I usually use my local florist but they could not find anyone to deliver to thetown I wanted flowers delivered so I contacted Blooms Today and no problem I even explained to call the person receiving the flowers to make sure they were around as they live behind the house I gave the address for so I am super pleased

Horrible Company ordered flower's for my 88 year old Mother in Law for Valentines Day delivery. Received email that they were on the way called Mother in Law so she could look out for them (very cold in Chicago). She looked for 4 hours until 8PM! Customer Service number had recording on it that they were no longer taking order's and call back! Checked in AM no email no call's no Flowers!

Blooms Today’s website was super easy to use. The flowers arrived on time as scheduled and looked amazing! The price was better than most sites! I will definitely use them again.

I found this through Groupon and the flowers they delivered to my mother were excellent. However the service follow-up was not great. I ordered online and the next day I was notified that the flowers I ordered were not available for delivery to my mother's neighborhood. Okay, that's fine, so I changed my order to another nice picture. The flowers were supposed to ship the next day by UPS (Wednesday), but never were picked up. Several days passed until finally I called again to ask what's up, and was told the flowers hadn't shipped as I had been promised. So the flowers were delayed in shipment to my mother by 5 days, which wasn't a great customer experience, though my mother didn't know and loved the flowers anyway.

Beautiful flowers at a reasonable price. Delivery was on time. I will definitely order from Blooms Today again. A very satisfied customer.

Very easy website to navigate. Well informed of delivery. Very pleased. Not sure exactly how the flowers looked since it was a sympathy bouquet and I live about 3,000 miles away from delivery point.

I have used Blooms Today on 2 separate funeral occasions in the last month. Both times I have been extremely pleased with the floral arrangements. They were much bigger than anticipated, and the flowers were beautiful. The price was fantastic, and I was able to use Groupons each time to make it an even better deal.
I will be a customer for life now.

Price: I bought a voucher on Groupon for Blooms Today for $20 a supposed ($40 value) with free shipping. I was under the impression that I was getting a great deal but that was not the case. I paid Groupon the $20 for my said $40 value voucher, which then led me to Blooms Todays website and there I choose a $75.00 flower arrangement which said 50% off ($35.00) next to the flower arrangement. So I figured $35.00? Thats a steal for a said $75.00 arrangement. I thought heck yea....$35.00 plus 5.00 for the vase=$40.00, deduct the $20.00 I already paid on Groupon... leaves me with a $20.00 balance. I was good with that so I thought but at the check out, I had a total balance of $42.00 so between Groupon & Blooms Today I ended up paying $62.00. How is that a deal? For a #20.00 deal?
Delivery: I always thought that when you buy flowers at a flower shop & have them delivered, they are delivered by the flower shop staff door to door service. Am I right or wrong? So I purchased these flowers for my beautiful sister who is disabled, has a (right leg amputee) and ambulattion is very limited for her. She's been going through a tough time these past few days and I thought me sending her flowers would brighten up her day atleast a little bit. However, I must say Iam very disappointed on the delivery time the delivery was made & the delivery manner in which the flower arrangement was delivered. UPS delivered, not a local flower shop as advertised. My sister lives in a 4 appartment complex type of housing. She lives on the top appartment of the complex and her door has a number on it. However, despite me writing an address with a appartment number on the address slip, UPS decided to deliver the flowers at 7:15pm per their tracking system, in which to me is late in the evening time. The day is almost over.. and to add injury....UPS didnt even deliver the flowers up to my sisters door. UPS left the (package) flowers outside near the front entrance of the complex. It was 8pm & I still had not heard from my sister, so I decided to call my sister to ask if she had received anything today and her response was "No why?" So here I had to spoil the surprise & ask her to send someone downstairs to look in the hall or outside for a package I had sent for her. Sure enough, there was the package sitting outside near the front entrance. If I had not called my sister, who knows if the package would've been stolen being that it is holiday season and its prime time for packages to be stolen. The flowers were sitting outside in the cold for 45mins before I made her aware. Im so disappointed. Having to call her to ask her if she received anything definitely took away from what I was trying to do for her which was to SURPRISE her. Nonetheless, she claimed she was happy and she loved the flower arrangement. Me on the other hand....Iam not so happy with Blooms Today & or UPS. I will not be using Blooms Today again

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I ordered flowers this past Friday for delivery today near Denver, Colorado. They waited until today, my delivery date & 3 days later, to send me a generic email telling me they don’t deliver to my area. I called the Customer service number immediately and a very rude lady, who refused to let me speak to a supervisor, After she offered no help and no resolution whatsoever, hung up on me. Unbelievable. She stated that they have no florist They work with in the Denver area they can deliver to me now or ever. Are you kidding me? Then why would you take my order? Then she tells me she can have something shipped to me via UPS but only from their most expensive “exclusive collections” that would cost me a minimum of $75 and waiting another 3 to 5 business days to get it. At this point I have no flowers and I don’t have a refund. I feel like I placed an order with them in good faith, they took my money, waited until the date they were supposed to deliver (then left me with no Plan B) then ultimately tried to extort additional monies from me. I cannot believe I wasn’t even offered additional flowers or a basic we apologize… Absolutely nothing but rudeness and being hung up on. Shame on you blooms today.

My mother is a caregiver to my father who was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Adjusting to this new role has been tough for her so I thought i’d send some flowers just to brighten her day. The arrangement I had ordered was no longer available so they sent me a text and follow up phone call (great customer service) to see how I wanted to proceed. I basically told the service rep to send whatever flowers they had. Boy did they deliver! My mom LOVED the flowers they sent. A week later they were still as healthy and beautiful as the day they were delivered. Will use Blooms Today again and highly recommend them.

Had no problems, delivery person called because no one was home. A little confused on the rewards program it kind of added me without me asking. But cancellation was easy. Flowers were great and card was perfect.

Not worth the time. I have ordered multiple type of arraignments and no matter what is ordered it is smashed into a 6x6 square box. So every single rose in each arrangement turns brown within a day. Not worth the energy or frustration. Bloomstoday has ruined several experiences with the lack of care in the packaging. White roses should be white for at least a few days, not turning brown and wilted within a day, same for pink roses. Despite conversations with customer service on the subject of packaging, they continue to ship every single arrangement in the same small box. If the flowers you are wanting to ship have ANY roses, do NOT use Bloomstoday! Your roses won't survive.

It was my first time ordering flowers online and wasn't sure what to expect. The birthday flowers my mom received was NOT like the one advertised on the website (or anything close to it). BloomsToday was immediately responsive, helpful, and offered a very fair solution to make it right. They even sent a complimentary bouquet for the troubles. They definitely stand behind their satisfaction guarantee, and I was very pleased by the quality of their customer service. I'd definitely order from them again.
