Everything has always been great with our business cards and brochures. Even when we had one small problem it was corrected immediately. Great quality and great customer service. Highly recommended.

We print elegant spa menus for our spa. Blockbuster was the only company that had elegant pearl metallic paper and foil stamping services. We printed the most AMAZING gold foil business cards we have EVER seen. I never knew that in the past with others they were only using metallic ink and not true foil. So when blockbuster told us that there was a difference we realized that other print shops were totally taking us for a ride with our money. It is incredible what asking questions to service providers can help you understand. Day and night services and we are so darn happy we found blockbuster print. Nice people and very knowledgeable. We are clients for life. :)

The reason why nobody offered you a free reprint is because we printed what you approved. And the reason the design team did not tell you the inside "should be flipped" is because rotation is preference when it comes to horizontal greeting cards. There is no standard layout to rotation. Some choose to have them unfold and open in one orientation while others choose another.
We laid out one way which you approved. If you did not like it, why did you approve it? Our 100% satisfaction guarantee does state that if we have caused error to a products quality, bad cutting, damaged boxes, or if we forgot to fold a folded piece that we would reprint and make it right, free of charge. But in your case, you CLEARLY approved a design you then found many excuses about like "well I am not a designer" to "why didn't anyone tell me." When in reality, rotation is preference. You can print and unfold a greeting card in over 4 ways.
We chose one design and you approved it. You said, "It was hard to understand" so then why would you have us print something you did not understand? You did not ask any questions. You looked at a design and told us to print it. If you did not like it or did not understand the easy to see layout, we gladly could have explained it for you if you had a hard time looking at what is self explanatory.
Our email documentation of us showing you the files and you approving them is clear evidence enough. Some people find this logical and easy to understand topic to be fair and understandable. We showed you a design, you said print it then 3-4 months later are blaming us for printing what you told us to print. That is like ordering a salad at a restaurant then yelling at the waiter for not bringing you steak.
The equivalent to you upset with us for something you approved is like order that salad and telling the waiter, "Why didn't you guys tell me there is lettuce in here?" What are we missing here? We offered you a discount on a reprint but not a free reprint because we only printed what you told us to print. Again, rotation is a preference different from person to person. You just happened to not like the rotation you happened to approve and that is not our fault because we sent you proofs to look at. Any logical human being can understand this. As a company, we would not be spending this much time speaking about this if we were at fault as we are once in a while. We reprint and we move on, but in this case, we printed what you told us to print. 
We can offer you a discount on a reprint to help you correct what you incorrectly approved and decided you did not like, but a free reprint is only possible if we created an error and your email evidence and chat clearly shows you approving what we sent. We cannot be blamed for taking your orders and doing what you asked us to do. Fairly simple thing for two adults to understand.
