Missed delivery of flowers for a funeral and didn't notify us until the following day by email. When we called all they offered was 10% discount or refund. Seems that they really blew this and during this very hard time. Their representative on the phone even gave my wife attitude and tried to blame us. As a business owner I don't like to resort to bad reviews because I know every business makes mistakes, but having bad customer service is something that is not tolerable.

I have been ordering from this company for over ten years and always been local florist delivered, but now my orders are being delivered boxed up. For the price I paid, I would have gone to somewhere less expensive for the same boxed flowers. I even called last time they delivered boxed flowers cause I thought it was just a one time thing, but now flowers are all boxed. I am so livid and very, very disappointed having a mother’s day bouquet delivered as boxed item. I will NOT be ordering from them anymore.

I ordered flowers for a relatives birthday on Friday 4-27-18 and wanted flowers delivered on Saturday 4-28-18. I was charged a Saturday delivery fee, which I paid. I received a call today 4-28-18 and was informed that the company did not deliver flowers on Saturdays and the flowers would not be deliveredon Monday 4-30-18.

I received an email from Blooms today informing me a prior purchase I made with them provided me a $20 voucher for future purchases. I followed the exact steps outlined in the email to redeem the voucher: To apply voucher:

1 - Go To: www.bloomstoday.com/*** - Enter the voucher code of your original voucher purchase.

3 - Click APPLY VOUCHER and enjoy $20 savings!

When I entered the original voucher code as directed, it said to please enter a valid voucher code. I called the company to get help as I was following all the steps accurately. The representative told me it was a *** issue twice, and after telling her the email was directly from Blooms Today and having to read the entire email to her verbatim, she said she could put the voucher through for me. When I tried to make the exact purchase that I tried to make with the link provided, the price from the represantice was much higher ($66) than the price on the link in the email($30). I told her that the price provided in the email was much lower and she said the price she was giving me was after taking off the $20. I would like to make the flower purchase st the price provided in the link in the email ($30).

I ordered flowers on 1/28/18 for 111.97 -- and have been charged 9/99 on 1/28; 2/28; and 3/28. I did not signup for this at all.
I have filed a complaint with my credit card on these charges -- and I want them to stop and request refund of 9.99 x 3 or $29.97.
I also want these monthly charges to STOP. This is no acceptable business practices to receive a Better Business Rating so high.
Please advise of how this will be handled by you. Thank you for your help in getting these charges to CEASE. And to notify this
business (website) of this fraudulent practices. I am sure that I am not fthe first person to be involved in this scam. You must have had others report this to you. Thanks

I purchased a $20 *** for a $40 value worth of flowers through Blooms Today. I was completely dissatisfied with the item that was delivered to my mother in-law for her birthday vs. the item that was shown online & the "discount" that was supposed to be given. The link through *** that I had to go through to the Blooms Today site is very deceiving & I feel that it's falsely advertised.
Blooms Today only shows you their high value priced bouquets making you think that you're going to get this amazing bouquet for the $40 value that you purchased for $20 through ***. When in all actuality the bouquet is $80 and the "discount" they give you is that you pay your *** price plus the price that shows highlighted in red upon checkout. The checkout page is not clearly marked to show you that you'll be paying additional nor does it show where your *** code is applied making it look as if you're paying just the the *** amount (falsely advertised). So I paid $20 for my *** and then paid an additional $40 for a bouquet that looks like a $20 bouquet from the grocery store. SO for a total of $60 an overpriced bouquet that looks like a $20 bouquet from a grocery store was delivered. My mother in-law was happy & that's all that matters, but I feel that Blooms Today has false advertising for the product that was delivered & the way their website is set up.

I called Blooms Today to try and resolve the issue because they have a Money Back Guarantee & they told me that I received an $80 bouquet for a discounted price. The customer service rep was in no way helpful nor was he professional. I explained the situation to him & he made me feel as if he was "confused" by the issue. I stated that I was not happy with the bouquet or the misleading checkout process & asked for a credit for the item that was purchased, he then raised his voice to me & stated there was nothing he could do about the situation.

