Total rip off alert! Charge you a consult fee where they tell you that you need another consult! Total idiocy. Stay far far away. Watch. They'll come in after and apologize for the inconvenience ad think that everything is okay. IT'S NOT. STAY AWAY! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Now that they have a new 3rd party medical provide they truly suck. I was approved for my meds before they changed to this new Broadway. Now I'm not approved and told to see my PCP with no reason why. I gave the same answers that got me the prescription last yr but this yr no dice. I called and they are like sorry we have no number to Broadway you need to do the consultation again and give different answers. All I wanted is to talk to the nurse who said to go see my PCP, what is the reason, although it was my own doctor who sent me to Blink due to the lower prices. So again why do I need a evaluation from my PCP when he sent me to you, and why isn't there a number to call to talk the Medical dept as to why I'm disapproved. These are things that need to be fixed, now.

These people are thieves and liars, if they offer you a free trial they deliberately misinterpret your answers on the consult and refer you out. I reported a blood pressure of 120/80 and they said I was ineligible because of abnormal blood pressure, then refused to refund my money. Stay away.

Hello ***,
Thank you for reaching out.
We apologize for any frustration you may have endured, but it is up to the online prescriber to determine if a prescription is medically appropriate. The consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be written.
If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
Thank you.

Somehow ended up with a subscription I don't remember signing up for. The one time I used the perk of an online doctor's visit, Blink got the prescription wrong and I had to write them multiple times before it was corrected. I've now tried cancelling the subscription through no fewer than 4 separate interactions with their customer service. Despite being told it was cancelled the first time, I was charged the monthly fee 4 business days later. Now every time I reach out to again, cancel, and request a refund of that last monthly withdrawal I get delay after delay from their CSRs. First I had to confirm all my information, then they demanded to know why I was cancelling before processing the cancellation (they already had this information from the drop-down in their contact form), now I'm being told if I cancel the price of my medication will go up. I loved Blink at first but over the past year they've been nothing but one headache after another. I'm planning on transferring my existing prescriptions to another pharmacy but I'm dreading what I can only imagine will be a painful process.

Our patient support team is available Monday through Friday 8AM - 10PM EST, and Saturday and Sunday 9AM - 7PM EST.
Thank you.

I have been overcharged numerous times. I've called their customer service and have been given the run around every time. I literally called 9 times and they said every time that a representative would get back to me within X time period (can't recall) but they never, not once ever called me back. I have billing issues with them that no one seems to be able to fix... they overcharge me, charge me for medications never sent because they say I don't have a prescription (which they sent me medication for 5 times and was prescribed by one of their fake doctors) because the nurse that THEY linked me with messed up something when entering the prescription into Blink's system -- so of course I had to pay another doctor for a visit, pay for another subscription and wait, wait, wait... then once I finally did get a new prescription from one of their people, they doubled the price after 2 fills.... and this has happened twice now for 2 different medications. THEY GET YOU WITH A CHEAP PRICE UPFRONT AND THEN DOUBLE IT, IF NOT TRIPLE IT once you're subscribed and needing it.
I have talked with numerous reps that say they'll do XYZ and then do nothing. I would stay far away from this bate and switch marketing company that's staffed with children that either don't know their job or aren't allowed to do it properly... IT'S A SCAM! BEWARE

Hello ***,
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration you may have endured.
Although due to privacy issues, we cannot address any particular case in this forum, we can tell you how our services work.
Blink's prescription prices fluctuate based on supply chain and other market conditions as described in Blink's Term of Use at *** Our prices are, however, backed by a price match guarantee on generic drugs, which provides for a refund in price difference if you find a lower price for the same drug, form, and dosage within your community. The full details are available on our website ***. If a customer opts to sign up to have refills process automatically, the pricing at the time of the refill will be charged to the customer, which, again, may be different than previous pricing.
For the telehealth services Blink facilitates, Blink collects the consultation fee at the first visit, as well as a subscription fee, if an ongoing telehealth subscription is purchased. If a telehealth clinician prescribes a medication, which can include refills in accordance with the clinician's judgment and treatment plan, the patient can fill at the pharmacy of his or her choice using Blink's prescription drug platform. As noted above, the price of the drug may fluctuate from fill to fill.
As stated, due to privacy concerns, we are unable to discuss any particular case in this forum without patient authorization. We’re eager to assist you and make things right!
Thank you.

I am so disappointed. I did find a medication prescribed by my doctor for fibromyalgia. The price was great and well worth traveling across the city to pick up at a specific pharmacy. I was ready for a refill and discovered that overnight the price had increased times 7! When I called, the reasons were very generic. "Price restructuring...giving the customer a better experience...streamlining the ordering process." What a bunch of hooey!! The price went from about $10 to about $75. I think the whole thing was just a scam to get you used to using them before they decided to gouge you.

They didn't send my order and wont refund my money

We’re looking forward to assisting you!
Thank you.

I have been using Blink for about a year at a local Pharmacy and never had a problem. I have never ordered meds to be shipped to my door. They are not always the cheapest and have went up lately. I have gotten good deals through them but not as good as when I started with them. I compare prices with four discount groups such as *** before purchasing. It is always better to do your research.

