Customer's August shipment has been refunded. Subscription has been cancelled so no further shipments or charges will continue moving forward.

received two shipments at our home from this company....two names of people unknown...with our current street address......we returned via post office but speaks to fraudulent issues ....... where did they get our address????......how did they get it?????
emailed however their response was "oh, I guess we entered an incorrect address"???...WHAT???.....very curious, and frightening.

As indicated on our FAQ, Birchbox Man subscription boxes are non refundable as we are a discovery service. We do give subscribers the option to edit a profile that helps us determine what to include in their boxes each month. [redacted] reached out to us on August * and Mollie responded and offered to...

assist him in editing his Grooming Profile to improve his experience for next month. We have now refunded [redacted] as a courtesy, and we will be happy to assist him if he has any trouble going forward.

We will be reaching out to this customer directly to assist with the fraudulent charges. While we are unfortunately not able to give out further information about the charge, we will cooperate with her bank to get this resolved. Additionally, we have closed down the account used to place this order...

Requester should reach out to their bank/credit card company directly and immediately regarding any unauthorized activity. The bank will ultimately be able to close the card and issue a chargeback. Customer information is secure on merchant's site which has documented security...

certificates. Requester has been in touch with merchant customer service to close down account.

On December [redacted], 2014 a gift subscription was purchased for [redacted] for a full year of Birchboxes. While I do not see that we have any record of [redacted] contacting us under her email address - [redacted], this gift was disabled and [redacted] will not receive additional boxes....

While we are usually not able to cancel a gift and recommend that the recipient contact the gifter, in this case and due to the circumstances, I can verify that the gift was canceled. [redacted] will not receive any boxes following the March box.

I'm tired of reiterating the same thing    birchbox fails to accept responsibility for negligence    yes it is a discovery box but I filled out a profile which I have furnished proof of specifying my hair type and texture and they sent me a product that contradicts my profile  in addition they had products in June appropriate for my hair type that other customers receieved

This customer purchased a yearly rebillable subscription, which automatically renews every year if it is not cancelled. Yearly rebillable subscriptions, as listed on our website, cannot be cancelled outside the first month of the year. When a yearly rebillable subscription rebills, we send multiple...

emails alerting the subscriber that the subscription is about to renew. As this is the case, we could not cancel this customer's subscription when she reached out, because the year had been purchased in full. Rest assured, we have cancelled the subscription now and issued a $50 refund for the remaining 5 boxes.

I recently returned a partial order to Birchbox. The total was initially $85 after their "points" were taken off, then I received a discount of 20%. I paid $60 cash. When I returned 4 out of 6 of the items, it was 21 days before my refund went through. Then almost fifty percent was taken off, not twenty, since I already had it Cara the supervisor explained. Three hundred of my four hundred points were gone. She kept saying if I returned the remaining items I'd get all back. What about the sixty dollars cash I paid? Why is more than 20%getting taken when that's all I got off & had points removed? That's my money, not a point system. I repeatedly asked for her manager, she said her phones don't work like that, I asked for the manager's e-mail, if I could leave my name ,anything, no no no no no. That is bad business.
I want my money, an acknowledgment, something! Something is wrong here. I know it wasn't as long as I thought with the shipping, but 3 weeks is a long time.

We have called [redacted] and left a voicemail. We also followed up via email and reattached the return shipping label. She will be able to use that to send the items back to us.
