I have been involved with the Real Estate profession for over 35 years. I had my own home refinanced through Blue Brick Financial. At each juncture, the person I spoke with was professional, took as much time as I needed, ask me to provide documentation, which I did in a timely manner, and they in turn, responded with their next step in the transaction quickly. The entire process ran less than 1 month. A notary came to me for signature, and the transaction recorded. I am completely satisfied.

I was very pleased with my no cost finance as it saved me $75 a month off the monthly payment. Whitney Shetterly was great to work with and made the whole process as quick and hassle free as possible!

All in all a good experience. Communication was lacking at times, but Julie was always great to get back to us with questions and make sure we were well informed - pleasure to work with!

End of the day, loan was funded, helpful group of folks to work with - I would recommend to a friend!

I have used Blue Brick Financial twice now and I have to tell you that I am sold. I have never had anyone call me after a deal to say they got a better interest rate for me, knowing last year I needed to pull a second mortgage, they kept in contact one year later to tell me they could finally do it. They kept the notes and came back around as promised with a better interest rate and no fees.

I can't tell you enough how this has changed my life this year. Every time I would email Carrie, she responded in 24 hours. I have to give them credit because I was not a perfect customer; I work hard and I want things done fast. This company is efficient, thorough and confident in the process; I am now too.

I contacted Blue Brick financial as they had sent me a form letter soliciting a 3.25 % refinance. I called two days after I received the letter and was told the offer was 3.75%. I indicated the letter said 3.25% and I was told the letters are shipped out without any real knowledge of the true interest rate. I proceeded anyway. I paid the appraisal fee (to be reimbursed upon closing) and signed the paperwork I received. Then I waited a couple of weeks without any response from Blue Brick Financial. I waited two more weeks and then sent emails and phone calls requesting a status. I never received any response of any kind. It has now been six weeks and I have still received no response from the company.

This is not a valid complaint as the borrower has locked rates and is proceeding to closing.

I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca A[redacted] to refinance my mortgage. The process was quick and easy and Rebecca kept me informed on how things were progressing and what steps we needed to complete. I have used this company twice now and have been impressed with how they treat clients. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Please note that refinances take time which is not the fault of the lender who processes your loan. Ms. L[redacted] will handle every concern you have and fixes issues quickly when they arise.