I ordered from a link on an obituary from Legacy. I ordered the "spring has sprung Mixed basket" for $59.99 which shows several blooming plants in a basket, for the funeral. I was charged $59.99, $18.99 for standard service, express fee of $9.99, Saturday service fee of $3.99, care and handling fee of $2.99. For a total of $95,95 for an Azalea plant.The reciept states "florists choice", still, one would assume the mixed plants could be different than what is shown......not one blooming plant that was small in size AND not at all what I ordered!!! Not even close to a basket of mixed plants, flowers or anything else. EXTREMELY disapointed in a service that preys on peoples emotions during difficult times. Shameful!

Absolutely horrible. The arrangement I received looked nothing like the photo. Ruined my anniversary present!!! Worst 80 dollars I’ve ever spent!!!!!

I ordered flowers online for a funeral, via a link to Blooms Today from Legacy.com.
I received an email that the flowers had been delivered.
I went to the funeral. I did not see my flowers but I was not concerned because it was a big funeral.
AFTER the funeral I got an email that the flowers had NOT been delivered.
WHAT?
I called to complain and was told, “Wow, so sorry for your inconvenience; we didn’t actually deliver the flowers. Would you like us to try again?”
THE FUNERAL ALREADY OCCURRED.
Do not waste your time or money with these is.

Ordered a funeral arrangement for a funeral for a family member. Received confirmation of the order then was called to let me know there were no florists that could fulfill the order. They would be releasing my money in 5-7 business days. Found multiple other options to have a delivery made in plenty of time for the funeral. Will never use Blooms Today again!!! Don’t order or your taking a big risk!

I order a flower spray on Friday 2/2/2017 for my uncle funeral service which was lined to his legacy and I order a spray Friday morning at 8:00am you claim that you reached out me and my voicemail was full that is incorrect information, so you sent me a email at 3pm I called you back and you advised me since it was a cremation service that we cant sent the flower spray . that we would have to sent a vase arrangement In which I agreed to and the customer service rep assure me that it would be ready Saturday morning before the service . I got a call from a private number at 10:50 TEN MINTUES BEFORE THE SERVICE STATING THAT THERE WASNT GOING TO BE ANY FLOWERS DELIVERED AND THAT THE FLORIST WAS NOT EXCEPTING THE ARRANGEMENT AND THAT THEY ONLY HAVE 3 FLORIST IN THE AREA . IM COMPLELTY APPULAED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THERE RUDENESS AND NO EMPTHANY THAT THEY SHOW TOWARDS CUSTOMER . I WILL BE CONTACTING THE *** AS WELL ATTORNEY GENREAL AS WELL FOR THERE FRAUDLANT BUSINESS PRACTICES . YOU TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND THEN SAY I APOLIGZE WE HAVE ISSUED A REFUND THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT 7DAYS TO GET . My review is about Bloomstoday. I received a dozen roses for my birthday and they were received by time promised and in perfect condition.

My nephew *** died December 21. I initially ordered flowers on the website December 24. The transaction did not go through. I did not receive an email confirmation as it stated on the site. I reordered the flowers from my hotel on Dec. 24 to be delivered directly to the funeral home for Wednesday night. No flowers were delivered. When I investigated, the only florist in Roanoke Rapids reported that they waited multiple hours after closing for Blooms today to return their call to no avail. I called again on Thursday morning at 9:00 when customer service was open. I was informed no flowers would be delivered. My sister and I were on the phone at the same time to customer service and were told inconsistent reasons for why the flower order could not be fufilled.I was told that the didn't have a florist in their network. I said respectfully that was not my problem. This issue has cause me extreme emotional distress. They called me in VA. Obviously, I was in Roanoke Rapids for the funeral and burial on Dec, 28. I let them know this situation was unacceptable and I would make a complaint accordingly.

I am rejecting this response because:
They have only called one time with a good number to return their call. They have not reached out through email at all. I have not received my money back for the Blooms rewards membership. I tried to reach put to the business over the weekend. Neither Rose or Linda was available at that time. This entire ordeal has cause emotional distress to myself and my family.

