Hello ***,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us!
We're proud to help you save on your health care costs and we’re glad you’ve joined the more than half-million people who have purchased their medications with Blink. Stories like yours are what motivate us every day to continue our fight for lower drug prices.
Again, thank you so much for this feedback. Please let us know if we can assist you with anything in the future. Our Customer Support team is available at , 365 days per year.

I ordered medication from this supposedly legitimate business. My doctors office was informed the company would be sending a request. The doctors office called me on two subsequent days stating they had not received the request. I began the process of trying to contact Blink Health. I made a total of five phone calls, the lowest waiting time being 15 minutes, for a representative. I never was able to speak with anyone. I then started the email process, sending a total of five emails. I then tried, without success, to request a refund. I tried this several times, only to be redirected to an obscure website when I clicked the link to cancel the order. I have had to cancel my credit card because of this fraud.
This company apparently spends a lot of money on advertisements and the website, only to dupe the public with a fake website.
I would like a refund on my $69.00, and if a lawsuit is required, the amount requested with be significantly greater.

Hello ***,
Thank you for reaching out. I apologize for this experience, as well as the missed attempts at reaching our Customer Care team. We have had overwhelming demand due to recent promotions, and as a startup, we’re ramping up our Customer Care team to handle the increased volume of calls. That, of course, is likely no comfort to you, because we know how critical medications are to you and to all of our customers. So on behalf of the entire Blink team, I cannot emphasize enough how apologetic we are that we have not met the standard of service that we aspire to providing.
I want to assure you that all orders are being processed normally, including yours. After reviewing your account, I can confirm that our team spoke to your provider’s office and we have sent a fax request for your prescription. At this time, we are simply awaiting that prescription before we are able to process your order and ship your medication. To help expedite this process, you can call your doctor and ask them to transfer your prescription to “Blink Health Pharmacy".
The Blink Health website is a safe pharmacy resource and has been approved by the National Association Boards of Pharmacy, an international organization that maintains public health and safety standards.
Our Home Delivery team attempted to contact you on Saturday, 12/. We will attempt to contact you again today to provide further assistance and clarification, in addition to processing a refund if you wish to cancel this purchase. More than 500,000 people have purchased with Blink and I hope you will give me the opportunity to make this right and count you as one of them.
Again, I apologize for any frustration or confusion this has caused; it’s not the experience we want our customers to have. As mentioned, someone from our team will contact you today, but please do not hesitate to reach out if I can provide assistance to you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]First, your response (finally) is unacceptable. I was present in my doctors office when they tried to get in touch with you. There was no number on your website to accept a faxed prescription. I have been a patient at this office for more than 30 years and have a personal relationship with most of them, including the doctor. If you had tried to get in touch with them, they would have informed me, as they called me each day to tell me you had not been in touch. Your website promises a 3-7 day processing time. It has been a month and then only responded to me because of the Revdex.com. I asked my pharmacy, who has filled this prescription numerous times, to please transfer this prescription to you as I was running out of medication. They, too, had no success contacting you. So, please, don't try to apologize out of the situation. I am staying with my daughter in Maryland from my home in NC and wanted that particular prescription mailed to here as I am unable to return to NC to get it.
My complaint to the Revdex.com will remain.

Based on the discussion with our Home Delivery team, we cancelled your order on 12//18. The full refund for this medication was processed the same day back onto the original payment method. Since the order was cancelled, the medication was not delivered.
I hope this clarifies any confusion related to the order. Please let me know if you have any questions.

[Your Answer Here]the money has been returned to my account, but the process getting there was not satisfactory. Customers should not have to resort to this tactic in order to get something done. I feel customers who order from them should be aware of their reputation.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

I have found Blink Health to be mostly unavailable to inquire about a medication purchase which they are supposed to deliver to my home. I needed to give them updated information before it can be filled.
Calling the toll free number I am put on hold for 10 minutes or more and then a recorded message states that they have an unusually high call volume and can call back or email.
Yesterday, after failing to reach customer service by phone three times, I sent an email requesting information about my order. Thus far I have not received a reply.
Today I am now on my third call to Blink and again am on hold. Blink promises three day delivery, but I would caution people with time constraints consider my experience before using this service.

On November *** 2018 I ordered an prescription for high blood pressure 40 mg of Lotensin (Generic) Benazepril 180 tablets. What I did not know is when I went to the pharmacy at HEB to pick them up the pharmacist advised me that my doctor had only prescribed me two months of the dosage and then I would have to renew it in other words only 60 pills worth and not the 180 that I had paid for on Blink and then that is when the pharmacist advised me to call Blink and ask customer service to refund me for the 120 pills that I did not get at the pharmacy. I attempted to contact Blink Health customer support but could not reach any representative whatsoever please can anyone help me get my money back.

