I ended up needing to change the address on the day of delivery since the mom was discharged from the hospital early, they were able to accommodate without any issues and extremely quick reply/service.

This company is a fraud.
Bought a $40 voucher.Problem is there are aren't $40 items to be purchased.So you are forced to spend another at least $22 on your credit card to use the $40 voucher.I do not recommend this co.

We appreciate you taking the time to write and we are sorry for the confusion. We try to make it as easy as possible to make a purchase using the Groupon voucher. We include the shipping cost with the product price and then the Groupon savings is applied to that amount. Other services apply shipping and other fees at checkout and can often come as a surprise to the customer.

I ordered flowers for the loss of a relative of mine to be sent in another state. There was no problem with the flowers being delivered but I did not know that by ordering, I was signing up for a continuous draft from my bank account. When I realized that a monthly 9.99 draft was occurring I sent an email to cancel this and through emails we never could get a follow up to cancel as it states on the website. It's been 9 months and they have drafted my account every month. It seems that this practice is unfair for someone trying to send sympathy to their loved ones during a sad time and I will never order from this company again.

Took 3 tries to deliver flowers to my daughter, a teacher, on the first day of school. Showed up a week late after I paid 3 different times because they were never delivered despite receiving emails saying they were in the school office. No compensation or apology bouquet at all. Saw 25 terrible reviews about extra fees etc...just like I had to pay. Saw them too late. Beware of the company. A third party broker for flowers. Florists don’t recommend them at all!

I purchased flowers from Blooms Today, online, in May, for my Mother’s Funeral. Let’s not even mention that the arrangement was NOT even worth the $60.00 I paid for it! The Sapphire blue vase it was suppose to have, and highly advertised, was a simple clear vase with a blue piece of cardboard in it. My real complaint is that after the purchase they have charged my credit card $9.99 a month for a “membership” I was never aware of! When I called today they said they would only refund for the current month! I have been ripped off for $10.00 a month since May! What if I had never found that charge and called the number? Who knows how long they would have done this!

We were contacted by the customer on June 3rd asking to explain what the $9.99 charge was. We contacted the customer and was only able to leave a message however, we did explain in that voice mail that upon placement of the flower order with Blooms Today, she was presented with an option to join the Blooms Rewards program and as a member would receive $25 off that order. We did not hear back from her until August 29th where she asked why she was being charged. We explained to her that this is an optional selection and must be checked by the customer at the time the order is placed and offered her one month back and canceled her account. The call was disconnected however, we did call her back and left a voice mail message again, explaining how she selected to join the program and that by paying the initial $9.99 she received $25 off her order. We advised we would refund the June, July and August charges and if she would like the initial payment refund we would need to recharge her for the $25 discount she was given. We again confirmed three credits were being issued and her account is canceled so there will be no additional charges. We advised if she would like to request the initial fee back to please contact us to discuss further. As of today, we have not heard back from her. Upon further review today, it appears she was not happy with her original flower order therefore we have issued a refund of $50.99 which also, refunded the initial charge of $9.99. At this time she has been issued a total of (4) refunds of $9.99 each and (1) refund of $50.99.

A very pleasant, enjoyable experience. I’ve ordered twice so far and found customer service both friendly and professional. The best part is that the flowers sent were exceptionally beautiful and fresh. Bloom is definitely my flower sender of choice.

Funeral. Flowers arrived on requested date at proper location. Had HOPED but not expected the arrangement to be as good as it looked online; Most places never are, from my experiences. The flowers were not only as shown in the picture, but were huge! And absolutely beautiful, even better than in the picture!
As a matter of fact, so good, that the funeral home had placed them right beside the casket. There were many flowers there, but none as pretty as what was delivered from Blooms Today. Well Pleased! Will use them again, without hesitation.

So I got a Groupon for this flower delivery service and thought what a nice surprise it would be to send my mom flowers as thank you for being my mom but also have it delivered on the birthday of my grandma whom passed away. It was supposed to be special, meaningful and a complete surprise. Needless to say, that didn't happen. I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Friday. I got an email while I was on the phone with my mom saying that the flowers had been delivered. I was super excited to be on the phone with her during the surprise but nothing happened. Before we hung up the phone I asked if she had gotten a delivery, she said no. I asked if she could check outside? She did and there was nothing. I then said goodbye, hung up the phone and called Blooms Today to find out what happened. They said they were informed of the delivery but they would track it down and call me back; which they didn't. By this point my mom was worried about me, so I had to spoil the surprise and tell her what was up.
Saturday morning came and MY MOM CALLED ME to ask if I had heard anything. She said she still never got the flowers and I said I never got a call back, so I called Blooms Today again. They said they would redeliver them and gave me a $5 discount. Seriously!!!! You ruined what should have been a very special surprise. You've made my mom reorganize her day to make sure she's home to get the flowers. Made me track you down and I get $5 for this trouble. I would have been better off making the hour drive down to her house and delivering flowers myself. It would have been less trouble and a better experience. Thanks so much for putting a black mark on flower delivery service, my dead grandmother's birthday and ruining a special surprise that was meant to bring a smile to an old lady's day. Oh but I got to use a Groupon that really sucked and I got an extra $5 back for the pleasure. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

