These two despicable (barely) humans [redacted] , CEO and [redacted] ***, Customer Service Representative--run the scam "Course Hero" which illegally bought MY graduate school papers and work and published for re-sale on their site without my knowledge or permissionWorse yet, they did the same to year old [redacted] My work was copy-written, and my son has a signed document from his school declaring that all student work is copy-write protected by the school I'm furious--and it's all showing up as my first result on google when my name is entered into a google search bar, making it even easier to steal my hard work I have filed all paperwork for them to take is down with NO result This is horrific!

I signed up on 27th September (only on this date) and I quickly realized this site rehashes information randomly picked up onlineIt contained no iota of information relevant to my studyI quickly contacted them on same date This was initiated via their website on the “contact us” section of their websiteThere was no phone number listedThey did not acknowledge the correspondenceI wrote them again on 29th September They replied with some rehashed email saying that “you will not be billed again next year “ am like what happened to the $you alrwady charged meI need that refunded I have since researched extensively about this website and it appears that they constantly swindle people with their claims and yet do not deliver any meaningful help or information towards helping studentsI think it is morally wrong and reprehensible for a company to be set up solely with the aim of defrauding innocent students whose only crime is that they want to do well in their studies

Course hero is a scam site! They claim to have solutions to textbooks But once you pay all they have is useless spam like the class syllabus of another college; or an unsolved copy of the problem that you were searching for a solution forThis is the 12th negative review at the time of this writing, with no neutral or positive reviews [redacted] ***

This company advertises being free. Once you sign up and give your email address they charge you to actually use their service. Thankfully I did not pay. Read all of the reviews many people who paid for the service did not get what they were promised. Beware this is probably a scam.

I was charged a fee of $for a service I no longer need, and never found to be beneficial from the beginningI cancelled my membership since I graduated and was no longer needing assistanceThere is no customer service phone number to contact, and little information as to how billing disputes are resolved

I am a grad student at [redacted] university I went on the site to get information for A Course...only a small amount of information was helpful The site is miss leading...I only used the site for once or twice and called and told the company I was not satisified I was told I would not be charged..Additionally I was told, I did not need to do anything I would be credited I was charged times for service, three month in a row...without my permission

Huge scamThe service states that you cannot get a refund if you open just document, however the only way to know if the service provides a satisfactory result is to...well open a documentHow is this "satisfaction guaranteed"? Unfortunately most people will see this too late
