RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] . thank you" Yes I did called [redacted] twice about my cancellation because on Nov. 11th I went in the gym to meet up with my PT and [redacted] one of their PT manager he walked up to me and told me that if I needed to cancel my PT I have to email their customer care financial and give them 30 days notice but what I understand is that both of them [redacted] and [redacted] told me back in July they will cancel it my PT they both spoke to me on the phone and now they said that they save me time not to go into the give to give 30 days notice wow. Oh [redacted] me she gave me her email address but my email dosen't go through so I tried to called her again but no answers so I gave up. Please post this on BBB complaints. Oh I called it their customer care financial and they said the same thing that's their higher manager that I spoke to I feels like no matter what I say I won't get my money back because they just talk after month pasting by they make it seem like is your fault not go into the gym to make a cancellation "why would I when both of the gym managers told me on the phone that my PT will be cancel it after my third payments which is Oct. but no here come Nov. and they took my money from my account oh they took the money after [redacted] told me to email the customer care financial which I only have few days to do that wow when they the one that fail to do their job. We value all our member's feed back and take them all very seriousThe Indian Club gym that the member is referring to is in a great area and has new equipment inside, the clubs are less that years oldThe contract that the member signed does show that's is a month contractAs a
courtesy to this member I will make sure that there membership is cancelledWe offer a Forgive and Forget program and if this member comes back in we can clear out her account and start overWe did close down one of our locations and transferred the memberships to Indian School and we gave the members the option to cancel at that time but this member did not take advantage of this offer, again we are willing to work with her

To whom it may concern,I looked into this members account and confirmed that we did have a signed PT contract from Mrs*** as well as a singed receipt for her down payment from her credit card. I also talked to the trainer that was working with her and he said she was enjoying the
training sessionsAs a courtesy for Mrs*** I contacted *** ***, our collection agency that we use and requested that her account be taken out of collectionsI did receive a conformation email back that this was completedWe hope to see Mrs*** back in the gym soon

Hi ***, I looked into your account and I do not see any notes or history where you went into the club to cancel your membershipI do see where *** our finance company has tried to contact you on numerous occasions to talk to you about your unpaid invoicesIf you want please send me a email so I

To whom it may concern, when a member signs a contract they sign knowing what our cancellation policy's are and there given a copy of the contract, some plans do require a buyout fee if a contract is cancelled out early and we do require the member to come into the gym to met with the GM to sign a
form that the member then sends to our finance company, this is per our contract and for the Members protectionI would like the opportunity to work directly with this member and help resolve her issues, my email address is ***I will do everything I can to make this member happy

I checked into the members account and I do not see where she came in and cancelled her membership, as a courtesy I cancelled her contractThere is a balance on her account and we wrote that off her for

They lied in the messageWhen their own proof shows how I requested cancellationThey said they have no recordsWhich is very untrueTheir business practice is to not only continue to take monies from a person not attending for plus years, but also try to charge a person for wanting to cancelNo where have they tried to work with me during cancellation. HI, I was able to contact *** myself and apologized for her inconvenience and cancelled her membership right away*** was happy with the outcome

We are very sorry for this Members inconvience and we are in the process of fixing the unitWe are willing to give this member a fee month membership

I will be looking into this complaint and refund the member if it was us that took the funds out and make sure he doesn't get billed again
