My vital heart medication was lost by *** ans Blink NOTHING to rectify the problem causing a trip to the ER.

Folks - When I hoping for a miracle to help me reduce the costs of my autistic son's medication I found the Blink Health website. Transferred RX from *** on 12/12/19, showed up with Blink Health on 12/14/19. After daily calls for updates on shipping, it is now 12/23/19 and still no medication.

Meds not delivered on time. They advertise that they use First Class mail but use Parcel Select (4rth Class). My last order has been in the mail for nearly 2 weeks. Customer service is terrible and powerless.

Blink Health sent my medication late. They are supposed to send a 30 day supply every month. The first three months were fine, but then they sent the next scheduled shipment ten days late and I went ten days without my medication. It's the type of medication that needs to be taken on a daily basis. They blamed their untimely delivery on "the holidays," but it wasn't even during "the holidays." My next shipment should have arrived two weeks before Christmas, but instead arrived four days before Christmas. If you do get a subscription, be prepared to go without your medication for at least a week, and at least once every year you're subscribed...even if your medication requires you to take it on a daily basis, and expect their excuse to be "the holidays." Don't try to manually order a backup refill either. They will cancel your subscription if you do, and you will have to wait until you use up your manual refill before you can order another subscription.

I purchased a product from the company through their website. A medication for ED. The medication their doctor sent me from our online consultation created an allergic reaction. I reached out to the company the last week of November to please cancel my account. On December the *** I was charged 9.95 which I had not planned on and therefore my bank account went into the negative. I keep up with a very strict budget and times are tough. Being clean for 18 months has a lot of rebuilding that comes along with it as well as financial stability. I called in December the *** and was told a "Specialist" would call me back because the agent on the phone who had total access to my account could not refund me the money. I asked to speak to a specialist and was told there was no way they could connect me to that department. (Remember that because it was a total lie) An entire work week has passed and no one has reached out to me whatsoever. I called Friday night before the contact line would close and a girl who answered the phone verified my information and I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor and explained the situation. She flat out lied to me and told me that she could connect me to a supervisor but once again told me there's no way I could talk to a " specialist because they call people back." A boy came on after a long hold (probably thinking I would hang up) explained his position, apologized and was empathic. I asked him to verify the address I that was on the Revdex.com website and he told me he could not give out that information. Here's the part that blows my kind because then he told me he could connect me to a specialist. That makes me so upset that both agents before the supervisor flat out lied to me. It's one thing to take someone's money but to lie about the capability of being able to talk to someone who could address the situation is on a completely different level. After being on hold again the supervisor said due to the time (which it was before the customer service line closed) he couldn't reach a specialist. I was reassured that someone would call me first thing in the morning. I am not one to be lied and having empty promises made to me. This is a total breach in trust between a consumer and a business. They need to be held accountable for what they are doing to people and honestly probably doesn't been have real doctors to prescribe a the medications that they do.

Customer beware I do not recommend blink for delivery of medication. Ordered my prescription on 12/4/2019. - it is now 12/16. 12 day with out getting my medication. This is unacceptable. I contacted them 3 time. All telling me my meds would be she shipped soon. If you need your medication DO NOT use their delivery service. Price was good. But not worth the wait. Shame on blink. Not a happy customer

Finally received my prescription. Had to purchase another prescription from my pharmacy inorder to get it into my system again. Went through a withdrawal from not having my prescription oin a timely manner. Had stomach problems yelled at my mother (something I never ever do) feeling like my insides were jumping. Terrible I will never have delivery again. Finally feel like my self now. And the pills the prescription from blink look nothing like the pills I usually get. Not a satisfied customer. Do not recommend blink delivery

Blink is real!!!
I had an emergency Friday night and while *** for an Urgent Care to see first thing Saturday morning came across this service. Blink is amazing but not perfect.
Con
1. The process of picking your own medicine and paying upfront needs to change. We are not doctors. How are we prescribing our own medicine? The medicine quantity I picked was not prescribed. Indeed, I overpaid $70.
Pro
2. By, 7:00 AM, Dr. A made contact with me. I already had my prescription sent to my chosen pharmacy. I went when they opened and started getting some relief right at 9:00 AM!

3. How cool to skip Urgent Care! Dr. A even gave me a refill.
Con
4. This is where it gets tricky. Because, I was allowed to pick the quantity of my pills and paid for my medicine upfront.....I had to wait for a refund. (Around $70). The next day I get an email stating that my prescription had been filled and the overpaid amount refunded. Within 24 hours....All done, great service!
Pro
5. And, over the weekend in the middle of the night!
Overall, this is excellent service for this initial consultation and getting started on the prescription.
Con
6. It can get expensive if you need to take the prescription daily for a while! And, if you have insurance. Because, we know the more the pills....the cheaper the price.

