I signed up for what they advertised as a $a month membershipThey charged me for the full year of over $I did not realize they charged me for a full year until after I used the service for a sayThey then said that since I used their "unlocks for certain material" that they can't issue a refundThe membership is very misleading and you can find a ton of similar incidents all over the internetThis website is very fraudulent and should not be allowed to operate

I have since researched extensively about this website and it appears that they constantly swindle people with their claims and yet do not deliver any meaningful help or information towards helping studentsI think it is morally wrong and reprehensible for a company to be set up solely with the aim of defrauding innocent students whose only crime is that they want to do well in their studies

I graduated from school and cancelled Course HeroThey are still billing meI have cancelled a total of timesI still see a reoccurring payment until SeptemberSince I graduated from School I no longer have the email listed on the accountI want them to stop billing me, and deactivate my accountthis a predatory company

The website has is a scamThey also say they will not charge on the websiteThe service was canceledNothing was providedMy wife even showed me and I explained no its a scamAfter I contested the charge they then blocked her account but still recharged her

Course Hero offers a "Better Grades, Guaranteed" which claims that you will get a higher gpa for the semester enrolled in Course Hero, versus the semester immediately prior, guaranteed, or your money backI did not earn a higher GPA, and want my money backCourse Hero is refusing to honor their guarantee

I unlocked two documents totalThe first document didnt have any solutions at all! completely uselessThe second document was for an older book and the problems were completely differentThe document was also difficult to readI tried to get a refund but was denied because of the two useless documents I unlocked

Course hero INTENTIONALLY misrepresents what content they have on their siteThey said it would be 9.99/month and the NOT annual payment all at once! I went onto the website looking for help with a classThis site showed the information stating they had answers to the study material I neededI purchased their service and then went to use the study material and IT WAS NOT THERE! They only had the article and questions and NOT the answers to the study materials as they had claimedAnother issue I have is that they show that it will be 9.99/month and 128/yearThis leads you to believe that the service will be only charged monthly cancelling at any timewell THEY CHARGE YOU ALL UP FRONT and WON'T refund the difference! They should be prosecuted

I used CourseHero.com for studying materials for university coursesI signed up for one year for 10/1/- 10/1/CourseHero automatically enrolled me in an "auto-renewal" program and charged me $for a second year 10/1/17-10/1/I have already graduated in May and this second year subscription has no use to meI immediately canceled this "auto renewal" program (which they hide from you) on 10/2/and now CourseHero.com will not refund the money they charged me for this full year
