Good Afternoon World! I am a business owner who needed some promotional material to kick start the new year I live in Canada, and found myself outsourcing companies from the United States, as I couldn't find anyone locally who was able to work with the design I had chosen, and pricing was an issue as well Thankfully, somehow, I stumbled across Blockbusterprint.com, and the pricing was naturally the first thing that grabbed my attention, as it was WELL below anything I had found locally I took advantage of the live chat option that blockbuster offers on their site, and was responded to almost immediately! I explained the issues I was having with my design (most companies didn't have the fonts I was needing, the colors were coming out different from my original file, and the clarity of my graphics were compromized), and after a few short emails back and forth, the technical support team at Blockbuster were able to convert my files into a format that would keep my end product EXACTLY how I intended it to be!! All from the comfort of my own home I'm not a technical person, and gratefully didn't need to be with the staff at Blockbuster helping me from their end AND the shipping to Canada was very reasonable, and right to my front door! My heart and my business is very grateful for Blockbusterprint I've found my print solution for 2015, and I encourage anyone to check them out!!
This is probably the least professional business that I have conducted business with I placed an order for brochures and this morning I received a survey from themNaturally since I had not received the brochures I was upset so it was reflected in my surveyI provided them with a one star reviewAfter my review they contacted me with the most rude email I have ever seen with extremely poor spelling I replied stating that I felt they were rude and that I would share their comments with others warning them about this businessThey basically attacked meI have no clue if this company is family owned, however their account executive, Megan [redacted] 's email(s) were rude, disrespectful, and unappologeticShe taunted me throughout her email to post comments about her company stating, "Shop elsewhere and tell everyoneNo such thing as bad publicity and it helps build links for us on [redacted] We welcome even more of your negative comments." -Megan [redacted] , Account Executive Blockbuster Print I have never in my time received such poor customer serviceWhat a horrible company to work withI cannot in any good faith recommend this company to anyoneI would recommend based upon my experiences with Megan [redacted] of Blockbuster Print that NOBODY ever conduct business with this companyI would have appreciated a softer response or a better resolution, however she followed it up with more bullying, disrespecting, and rude remarks

I ordered 30,brochures for a business convention out of state I was traveling to and they called the convention to ensure my brochures would be stored there for me at my booth when I arrivedI thought I would of had to carry these myself but they recommended I ship directly to the convention which truly saved us so much man powerI mean I could not thank these people enoughYou have our business for life because you saved my business life on a very important convention meeting we needed to attendThank you, thank you!
