Overall I had good experience with my second refinance with Blue Brick Financial. Sr. Loan Processor Melisa D[redacted] is outstanding! She is very professional, smart, responds to emails and phone calls in timely manner. She cleared all obstacles to close the loan on time. We had to sign closing documents on weekend & she answered my phone calls after 9 PM, that's excellent customer service! Ask for Melisa D[redacted], she’s the best!!!

Rebecca at Blue Brick Financial provided excellent service during our refinancing. She kept us well informed on the progress and clearly identified the documentation that was needed to complete the transaction. This was our third refinance through Blue Brick and all have gone smoothly.

Linda I[redacted] was great at helping in completing my refi request. She answered every call I made within a very short time when she was unable to answer her phone. Exceptional customer service.

She was the only one that followed up on my request after I agreed to complete an application.

It was weird that you made the loan refinance without being face to face with a broker. Blue Brick is that kind of company. Every document was sent and received electronically. There's no cost for this refinance. I would like mention Mary Branco who is the Sr. loan processor in BBF. She helped collect the necessary documents, answered my questions and made it so my re-finance case could be closed ASAP. I would give her a thumbs up.

BBF helped me refinance my mortgage. Rebecca A. was my loan processor. She helped me through the process from beginning to end. Communication was great. I never felt out of the loop.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Blue Brick Financial. Everything was handled on the phone and online. First American Title even sent a person to my home to sign the closing documents. My refinance could not have been better.

We have tried several investors and all have the same response:  Conventional loan limit is okay which was offered to Mr. [redacted] but did not accomplish his goals of refinancing...  anything above conventional limits (Jumbo product) will not allow for a "hobby farm" generating income on...

the residential property (Mr. [redacted] has an avocado farm = "hobby farm").  We received word from the final investor last week and then allow the decline letter to go out the applicant.  No money has been paid to Blue Brick Financial LLC.   Unfortunately, we are not able to do the loan that the applicant wants due to the use of the residential property.  This is out of the ordinary and no one had any reason to ask if the property was being used as a "hobby farm" before processing a loan for Mr. [redacted].  We understand his frustration.  We will pay for Mr. [redacted]'s appraisal.

I wish to register my deep appreciation of the assistance and guidance provided to me by the Blue Brick Financial staff at the various stage of my loan application. Particularly, I wish to recognize the positive influence and continuous and timely support of the senior loan processor, Ms Melisa Darby, who made the difference in my family's final decision to work with Blue Brick Financial.

Thank you Melisa and other blue brick teams, who involved in the processing of my loan in all stages and phases. I am now a happy and loyal customer.

Have to say wasn't too sure about this company until I heard from Miss Theresa T[redacted]. After she came on board things started to go forward pretty fast. I and my wife would definitely recommend this company as long as she there. Thank you Miss Theresa for work superiorly well done.

This was a very positive experience. Misty was great to work with. The loan too longer than expected but I understand why. If needed I would use Blue Brick again.