7. Using Blink for 6 days worth of medicine it cost $14. More than a $1 per pill. Ouch! Then a refill on my own insurance for $10 for the same medicine. My insurance would have covered 30 pills for just $10 and one pharmacy visit.
Going Forward
Now, it is Sunday and I want to make an appointment with my GP to make sure I have enough medicine. Instead, looked into a few websites that did virtual consultation. Because, I really like this concept a lot!
Once again, I picked one. This site (***) had the same requirement of ID and photo. You only pay for the doctor consultation.....upfront. $20, so same as my GP co-pay. Then I had the consult with the doctor. (I told them about my Blink consult and med I was taking ). He prescribed me the correct medication amount. He sent the medication to my pharmacy. I paid the $20 with insurance.
Why I am glad I did both online Med Services
First, happy to discover virtual consults for my minor condition... nonetheless, meds required! I hope it does not sound I am over medicating myself. I am not!
Both are legit services. Both super fast. Especially, since both consults were over the weekend. Super affordable. Good quality. Professional. Option to pick up meds at your own pharmacy in case you are not sure what is happening during your first time.
I know Americans are not used to this. These are not Canadian pharmacies selling online meds to us. This is what it thought they were at first. Until I read, that prescription can be sent to my pharmacy.
Which is also good is you like to pick your own manufacturer which is a must.....for those that take....generics!
Sorry, so long....but, just wanted to put minds at ease wondering if Blink is not legit. They are! Doctors consult is $5.
I just wish they didn’t make you pay for meds upfront. You should pay for the meds the doctor prescribes. This is why I took off 1 Star.

I needed a refill on my medication but I was all out, so I had to do another online consultation, which didn’t take very long. The doctor prescribed me the medicine the next day. But since then things have been stalled. It took them 5 days to “process the order” before they (said) they shipped it and they supposedly shipped it 4 days ago but Usps website says they are still “awaiting the package”. And then it’ll probably another week to receive it once it actually ships because it’s the post office . Ridiculous. I refilled it 10 days before I was scheduled to run out thinking that would be plenty of time for them to get it to me. It’s been over a week and they still have not even shipped it. Now I’m going to run out today and I have no idea where the medication I just paid $40 for is. Horrible.

Blink Health is a company that works on bad faith. I called in to see where my prescription was after 3 business days it was no where. I got advice to cancel and reorder. The person on the phone forgot to mention the it now 75$ not 25 like I oder it on Tuesday.

I call 2 people and email 2 Kearstin and Jacob it like talking to the DMV!!

I don't know how reviews are over 4.
I started with blink on December 10 and finished December 13 my advice don't use them pay a little more for your local pharmacy the one you trust the last 30 years

NEVER AGAIN! I have been in desperate need of my necessary meds and ordered home deliver 12/04/19...they are telling me it won't arrive here until 12/16/19 by end of day! I am physically sick from not having them...DO NOT ORDER HOME DELIVERY!..I could have driven out of state and got them myself before they can get them to me. I will never use this company again.

Blink refused to deactivate my account and continues to charge me despite repeated requests. This must be their business model: lock you into a subscription service and make it impossible to stop. DO NOT use Blink Health. There are many other alternatives.

I *** a drug to cure my cold (Zpacj) and they popped up saying that they could get it for approximately $16. They called it Talafil generic. It turns out this is a generic drug for Cialis but they did not tell me that. I paid thinking I was getting a prescription for the z pack I had requested.
I never want to see these people again! They wasted a whole lot of my time and the pharmacist.

Easy and quick to pay for prescriptions. Never had problem using card or phone to check out at Walmart pharmacy. My prescription is about 1/3 the price of what *** Pharmacy charges for it. Very satisfied with Blink. .

Getting my ED meds delivered to my door at a fraction of the cost to get the same thing from my regular pharmacy. My girlfriend and I could not be happier!

I have been contacting Blink Health for over 3 weeks. I have emailed them and complained because even though my profile has a refill waiting to be filled the site does not work. I was advised to call in. I complained because as valuable as your time is, so is mine to have to go through a lengthy process for a refill. My first prescription was filled 8/15/2019 and it will be the last.
I spoke to three people today, Crystal, who after I told her I would not give my full name on the phone said I could use my email address. Since I had asked her for a supervisor, more than 3x, she finally placed me on hold and said the supervisor said the email address would be sufficient. I was fed up with her and asked again for the supervisor. Richard then came to the phone and proceeded to say everything Crystal had said but then said the e-mail would not be enough even though I gave the current member ID as well. I instructed him to cancel the account and any information I had on file with them. Richard said he could not do that without addtl. information. Then he suggested he would forward me to another area and then Danny picked up the phone, I restated everything again for 3rd time plus informed him that I was also calling my Dr and complaining to the Revdex.com listed on the site. I spent nearly 30 minutes dealing with these individuals and still got prescription, but as stated and Danny said he would delete the account. However, I am still calling my Dr to complain about HORRIBLE service and to the Revdex.com as well. Sincerely

This company shorted me on my medication three times in a row. If you're going to use this company, do not have them deliver it to your door. Pick it up from a pharmacy so that you can ensure that they didn't short you by 1 and 1/2 pills.

After 1 yrs. as a customer, I needed to get reevaluated, since then, NOTHING but a pain in the *** getting my pills sent to me. Last 3 orders took multiple phone calls, no one seems to know what the other one is doing. Averaged 2 weeks from time I ordered to confirmation not including shipping time.
If you’re looking for a reliable source for your meds, go somewhere else! Not worth the time, hassle. Guarantee next time I request a refill it’ll be the same thing!

I’m frustrated with their subscription charge. I can’t find anything on their website that says they will charge an additional $9.95 a month for a recurring charge for a medication I signed up to receive monthly. So, the monthly charge for the medication is $8.95 for the medication plus $9.95 for the subscription. I can get the medication through my insurance for $10.00.
