Seems the people at Course Hero tend to suck your original works into their online database, use those works to entice poor students into a subscription and then kick the original user as an "honor violator." Pretty cheesyI created an account and found my own content on the Course Hero site (my original essays, multi-choice answers, etc) with my page codes all after I was closed for "honor violation."
I suppose that's one way to pad the database with fresh content

On November 20, I purchased what I believed to be a monthly subscription to course heroI thought that I would be charged about $per month with my subscription but when I checked my charges on my debit card I saw that I was charged $for a whole yearThat is not the subscription that I ever wanted and would like a full refund as soon as possibleAlso I tried canceling my subscription and do not wish to ever be charged againThey have advertising on their site for 10$ per month but it is just a scam to get you to purchase their product

This company is pure garbageTheir "tutors" are copy and paste "heroes" who provide the same thing a google search would returnWhen you ask for a refund, their moderators take days to respond and don't even provide helpI ended up having to get my bank to do the refund as they charge your credit card even before you accept the answersTrying to call them? Good luck, they never answer!

I have been trying to have documents erased from the websiteNo one has answered me and I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible

She immediately canceled the subscription This is advertisement and we demand a full refund! We will also be contacting our bank and reporting this as fraud

Course hero are stealing from their tutors by closed their accounts irregularlyThe accounts are closed with the accumulated tutors' earnings

Please Please, Do not sign up with Course Hero They are a scam and will take your money I tried to log on and it would not allow me, so I tried to change password No results I finally contacted customer service, which do not provide a telephone number but you must submit problem online I received an email stating that my account was deactivated after they charged $in January and closed the account in March, stating that I illegally uploaded documents I disputed this claim saying I never uploaded any type of documents, but they continue to say that I did I immediately called my credit card company to cancel my card, so that no other charges will be made from Course hero After many many emails, stating that I did not upload documents, they decided to refund part of my money, but I told them that my charge card is canceled, so I am not sure how payment will be refunded Please do not sign up for this servicesI gave them star, but what they did, they do not even deserve that one

They explain how to cancel your subscription, verify it has been canceled and that your card "will not be billed" and then bill your card! DO NOT USE THEM