If it was possible to give "Negative Stars" I would have chosen the option. HORRIBLE!!
The first time I ordered flowers from Blooms Today was for an Anniversary. The flowers never arrived on the day they were supposed to be delivered. I wasn't informed that the delivery wasn't going to be made. I had to follow up on the delivery throughout the day and still it never arrived.
Like a fool I saw a Groupon (I love Groupon) deal for Blooms Today and thought.. "Hey, why not.. Ill give it another try." Maybe it was a one time thing.
Well that was a mistake.. The order was to be delivered to a business and just like the first time I ordered the flowers never arrived. The next day I used the online Chat via the Blooms Today site and explained what had happened. I was informed that they were trying to reach the florist for the information and would get back to me shortly. It was also told that the issue was being escalated to the Operations Team in order to expedite the process.
I had asked instead of emailing if they could please call me back with the status. Due to the Holiday (July 4th) the flowers needed to be delivered no later than 2:30 pm. Seeing that the delivery was missed yesterday I would appreciated this being made a priority. Several hours went by with no call. My guess is the "Escalation Team" was hanging out with the Florist.
Therefore, I called the "800" and was told that they were still trying to contact the florist. Letting the rep know that time was running out could she get me some answers. I just received the same reply. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that she was not available and that the supervisor would call me back. I then asked if they are still having an issue with the florist will they be contacting a different vendor to ensure delivery. I was told yes.... Well I guess I wasn't invited to the party because the supervisor never returned my call either.
After another two hours I called back once again and this time was told that the florist was still not responding to the requests. I then asked if Blooms Today could contact another florist to get the delivery made. I was told NO.. (Hmmm.. That is not what the experienced customer service rep told me earlier when I called.)
To ensure delivery that day I had to cancel my original order and would have to be credited which would take 3-5 business days. Then Blooms would rebook the order which would go through another vendor. "May I have your CC# please"...
Get your popcorn out.. It gets better... I receive a call from Blooms after I have been told rebooking will ensure my order for delivery that day .(Now I guess I should be thankful they actually contacted me this time.) The order can not be delivered today. They can deliver it on Friday. Now keep in mind it is Wednesday and should have been delivered on Tuesday.
I was done at this point. I do not have time to babysit and order all day. I spent after adding up all my time via the net and phone hours. I charged my card two times and have to make sure both refunds go through. A beautiful gesture turned into a disappointment.
My issue other than the flowers not being delivered on two separate occasions is follow through, poor management and accountability.
When working in the floral business you are working with sensitive situations. Per the below reviews Funerals, Birthdays, Mother's Day, Etc....
There seems to be no integrity or value. I had asked several times to be connected to Corporate. I asked for Corporate's email address and phone number. I was given the general email and phone number for Blooms Today. When I called the rep out on this I was told that is all she had available to her.
Shame on you for ruining someone's special day or taking away the gift of someone saying goodbye and honoring a family member.
Thumbs Down.. That is my "Siskel and Ebert" review..

I purchased flowers on 11/17/2016 from Blooms Today. Since this purchase, I have been charged $9.99 a month for a membership in a rewards program called Blooms Rewards directly from my credit card. This is from 11/17/2016 until today. This is 32 months times $9.99. The line on my credit card statement was never investigated by myself until yesterday. But showed up monthly as FLT*BLOOMSRWRD on my statement from 11/17/2016 til now. I cancelled immediately when I discovered. I have never used Blooms Rewards, signed in to Blooms Rewards website or knowingly signed up to be a member of Blooms Rewards and am looking for a return of this membership fee from 11/17/2016.

I have been charged $9.99 for the last 6 months for a rewards program that I don't recall signing up for. Last month I filled a complaint with my bank so they could stop this charge. I even had a new bank card issued yet the fee came out again. I have had trouble contacting the company, always being disconnected or No answer. I see there are many complaints with this company concerning the rewards program. I have never used it and never will. I want this stopped immediately. I dont want fees taken from my account for something I don't use.

The customer placed an order online 12/19/18 and was offered a discount of $25 to their order as a benefit of joining our Blooms Rewards program. The customer selected the option to add this at that time. We attempted to reach the sender on 6/10/19 to discuss this complaint but where only able to leave a voice mail message. Based on the request filed with Revdex.com to cancel the membership, the account has been cancelled and 5 of the 6 charges have been refunded. We also advised to contact us if additional help is needed. At this time the account is canceled and no further charges will be processed.

I purchase a one-time flower delivery from this company. This was only a one-time order, in December of 2018.

They keep billing my credit card monthly for $9.99. I've called them several times and they say they've cancelled this billing, but they keep billing me!

I have to deal with my bank every month so that they can reverse the charge. They have even contacted this business to stop billing my card, but that hasn't worked.

Even if they snuck in a monthly subscription for flower delivery in the fine print, I immediately called them when I saw I was billed again in January.

Please help!

We have contacted the customer to address the complaint. Our records do not indicate any call has been received by the customer nor the bank. We have resolved the complaint and refunded 5 months of charges and cancelled the account so no additional charges will be incurred. No further action is needed at this time

Cancelled a funeral arrangement one day before the funeral, because no florist could deliver. I called three florist in the area and they all agreed they could do it.

Unfortunately, on rare occasions we are unable to locate a florist in our network that can deliver or a particular item may not have been available in the recipient’s location. In either case, we do attempt to advise Blooms Today customers as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

Scam alert! I paid $70 on Saturday for a bouquet of flowers to go to my uncle at the hospital, to be delivered immediate. Four days later they STILL have not arrived and the company can’t explain to me what happened. Awful. Never ever waste your money on Blooms Today
