Order prescription meds from blink and a week later they are still processing my order. They took the money a day after the order but I have yet to receive a shipping notification

The average time frame for you to receive your medication once the prescription has been obtained is 3-5 business days. Obtaining and processing your prescription can also take a couple of business days.

The service is too slow from the time an order is placed to it being received. I now have to plan two weeks in advance to even hope to have my prescription on time. The most recent was ordered ten days in advance of running out, and the shipment arrived the day before.

So happy to have this option for purchasing my medications! I am a retired, senior citizen and on a limited income this has been a tremendous help. I'm saving almost half, sometimes more, on the cost of meds I need.

Limited pickup locations, CVS stopped using them, Walgreens does not take them. Very disappointed.

Great service 100% was well worth the money I can't sat enough good about this

Horrible experience for trying to get a medication from blink health. ordered a week ago and didn't receive it and left without a medication. called them the believe that it will be shipped in a few days. Also did not answer the email sent to them.
Than makes the time of delivery about 2 weeks. Doesn't worth the hassle a waiting time for 2 bucks of a difference.

I have had wonderful service either by phone, but since I have been using the app it has been the easiest experience I have ever had

worst experience ever. Not only does their doctors survey not match up questions with your issue, the doctor never calls with questions like they say. They will charge you, tell you its refunded, and after you wait, it will still show up as a charge unless you actually call them to fix it. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

DO NOT cancel your account prior to confirming your refund! I think that is how Blink Health makes most of their income! Blink Health is not as easy or as wonderful as advertised. Using Blink Health is a total waste of time! I will warn people to not sign up for Blink Health. Never give them a credit card or any payments. They falsely advertise. Blink Health makes money off of the interest earned from holding our money. The Attorney General will be hearing from me. Blink Health does not sell prescriptions. Yet, I have read their website, their APP, these reviews and spoke to their horrible customer service representatives. Blink Health is a fraudulent misleading company who takes advantage of people who seek help with prescriptions. It blew my mind when their representative said that since they stopped contracting with the pharmacy that showed my prescription available with the Blink Health discount five days ago, they could try to get it mailed to me. Is Blink Health a pharmacy? No one should use Blink Health. Their customer service representatives hung up on me. I went to their website to cancel my order. As soon as I get my refund, I will cancel my account.

Awful and frustrating!!!
I decided to use Blink for one medication I take because my pharmacy changed manufacturers and could no longer get the medication in a size I could split. I cannot tolerate the full dosage and am already prescribed the smallest dosage.
I was thrilled to see the medication on Blink's website as a scored tablet. I placed my order. When the medicine arrived, it was not as pictured. The tablet was very small, a different color, not scored and useless to me.
I tried to call the phone number on the contact sheet and got a recording that the phone had been disconnected. I called again and got a recording that the phone was temporarily suspended. The third try got me to Blink. Once there, I was redirected to different departments 6 times, including once to a pharmacist who was not a Blink employee. Bottom line was no returning the meds, no changing the manufacturer, no refund, no help.

Blink is being ridiculous. They have many ways of wording the same thing before you buy into their deal here. Every time you ask : Can I use the online doctor service to get my prescription and then take that prescription with my cards I own personally to the pharmacy I picked . They answer in different ways but each way turns out to be that I use their doctor, he prescribes the medication, I pay them for the medication to be shipped to me OR if I would like to pick it up locally I pay B:LINK and then go to the pharmacy up to 20 days later to get the medication I paid blink for.
her is the deal. They want your money, it's not the best deal and what they are doing is finding the best deal, negotiating with the pharmacy ( low balling them really) and then paying Less than you paid Blink. they keep the profit they made low balling your pharmacy.
I can get 120 pills in 100 MG of my medication for 58.55 at my pharmacy, I just need the prescription. they want me to pay for 20 Mg pills ( so I have to take 5 of the damned things) at a much higher cost per pill. That is NOT CHEAPER OR SMART>
you see the scam now? Try it out yourself. Go ask! these good reviews on here are probably all plants.

Heard about Blink Health had discount coupons. Went to their site had to fill out personal information then they wanted to know what drug and the next I found they wanted to switch my prescriptions to them and then was not able to void order. Had to just close browser. Still when I next opened the browser it went to Blink. Shut down rebooted OS and was able to browse without Blink taking over. But kept getting email saying I had a open order. Finally replied to one email requesting to have the order voided and be removed from mailing list (Their email does not have a unsubscribe link). Received and so sorry and my wishes granted. Lies. I still receive emails. Tried to reply and the return address was blocked or my email was flagged to be rejected.
My opinion of Blink is they are a very bad business to do business with.

This was going to be a bad review I called to cancel a subscription I didn't realize I had signed up for the lady that answered took my information and told me she had to transfer me to a subscription specialist after 10 or 15 minutes the machine said they had high traffic and hung up on me. I was hot but on my second attempt my problem was handled quickly and efficiently by the gentleman who answered the phone. He totally changed my opinion of blink as this was my first dealings with them they seem to have some people who need more training but who doesn't.

I unfortunately lost my health insurance temporarily and am waiting to get approved for Medicaid because I am a low income single mom. I have chronic pain due to a jaw condition and take a medication called Belbuca that I have to have to function. It cost 625 at Walmart pharmacy and there are no prescription assistance programs that will cover it. SO I heard about Blink and bought my dosage of 600mcg per day for 401.00 from their website. However when I got to the Pharmacy they explained that what I purchased was not valid because I dont take 600 mcg once a day I take 300 mcg twice a day, which is the exact same amount. But for some reason is 140 more expensive on blinks website. At this point I paid 541.00 for this medication which is a months worth of medication. I then called customer service to ask if the price could be reduced because it is the same amount or if I could apply a coupon for $100 that I found on Belbuca website, that should be accepted at Pharmacies. I was told no and that they will not be refunding the amount. I believe the advertising is very false, first off, it says that it is less expensive than Pharmacies, but I found out it is actually $70 less expensive at HEB if you directly pay the pharmacy and I could have applied the $100 coupon there. This is the company that claims they have up to 80% off other pharmacies but this is not the case, they are actually more expensive in this case and furthermore, there was no option at the top drop down menu for Belbiuca 300 mcg twice a day and when we called from Walmart to see why they would not accept what I purchased, the agent Kevin said oh its down at the bottom, and I said its the same amount of medication, he said I know but thats not how the government sees it. This has nothing to do with the government, but with them taking advantage of how expensive a necessary pain medication is without insurance. Furthermore, they refused to do anything to help resolve the issue except for a $20 coupon to apply to my next purchase, and I told them I dont have any money now so I wont be purchasing from you again.

Had a subscription with blink health I requested to cancel the subscription said they would then still got charged twice for 6.95 and 9.95 contacted them and they're being non compliant with refunding me with what they took out of my account without my permission.

I did not have a positive experience with Blink Health. The Urgent Care Center I went to uses Blink. I gave the center the name of my pharmacy - however, the prescription had also been sent to Blink Health. The app asked for payment, so I assumed that this would cover the payment to my pharmacy. It was only after I paid that the app identified that it would need to be transferred to a participating pharmacy. Once I realized that the order had been sent to the pharmacy as well as Blink - I cancelled the Blink transaction. However, the charge ended up on my FSA credit card. I was assured I would receive a refund. Am currently waiting on that. Bottom line - the service seems a bit fraudulent since it requires payment and then directs you to a participating pharmacy. I am also lodging a complaint with the Urgent Care Provider.