Blink Health Response • Dec 07, 2018

Hello ***,
Thank you for reaching out. I apologize for this experience, as well as the missed attempts at reaching our customer care team.

Blink pre-authorizes payment for the form, dosage, quantity and pricing option that you select on our website. If you fill a different form, dosage, or quantity at the pharmacy, our system automatically detects the discrepancy, and either chargers or refunds you the difference automatically. Like with many returns, it can take a few days for the difference to be refunded to your account.

I can confirm that you were automatically refunded $20.08 for the remaining 120 pills that were not dispensed.

Blink Health Administration advertisers Black Monday special of $3.00 dollars for 30 pills of 20mg of sildenafil... All the ad said was how to transfer or have you doctor call in the prescription ... no where in the the online blog .. did it say anything about asking your doctor to write a prescription according to their requirements. So My Doctor wrote my normal prescription for 8 pills 25mg each.. When I called Blink Health Administration about this, I was folded that it was in by laws, basically it was my fault for not telling my doctor what to make the medication out for... then trying to make it seem like the medication my doctor order was so much higher than what was offered... only 5mgs. I changed from my regular pharmacy CVS... with my coverage on charge me $5.00 dollars... Blink Health Administration charged me $3.00 and did give me what was advertised but also the pharmacy I had to change to charged me more than my regular pharmacy....$9.70....total $12.70.
I asked for my money back which was also advertised.. I was offered a gift card towards my next order.
How many other people have been tricked out of their $3.00, then paying more. I feel cheated and disappointed. If you can please help... Thank you

Blink Health Response • Dec 04, 2018

Hello ***,
Thank you for your detailed note. I apologize for any miscommunication and confusion surrounding our Cyber Monday deal, and I want to make this right.
First, I’ve initiated a full refund of $12.70 back to your original payment method, and you may keep the medication with our compliments.
I’ve also placed a $10 coupon on your account in hopes that you’ll return to Blink for your next purchase as well.
I do ask that on your next transaction, you ensure that you purchase the correct strength. Some medications, including sildenafil, have prices that vary widely based on strength--not only at Blink, but across the industry.
Again, I apologize for any frustration this has caused. Please do not hesitate to reach out to someone on our team if we can be helpful. We’re available at ***, 365 days per year.

I think Blink Health customer support is great. There was a mix-up (mostly my fault for being forgetful and not following up on something) and they resolved it beyond my satisfaction. I spoke with two different representatives in NY and they were both helpful in finding the correct solution to my dilemma. Thank you, sincerely.
Everyone should check out Blink. I've said that many times simply because of the hundreds of dollars to be saved; now I can say because they take care of their customers too.

Again, thank you so much for this feedback. Stories like yours are what motivate us every day to provide the best service we can.
Please let us know if we can assist you with anything in the future.

I have been using Blink Health to pay for my prescriptions for about 18 months now. I have found the drug prices to be very reasonable. The website and Android app are both easy to use and I show my Blink card to the pharmacy via my phone. I like the fact that I can search drug prices and network pharmacies before getting my prescription filled. I have used Blink at several different pharmacies including national chains and local independents. This company is a blessing for those without prescription drug insurance.

Hello ***,
Thank you for the fantastic feedback!
We’re thrilled to hear you had a seamless Blink experience. Stories like yours are what motivate us every day.
Please let us know if we can assist you with anything in the future.

I have used Blink Health 3 or 4 times now and have never experienced an issue. I have saved many dollars on each prescription. There are some prescriptions where my insurance (and I have good insurance) may beat the Blink price but for the most part Blink is cheaper. Today at the doctor's office I told a nurse about Blink Health. She was so happy to hear my experience that she told the entire staff in the office about them. She has many patients who have trouble affording medication and this could be a big help for them.

I found this company when I was comparing online prescription medication prices. I paid in full for the medication that I needed. Even though I live and work within two miles of at least ten pharmacies, they sent me pretty far away (about 45 minutes driving) to make the pick-up. When I arrived, the pharmacy to which this company directed me insisted that they have never been contracted with Blink. The manager showed me his computer to demonstrate how there was no order sent to them under my name. He informed me that he didn't even have that particular medication in the store. I watched as he called the pharmacy number at Blink to explain that his store has never signed any contract with Blink. I was shocked that, after paying in full, I had been sent to a place that had no knowledge of the transaction. Calling the customer cr from the store, I was on hold for twenty minutes before I just hung up.
Fearing that this might have been a scam, I again tried calling the company about two hours later. This time I got through to someone who told me that I should try another store. This one was even farther away! The fact that I had wasted my afternoon driving to a place that has had nothing to do with their company made no apparent impression on the customer care person. She kept talking about "escalating" the issue, but I never heard from any manager. I demanded my full refund, and received an email that tells me it would take them five days to process the refund.
This was one of those, "If it's too cheap to be legitimate, it's NOT legitimate."