I did not knowingly sign up for a Blooms Rewards membership, and I noticed they have charged me $9.99 membership fee for the past two months. I want a refund of $19.98.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my husband's best friend's visiting hours/memorial service via ***.com (on the funeral page) 3 days before the event. When we arrived at the service I looked for the flowers to make sure they were nice. Our arrangement was not there. I immediately called Blooms Today from the e-mail confirmation I had received. Their ad & recording states that they deliver even on short notice and use the best local florists. The rep told me there was a small delay in delivery according to a note on my order. I asked to speak to a manager and received a call back. Allegedly delivery by *** (so much for using local florists) had been attempted but the funeral home was not open. She contradicted herself there because she then stated that she checked with the funeral home and they have a side entrance open all day for deliveries. She offered a 20% refund & a delivery by 5 pm. The visiting hours had started at 4 pm. I was furious because we were very embarrassed not to have flowers there and 20% was not cutting it for me. I told her I wanted a 50% refund & delivery in 15 minutes. She then said she would issue a full refund with a 5 pm delivery. At 4.13 pm I received an e-mail that they could not locate a florist to fill my order and had to cancel it. After I placed another call, which was turned over to the escalation department, I waited in vain for the promised call back. After we got home, I noticed a voice mail from 5.17 pm on my home phone that they could not fulfill my order. My suspicion: They had no intention to handle my flowers from the start and were going to pocket the money, assuming we either wouldn't be there or wouldn't notice. Once I called they scrambled to find a local florist at the last minute. If there had been an arrangement in place, why couldn't that have been re-delivered? Or why wouldn't I have been notified the day before or in the morning?

After learning of a delivery problem on the first arrangement we tried to find a local florist to deliver. With such a short time until the service after learning of the initial missed delivery, we were unfortunately unable to arrange a new delivery. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused ***. Our Operations Manager was able to reach out to her and offer resolution. We have issued a full credit and am also sending the arrangement complimentary as requested. Blooms Today considers this as resolved.

Used a coupon code back in Feb to order some flowers for my wife. Since then they have been charging my card 9.99 a month for some sort of Blooms today membership which I NEVER agreed to. The only thing I ordered were flowers and that is all that was on my invoice. Looking back at my invoice I can see in small print the following text:
"Continue to receive access to member benefits, including $25 off Blooms Today purchases, for only $9.99 a month. You may cancel membership anytime after your 7th day of enrollment by calling 1-800-371-6048."
This was snuck in on the invoice in small print. Very sneaky, deceptive and underhanded. Disputing this with Citibank now. Beware of ordering anything from bloomstoday.com

I ordered flowers for my step daughter which is in the hospital recovering from a surgery. The flower arrangement and teddy bear and get well ballons that I picked out and paid for was not even close to what they delivered.The ballons didnt come and the fower arrangement looked like a little kid put it together and the teddy bear didnt even look like the one on there website. I am very upset with this company because when I called and talked to customer service the guy I spoke to was rude and tryed telling me that the florist they used was following thier guide lines. Thats a joke when they dont even know what the arrangement looks like that they sent. I wish I could post a picture of what they sent and one of what I paid for. I will not ever use this so called company ever again.

We ordered flowers for a funeral and received several confirmation emails about the order and the delivery. The flowers were not delivered and when we called BloomsToday, they claimed that the date was listed wrong and so it was not possible to deliver the flowers. The date was listed correctly on the email we received so we can only assume that this was an error on their part.

I am writing a good review for BllomToday because much to my surprise after being entered into a monthly agreement @ $9.99 a month ,while ordering flowers for a funeral. BloomsToday sent me a confirmation of cancellation of my membership within minutes of receiving my emails and refunded my money for the months I was charged within 3 days. I appreciate the timely manner with which they responded to me and returned my money

I received the most stunning floral arrangement from Blooms Today for Mother's Day! It was fresh, all the flowers bright and cheerful, and the Godiva chocolates so yummy. My kids ordered it for me and I was so pleased with the fast delivery and beauty of the flowers. Hope to receive more flowers from Blooms Today in the future. I really appreciated the quality and personal touch.
