Blue Brick was a good company to do business with. I worked a lot with Misty G[redacted] who was great and a pleasure to work with. Any question I had she answered it promptly, she was always easy to get in touch with and answered any questions I had, if she did not have the answer she found it out and got back with me. I'm really happy with the finance and I had no surprises. Thank you very much Misty G[redacted], Tom G[redacted] and Mike don't know his last name.

We are not appraisers and do not determine value.  We have no control over appraisal work and by design don't even have any contact with the appraisers.  We order and receive appraisals through 3rd party management companies as does all mortgage lenders.  This seems to be a...

complaint with the appraiser and/or with appraisal management company.  Their information is on the appraisal document that the borrower already has.  We did not receive any funds from the borrower other than authorization to order an appraisal with her payment going directly to the appraisal management company who coordinates the completion of the appraisal. We have questioned the appraiser and requested that he reconsiders the verbiage used to describe and compare the home to other homes with the [redacted].  His response was not favorable.  He was unwilling to change anything.  We are willing to dispute the appraisal given any pertinent information that the borrower has to offer.  We are also willing to order another appraisal at the borrowers expense.  If there is a better outcome, we will be happy to close a qualified loan and would reimburse both appraisals upon closing of the borrowers loan.

We tried since last September to refinance our loan and no one would help us. I was at the end of my rope and getting ready to throw in the towel! We were really stressed because our payments was going up again in Nov. 2015 and really thought we might need to short sale or foreclose. Finally, found an advertisement I got at home from Blue Brick, and I just said, 'this is the last try.' To my surprise, they said they could help us, ran our credit, and PRAISE THE LORD, the process began. Took 2 months and 1 week .... not easy to wait this long, but to gain we must sacrifice and have faith in the Lord! [redacted] (our loan officer) was an angel sent to us and helped us enormously. All paperwork was done by e-mail. Never went to any office; and notary came last night to sign the paperwork!!! We closed last night. Now we can sleep peacefully knowing that we are not getting a letter in Aug. that our payment is going up again in Nov. What a relief! The people involved in our refinance were ALL GREAT!!!! PRAISE THE LORD FOR BLUE BRICK FINANCIAL. I WILL DEFINITELY REFINANCE WITH THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!!!

I have just completed refinancing my home and would, without hesitation, recommend Blue Brick Financial for your financing needs. We had one slight delay because of the unfortunate passing of our loan officer, but once Julie Anderson took our file and started the process, it went without a hitch and she went above and beyond to make sure it was completed as fast as possible. In regards to no cost refinancing, they really mean it...even going as far as paying my VA funding fee....so my actual cost was really $0...and the APR was inline with other companies.

The refinance process was seamless with Blue Brick. Whitney Shetterly kept us proactively in the loop on the process of events. No surprises, just good customer service. We are quite pleased with the process and the numbers Whitney was able to secure for our loan.

Rebecca was on top of everything and was able to push our loan through to close quickly and get us a great rate. An all around fantastic experience!

1. This loan was closed for incompleteness.  We have requested income documents several times, verbally and electronically.  We have had the same request for documentation since the origination of the loan refinance.  We received many documents from...

the T[redacted], but never all of the requested items.  There were several attempts to explain that we did not receive everything.  The response from the T[redacted] was ultimately to send their documentation back to them.  Which leads us into the next topic.2. When we received the request for documentation be sent back to the T[redacted], we discovered that ALL of the documentation we received was electronically(via fax).  So we printed the items and sent that documentation back to them.  We never had any originals given to us. 
We are more than willing to continue the process of refinancing as long as we can obtain the correct documentation from the T[redacted].

At first the person I was working with needed prompting to move things along. That person left the company and then I got Rebecca A[redacted] to work with. She was excellent. If I had had her from the start, it would be five stars. Refi went quick after that and as advertised. If you refi with them, I recommend you request her.

Absolute positive experience with Blue Brick refinance. From Roger B[redacted] to Aron B[redacted] to Theresa D[redacted] and James J[redacted], all nice professional efficient people , they delivered what they promised .

Theresa D[redacted] followed up with me and answered all my questions in a timely manner, she is awesome . I do recommend doing business with Blue Brick.

I worked with Blue Brick Financial. Julie A[redacted] was my Sr. Mortgage Processor. She was fast and very professional. They promised to close in 40 days and they beat the target. My interest rate decreased and I was able to get rid of my mortgage insurance. This was the fastest and smoothest refinance I have ever experienced. What a wonderful experience! I was skeptical at first, a free re-fi? Really? Wells Fargo wanted close to $4k but Blue Brick Financial is the real deal!! They were professional, responsive and most important, honest . This was the easiest and most seamless re-fi I have ever done and it was FREE!!! I still can't believe it. A HUGE thank you to Rebecca Arellano, she is an incredible asset to this company. A+++ rating!!

This took 2 months to accomplish, but I believe it will be worth it in the long run. As everybody in Colorado is trying to refinance before the rates go up, I know how difficult it was to get all the paperwork through the process. Overall, the folks I worked with at BBF were very professional and always answered my questions. Callbacks usually took less than 24 hours. Melisa D[redacted], my loan officer, was knowledgeable and very experienced. I would recommend BBF to others who want to refinance their loan at a great rate.

My experience with Blue Brick was trouble free, all promises were kept and the process exceeded my expectations. Roger, Aaron and Misty were very professional and prompt. I'm glad that I made the call.

Whitney Shetterly was very helpful through the entire process of refinancing! I was pleasantly surprised as I had read mixed review about Blue Brick Financial. Whitney was friendly and answered all my questions in a timely manner by email or phone. Most of the things I read is that they are slow in their processing, but I found it was due to our time frames that things went slowly because we weren't as responsive or took our time getting back to them. The entire process was very smooth and would recommend them to anyone.

Our loan process with Blue Brick Financial from first contact to closing took about 6 weeks. Everything went smooth and was truly a no cost refinance, just as promised!