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We value customer feedback and want every customer to have a positive interaction with Blink.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you purchased a Blink Smart Deal medication. The Blink Smart Deal is the guaranteed lowest price in your community and is only available at select pharmacies in your area. Please note that Blink offers the Everyday, Low Price for all medications listed on our website. This price is available at all pharmacies in the Blink network and it is likely that you can find a more convenient pharmacy at this price.

I can confirm that your pharmacy, United Care Pharmacy, is in the Blink network. We spoke directly with the pharmacy owner and cleared up any confusion. He confirmed that he is willing to accept Blink in the future. The pharmacy also confirmed that they can order your medication once a prescription is on file.

Lastly, I see that your purchase was both cancelled and refunded on June 18th. Although Blink processes refunds immediately, we do inform customers that it may take up to 5 days for the refund to appear on the payment method.

We apologize for any inconvenience and frustration that this experience may have caused. If we can assist you with anything further, please let us know.

to be filled by *** pharmacy. The people who worked there messed up my order after I tried to pay via Blink Health app. Yesterday, I went to a *** in Colonial Heights, VA. I went to the pharmancy and asked if my prescription was ready. It was and I asked to see the bottles. I told the person I only wanted one bottle of each medicine. I checked the size and dosage of each medication and paid for each medication of the same size and dosage via Blink Health phone app. I showed the result to the person at pickup counter. I was told to go to the drop off counter. At the pickup counter I talked to 2 women about how I paid for my medicine. I was told that Blink refused to pay from 1 medication. I was told to go back to pickup window. At the pickup window I was after what medicine I wanted. I looked at her in disbelief. She walked off and told some guy that I would not tell her what medicine I wanted. I spent about 20 minutes and talked to 3 people and said exactly what medicine I wanted. I got tired of this runaround and left.

I spoke with a Blink Health sales rep prior to my first purchase and was assured the best prices, fast, friendly, etc. My Target pharmacist told me not to use Blink anymore as they've had nothing but trouble with them, and pointed out that I was overcharged at least $45. A subsequent search revealed 5 other med brokers with much lower prices. I contacted customer service, which gave me a BS reply stating that I could request a refund as long as I hadn't filled the prescription and it had not been processed by the pharmacist, and indicated their prices are not negotiable. That's not what the rep expressed. I am unhappy and want t others to know that Blink health is NOT a worthy business to patronize.

Blink Health Response

Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate that you brought this to our attention. We value all customer feedback, both negative and positive. We want to deeply apologize that you did not have a positive experience with Blink. We hope that every customer is satisfied with his or her interaction with Blink and has a positive experience.

Blink Health is partnered with one of the largest group purchasing organizations (GPOs) in the country. Together, we are able to leverage their purchasing power to negotiate significantly lower prices for the most-prescribed medications in America. By bringing these prices online, we are able to give everyone equal access to the same fair prices that commercial payers and large insurers have.

We always recommend that you pay the lowest price available to you. If you have access to an alternative method of payment that is cheaper, we encourage you to compare prices and use the option with the best price. Blink purchases are fully refundable until the medication is picked up at the pharmacy.

Again we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Customer Response

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Blink Health LLC regarding complaint ID

Money taken from my checking account was returned after I used a cancel the Rx button on my Blink phone app. I need to make it clear to Blink Health that it is not acceptable to ignore my request for a refund when I call them and request a refund. It is not acceptable to charge me for three times the medication that I ordered.

One of my prescriptions costs $79 per tablet. If Blink Health tries to charge me for more than one of those tablets than Blink Health will cause me a lot of problems with my credit union. So it is not acceptable to charge me for three months worth of a Rx just to fill the Rx.Sincerely

I do not accept your reply or the LONG delay between my complaint and your reply. Blink Health has very poor quality of customer service and I have experienced it first hand over the last few months. I got Blink Health to allow me to get my prescriptions during times when my health insurance company failed to process my premium payment and I was told I did not have insurance when I went to get prescriptions filed. Blink Health CHARGED ME FOR MORE THAN I ORDERED which is why I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. And Blink Health did not reply to the Revdex.com about said complaint in a timely manner. Blink Health could not be bothered to reply to the Revdex.com in a timesly manner.
When I prefer 1 months supply of a medication through Blink Health, I expect to be charged for 1 months supply by Blink Health.
If the pharmancy fills the Rx for more than what I ordered through Blink Health, then Blink Health charges me for more than I ordered. This is why Blink Health got a complaint filed against it with Revdex.com.
I have said this all along and Blink Health refuses to acknowledge this.
