I contacted this member and offered her a free months membership and informed her that we now offer Saturday's day care. The member was very happy with the outcome and aggreed to change this rating.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.
The message directly from the company, included in the original Revdex.com complaint, stated that I could request a cancellation, to [redacted] Financial, by phone, instead of sending the paperwork, but I was waiting on a response from the company, about the details, since neither the club, or [redacted] Financial, could tell me how it would work.   I should have an active [redacted] membership, with a lifetime rate lock that can not be duplicated by signing up at the new club.  I never made a request to cancel, so feel the membership should be transferred to [redacted], with the rest of the members from this club.
Regards,
[redacted]

[No free month is necessary. Thank you for responding to my complaint.  Also it would be helpful if the website pesticides a way to contact your company.  ]

Member paid cash of 200$ for the month of June, because there was a problem drafting from her account . Her payments for July and August in the amount of 200 were reversed from her bank account on file. So no money was taken from her account for July or August 2016, Her account for personal...

training has since been canceled and her balance owed of 400$ has been cleared. The dispute of $600 should be all set now. Please see email below from a club manager stating she paid cash in June and was still receiving training.Thank you[redacted]Blast Fitness From: Blast Fitness PT - Mashpee Sent: Friday, June 3, 2016 3:20 PM To: [redacted] Subject: [redacted]' Agreement Steve, Mashpee client [redacted] reached out a couple weeks ago to request a payment date change to May 24th. Her account hadn't been drafted after the 24th so she came in and brought cash. Her money has already been deposited into our account. I  have updated her Club Ready account and wanted to waive the $20 late payment fee, since it's not her fault and the matter has been resolved. There have been issues with billing her account since she had signed up and it is not her fault. Can you please confirm with me when her next payment is scheduled to be drafted? Thank you for your time, [redacted] - CPT

This member has only paid one payment in 1/2018, we bill for a rate lock fee (this fee is in the signed contract) payment was returned back to Blast as Insufficient Funds as well as the other monthly dues. I did reach out to this Member via email. Member is still welcome to contract me...

[redacted] to work out a resolution for her account. This account is now past due.

Blast does have a specific cancellation policy that the member must met with the club manger when cancelling the contract. This is acknowledged and signed by the member when signing up for a membership. There are notes that the member did come into the gym to cancel and the club manger was at lunch,...

the club GM did call [redacted] and left a message for him to call back, so far [redacted] has not returned the call.. As a courtesy I will cancel this membership without the proper procedures that are required.

After looking into this account I did see where this member did have a membership in 2014-2015. The member quit paying his membership dues and our finance company tired to reach out to him several times, with no response from [redacted].I see no notes where this member tried to contact us to cancel his...

membership. Because of no payment he was sent to collections for $168.00 that is past due. Because we want to keep our current and previous members happy we will take him out of collections and he is welcome to come back and start a new membership and Personal Training.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] They are not offering no compromise. I started a membership in 2014. Have not been in almost 2 years. They not only received monies for facility not utilized in this time. But requesting I pay an additional annual fee in order for me to cancel a membership I have not been using but was being charged. How greedy and [redacted] for a company to take advantage of a customer. Offering what seems like no resolve.

I actually did call back and spoke with the manager that same day. I did pick up the cancellation form and sent it to the billing company.   When I called and asked the staff stated only to come to the gym to pick up the form. Not that the manager needed to be present or that I needed an appt.Just do a better job training is what I ask. The staff should have said yes come in during these hours so the manager is here as they will need to sign off. Or don't come during lunch these hours no manager in duty. Not...just come in and pick up the form. Educate your staff on how to answer that question to avoid wasted trips by your customers.

To whom it may concern, if this member can email me directly at [redacted] I will help her get her issues resolved as well as refund any late charges and give her a free month membership.

We wish to address the correspondence you sent regarding [redacted] membership agreement with Blast Fitness. Based on Mr. [redacted] initial complaint, stating he would not have extended his membership and referencing the 30 days notice to cancel we could only assume he no longer wanted to retain his membership. The transfer of these members has already been completed and we are unable to reverse  the cancelation. If he would like to be a member of YouFit, he would need to join with them.Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom it may concern, as a courtesy we will cancel this membership ASAP with no further due. If this member wishes to come back to Blast Fitness we would like to offer them one month membership with no charge.
