since Aug 2.Desired Settlement: I want Bidcactus to send me the items I won and purchased. They have falsely promised to send me the items and have not done so. Alternatively, Bidcatcus can send me a check for the TOTAL full stated value of each item that I have purchased AND a refund of all of the shipping and handling charges that I have pre-paid. For example, I am asking for the full value of EACH item + associated pre-paid shipping and handling (e.g. $100 for a $100 [redacted] gift card + $5.90 = total $105.90

I am new to Penny Auctions-BidCactus is the only one I have tried. and won, so I thought.

On February 27, 2013, I bid on and won a much needed [redacted] Stand mixer. It did not arrive within the maximum shipping time specified. I gave it some extra time, but after about 2 more weeks passed, I called BidCactus to question why I had not received my mixer. I was advised they were way behind their shipping schedule, but they would ship the mixer shortly. From that time on, I received no communication from their company.

On May 1st, I emailed BidCactus regarding all of the above, and cc'd the Revdex.com. In response, BidCactus Customer Support sent this email the following day:

The vendor updated me and let me know that your mixer will ship late next week. I will provide you with tracking as soon as I see it come through.

It would appear the vendor has not shipped the mixer, as I have not been contacted by this company.

I bid on that mixer because I needed it. I have waited too long with no contact/no explanation given for the delay and I am OUTRAGED. Their policy is ridiculous, and if I wait for a replacement I'm sure I will not receive it in a timely fashion-if ever.

Desired Settlement: I do not want bids, I do not want a refund of money spent (I read their terms). I want the item I bid on IMMEDIATELY, and if they cannot provide that service, provide me with the funds to purchase a mixer of equal - or better - quality and value; include Massachusetts sales tax, and a $20.00 to be used towards gas.

I have over $4,500 plus shipping of items I have won and the response I keep getting is they are working to expedite the shipment of my items. I did receive some gift cards but not the items won since Dec 26th. There 15 business day shipment claim is not true. I can't get any definitive dates for [redacted], gps, etc. How can they keep offering these items for auction but not have any shipping date. I am 16 days from one item being 4 months since I won it and multiple ones in Jan. They need to fix their problem which I have emails indicating it has been a problem since last November. Pls help.

They are shipping some items but the [redacted] from 1/5, feb & mar they can't say when they will ship and I still have numerous cards and items from Jan/Feb/Mar. I think they are trying but it is still quite a long wait.

We should rebut the customers claim that BidCactus threatened to cancel his order. Of course, he had suggested a refund when we spoke with our customer support staff on 9/27 & on 10/11, the order itself would be cancelled & a refund processed. An order would simply not be cancelled - we would attribute this to a misunderstanding on the customers part.

Review: I have won several actions over a span of two months, starting on 6 Dec 2013, and have not received one thing I have purchased. I have emailed several times trying to solve the issue, but now they have stopped answering my emails. The auctions in which I won clearly stated that the item codes would be emailed within 5 business days of check out. Again, that was over two months ago for some things.Desired Settlement: Either I want the items I won/purchased, or I want every cent I spent on that site back. Review: It started with responding to an ad with [redacted] for a [redacted] is the seller. She reply back to email saying the phone has been sold and refer buyers to Bidcactus.com. Once you go to the website you have to register to view and bid on items. I register entering my contact information so next it took me page to enter prefer payment. When I enter my payment method it took $79 dollars automatically out of my account to my surprise. I thought maybe I paid for something that I was not aware of so check the cart there was nothing and now I really confused. I tried to call but not open. So like [redacted] maybe I suppose bid....so I bid a [redacted] with a fifty dollars limit win the bid since I did not get the bid, I was expecting to get my money back. No such thing. I was told by [redacted] that each bid carried a fee and that was clear on the website. I told her I will dispute this with my bank however I was inform that there was no dispute because she has a receipt via email showing my bid purchases.I have been out of work for about a year taking care of my sick child who is now decease. I mentioned that not for pity but just to say I do not have money to receive nothing. She was quick to refute everything I had to say. I send many emails trying to get my money back. I forward the website of the many complaints to her. My finally response from [redacted] was that I will "claim" anything to get my way including mentioning my "dead daughter" that response was very hurtful. The customer visited our site & made a purchase of 125 BIDS for $79 - the BIDS were deposited into her account electronically which she then used.

We are not like [redacted] and there is no information on our site which compares us to that other site. The customer assumed & proceeded to use the BIDS w/out first reading all the information available at hand.

I do understand she stated attempted to call us but the office was closed however, there was no hurry to use the BIDS and we were available the next day for calls and/or questions.

I also believe that the customer called to speak w/another customer service REP and it was determined that some of the information she provided to us was not correct.

The BIDS she has used cannot be refunded.

Customer representative is totally dishonest. There are several complaints on the internet with the same complaint as mind. The complaints even mention the same name which is [redacted]. Once your money is withdrawl you are left not knowing what to do. I called the company several times trying to get a refund and answer was NO!!! I told her I had no money to waste. I lost my daughter a year ago and spent six month in the hosiptal with my daughter whom I love very much meaning I was not working no income. The email I received from the angry representative stated that I would claim anything to get my way includng mentioning "my dead daughter". I was shockingly surprise over the insenstive remark. That was the ONLY personal email I received from tne company the others were generic computer generated. The Bidcatcus never called me. I am amazed that they keep calling me a liar. Based on the information we have, the amount previously offered by my colleague was correct. The customer purchased the item via our Buy It Feature for $164.50 + $19.90 S/H for a total refund due him of $184.40. This refund was processed on September 9th, 2013.

I purchased a $50 [redacted] gift card on 3/27/2013. I emailed them on 4/8/13 asking them when it should be shipped because it sill showed pending on my account. I got a response on 4/9/13

This card was shipped on 24APR13 via USPS tracking [redacted] & the customer was emailed the tracking information.

We had hoped to ship this last week however there was a problem w/our vendor providing us with the necessary cards for fulfillment. They arrived into our offices on Tuesday and the cards were sent out on Wednesday morning.

Review: Advertised on the website that most items ship within 15 days---nothing was shipped to me after 50 days so a [redacted] claim was filed

[redacted] refunded my transacrions for tangible items not shipped to me, however for the bids purchases in order to win items and use towards buy it now could not be refunded by [redacted] policies as they do not cover intangible items (the bids)

The bids I purchased, were purchased under the premis and representation on the site that wins are shipped within 15 days.

As this is not the case, for myself, and several other people I have found after my items did not ship and I started doing some investigation on Bidcactus. I discovered many many other people have the same issue with wins from bidcactus, nothing shippped.

It is my complaint that the sales of the bids were misrepresented and sold in bad faith, as bidcactus knowingly are not shipping anything as represented on the site, yet continues to represent items for bid under the guise that "most items ship withing 15 days". The only thing that ships in 15 days, is more bids to keep you buying more and more, until you figure out that they are not shipping you anything of your wins or buy it nows---but by that time you have spent quite a bit of $$Desired Settlement: Refund of all money spent on bid purchases $720.63 USD
