I called this member to let her know that we refunded the money that was taken out of her account, the member was very happy and is currently still training with us.
We wish to address the correspondence you sent regarding [redacted]'s membership agreement with Blast Fitness. We are attaching her agreement, again, to this response. We apologize for the poor wording in our last response, stating Ms. [redacted] contacted our billing company, as it should have stated she spoke with our billing company. The "no contract" refers to not having to sign and be responsible for a year's worth of dues before you can cancel, as many health club facilities require. It does not indicate that your membership is only billed when/if you use it or that it cancels if you do not use it. We are unable to backdate her request without documentation that a prior cancelation request was received.

Hi, I am sorry that [redacted] did not do this when I told him this information. I also was not able to read the contract because it was an electronic version. No paper version was ever provided. The lady who verbally explained the contract said to come in and cancel, which I did. Please note, that my consent to the contract was under protest due to the fact that they refused to provide me with a paper copy of the contract. I did not have amble time to review the contract or the ability to review the contract. The lady said not to worry about it. Besides the lack of cleanliness of the facility, I also received several unauthorized charges. I let [redacted] know, he might have cared but he told me that there was nothing he can do about it. When I asked for his manager, he advised me that his manager can't do anything about it too. Please do refund, especially the unauthorized charges. Thank you.
Regards,
[redacted]

As a company we strive to make all our customers happy and treat them like family. Per contracts that this Member signed it goes...
into open end until the member gives a 30 day notice, again as a courtesy I did this for her. The $240.00 charge was already in process before her contract was cancelled. Normally she would of been charged another payment durning the 30 day notice and that was also waived. We went above and beyond for this member. She still has training sessions to use and we hope she comes into the gym and use these.thank you

[redacted]I went and spoke with the manager and have a picture of how he took care of me. I was standing there waiting for him to respond to me for twenty minutes. This company is very unprofessional and makes is incredibly hard to cancel out the membership. He should have put a note on the profile. I will not take responsibility for the misconduct of the workers of blast fitness . I attached it to this email and I will not hesitate to post it everywhere.
