This client has sent us 3 different versions of her business cards that we have printed free of charge. Every version she has sent has tiny variations (which she has changed) to font size and/or logo outlining. She ends up wanting to change it after she sends the order in for a reprint. We keep...

printing for free for her while she experiments. She threatened to file a Revdex.com complaint if we did not continue helping her on something we do not help with which is designing. We are a print company not a design company. She is new to designing and doing all this on her own because she refuses to hire a professional designer to help her. She has tried to use a threat of a Revdex.com dispute as leverage to get even more free sets for issues on her end. We will not succumb to back mail. We service thousands of very happy people who go above and beyond for. Few will never be happy no matter how many free things you give them for issues created on their end.
Her notes clearly explain what is going on. She keeps sending files, we print them, then she wants to make changes. That is like going to a restaurant and ordering something then when it is too late, you ask to change it, and then you change the order again and then blame others for not accommodating you. Unfortunately, this is not how any business operates yet we have still accommodated her on a few rounds. We cannot help further.  
She keeps sending new versions and as good people who offer exceptional service, we reprinted her new version for free, no questions asked.
We did not design this business card for her, we only printed what she designed and sent us with various versions. She is experimenting with designing, experimenting with software that is giving her issues because she is using low end software which is giving her these problems (which we explained to her) and she is experimenting on how to save files and how to convert files on our expense. For the $18 she spent (and we refunded) we have spent over a month of time on her experiments and endless emails helping her and we can help her no longer.
We have accommodated her and this and have gone above and beyond to help her with design advice, which is something outside of what we do as a business.
She has blamed us for not reviewing the files but we print what customers have designed themselves. What they have approved on their end before sending in for print. It is fairly easy to understand that when you save a file as your final version you are accepting it as final design you approve for print and when you send that version to a print company it is because you have accepted it as your final version.
She admitted she noticed the issue after sending us the artwork. We printed 3 times for her, 2 months ago. The brochures she sent us were perfect because she did a better job on those. No complaints on her brochures but the business cards she is experimenting with are not working the same for her. We do not design nor do we help with design but we have helped her throughout and we can no longer help. Any fair and logical person is able to understand this,
We explained to her that she needed to sort out her artwork before she sent it in for free reprint and in her emails and we told her that we would no longer offer any more free reprints and we have given her a 100% refund of $18.
It is usually the clients who spend the least, who we give free products to, say sorry to them for issues on their end and they become the ones who have all the energy (and lots of time) to complain for months on top of it for issues on their end (not knowing how to design because she does not want to hire a professional designer). We have given her a full refund to shop elsewhere and experiment on someone elses expense. We have done that and as we see, it has led to this. Enjoy the free business cards and please do not shop with us ever again.

This is probably the least professional business that I have conducted business with. I placed an order for brochures and this morning I received a survey from them. Naturally since I had not received the brochures I was upset so it was reflected in my survey. I provided them with a one star review.
After my review they contacted me with the most rude email I have ever seen with extremely poor spelling. I replied stating that I felt they were rude and that I would share their comments with others warning them about this business. They basically attacked me.
I have no clue if this company is family owned, however their account executive, Megan [redacted]'s email(s) were rude, disrespectful, and unappologetic.
She taunted me throughout her email to post comments about her company stating, "Shop elsewhere and tell everyone. No such thing as bad publicity and it helps build links for us on [redacted]. We welcome even more of your negative comments." -Megan [redacted], Account Executive Blockbuster Print
I have never in my time received such poor customer service. What a horrible company to work with. I cannot in any good faith recommend this company to anyone. I would recommend based upon my experiences with Megan [redacted] of Blockbuster Print that NOBODY ever conduct business with this company.
I would have appreciated a softer response or a better resolution, however she followed it up with more bullying, disrespecting, and rude remarks.

As always, the quality of BlockbusterPrint's work is unrivaled. The business cards are beautiful. I've been using them for several years now, and I keep going back to them because of the high quality cards they offer.

I am a graphic designer with [redacted]. I create the 50 foot exterior banner designs for our 27 Midwest locations. We change our promotions every 2-3 weeks so we were in search of a fast, high quality and mostly reliable print service. We do a lot of volume so the last thing we need is to babysit our service providers as it cripples our operation.
I was referred to BlockbusterPrint by a vendor that came in to our corporate office about a year ago so I decided to give them a shot. They printed a test banner in 24 hours for us and the quality and material was beyond anything I have ever worked with.
I got to chat with them via online chat just to test them on their knowledge. I was at peace when I found out that every employee was a designer on their end as well. This makes life for someone like me easy because the front lines of most businesses are customer support folks that cycle you before getting real help. Not these guys! Everyone on staff is a graphic designer who speaks my language. HUGE plus for us here!
It has been about a year we have switched to Blockbuster and our store fronts are flawless. Their banners last longer than previous vendors because they give you better materials. I would say we have ordered roughly 430 banners in the last year and they have been 99.9% flawless at everything.
We had a small tear in one of our summer sale banners that we noticed when our install guys were hanging it. Looking back now, it could have been the guys installing that may have clipped it on the lift. I cannot imagine Blockbuster would send a torn banner off their machinery but either way, when I mentioned it to them they overnighted me a free one which was very kind of them. I told them I would have no problem paying and they took care of everything free of charge.
That's a great company with great service! We have made some nice friends over there along the way. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and for all the voluntary help and knowledge they have gone outside their scope of work to share and do for us.

Blockbuster is awesome! My order was completed perfectly and mailed on time. Plus, I got some individual attention from their customer service to delay my order to better fit my schedule. They're fantastic. I'll definitely order again!