Not good not reliable liars incompetent
After two months and hours on the phone
I still haven't received my medication

I have purchased the same medication from a known pharmacy and it was effective. Blink sent me, supposedly, the same medication but it does not work, What good is cheap if it is not effective! I don't know who their supplier is but I believe that they are not reputable because they refuse to release any information on the product or who or where it is made. Who knows what is in the medication? I contacted them about the issue and they have not answered my questions.

Blink Health Response • Mar 26, 2020

Hello ***,
Thank you for reaching out.
Medications dispensed through Blink's Free Home Delivery service are made by FDA-approved manufacturers, are FDA-approved, and legal for sale in the US.
If you have questions regarding your medication, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Thank you.

Do not expect Blink to honor its 24-hour delivery promise. My order (not more) took three days to fulfill and seven days to deliver. In fact, my Rx orders with Cygna Part D insurance at *** are much cheaper.

Blink Health Response • Mar 26, 2020

Dear ***,
We do apologize for any delays in your delivery, but per our FAQ’s, delivery and shipping can be delayed for various reasons. If you believe your package is delayed, please don’t hesitate to reach out so that we can look into the matter for you. We’re happy to help!
Thank you.

I tried the Blink service and was dissatisfied that the medication took 2 weeks to arrive, most of that time my order was "Processing" according to the tracking data on their own website. Due to my disappointment, I tried deactivating my account. Their website does not offer their customers the opportunity to do that. On 1/*/2020 I contacted "Customer Support," explicitly explaining that I wanted my membership cancelled. I received a reply from "Mackenzie" that she would handle the request and cancel the account. Then I get a charge on my credit card on 1//2020 and another on 1//2020. I contacted "Customer Support" again, got a request for further information and there has been radio silence since.

Ideally, they would revamp their website to allow their customers the chance to manage or cancel their own memberships without having to wait around for the incompetent Blink Health "Customer Support" team to do their jobs.

Hello *** I’m sorry to hear that you have not had a pleasant experience using our services. We thank you for bringing this to our attention. Delivery and shipping time can be delayed for a variety of reasons, particularly during the holiday season. If you still need assistance with this matter, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you.

I ordered my meds 4 weeks ago from Blink. I called and was told my meds shipped on the 17th here it is the 27th and I have no meds. My medication is *** which my Neurologists states that I cannot go off of it and I have been on it now for 19 years. I have no way of getting my meds because Blink has the RX. I will start to become symptomatic tomorrow. This company should not be in business they can kill people by not doing what they say they are going to do!

My prescription ran out and yet they continued to charge my credit card - they never would tell me why this was happening - taking my money yet never sending me anything - I think that is usually referred to as theft. These people have no morals.

I hope my order is at the pharmacy when I go to pick it up tomorrow morning! Maybe I should have checked the reviews first before I ordered and paid for my new Rx. I am going to start with five stars and work backwards if I need to. :)

Hello ***,
Thank you for reaching out!
We’re excited for you to use Blink! Please note that in order to use Blink at your Blink-participating pharmacy, a valid prescription is required.
If you're picking up, you'll need a digital Blink Card, which we'll email to you--you can print it out, or provide the digital card on your phone to the pharmacist (ask them to process it as the primary payor - you’ll pay nothing at the pharmacy).
Blink is available at local pharmacies across America, including Walmart, Albertsons, Kroger, Publix and many more. Most independent pharmacies also accept Blink. To see all pharmacies in Blink Health’s network, visit blinkhealth.com/pharmacies.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance at the pharmacy!
Thank you.

They charged me for a service they never provided. I am a perfectly healthy young man who has been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, but their doctor deemed I was a health risk and therefore could not prescribe sildenifil to me. If MY health is a concern, then certainly NO ONE is receiving help from this company. They hide behind their no-refunds policy and answer every question or concern you have with "I'm sorry but that is nonrefundable", even when I'm simply asking them to explain how and why they have disqualified me. No answer can be found for how I represent a health risk. It seems they've just found an easy way to squeeze a few dollars out of people.

Terrible customer service. Online prescription system ***. I think I eventually just paid for meeting a doctor online without any prescription or medication arrived.

Blink health sends your medication late, fails to mention that they have a monthly subscription fee on top of the price for the doctor visit and price for medication. Their customer service is terrible. It takes days for a rep to respond to emails. I asked for my subscription service to be cancelled on 12/11/2019 and it was only confirmed to be cancelled on 01/06/2020. It is now 01/11/2019 and I am still being charged by Blink for services. Thanks to them, my bank account is now overdrawn. This is absolutely ridiculous. Stop charging me!

I have used Blink over a year now with pick up's at my pharmacy. This last time I ordered a medication and it was half the price going with their home delivery from their home delivery pharmacy. It's been over 2 weeks and no medication. I placed 4 calls to them, they had all sorts of excuses, back-log from Holidays - (Christmas) Today is 1/9. No Holidays since 1/1. A Supervisor was to call me back the same day within a "couple of hours" - they never did. I asked for a Manager to call, they never did. Each time I asked for a phone call - I received emails (not from supervisors) giving me more excuses and not answering my issues. They apparently hire incompetent supervisor or ones what can't rear or write!. They took NO ownership of the problems, just excuses...at my last call (4th) they said they believed my issues was resolved as they were going to send out a replacement medication order as the original one was apparently lost in the mail. I advised that the issues was NOT resolved as no supervisor or manager has called. He finally told me that one would NOT be calling - PATHETIC PATIENT CUSTOMER SVC!
