I just happened to actually open a piece of junk mail and had a refinance offer claiming virtually no closing costs. Since I'd just barely refinanced my house I was not interested in closing costs wrapped back into the loan AT ALL! Out of curiosity I gave Blue Brick Financial a call and after talking to them and seeing how the process worked I decided to give them a try because they could get me a much better rate and eliminate my mortgage insurance. Whitney S[redacted] was the Sr. Loan Processor and was by far the most helpful processor I've ever worked with. Everything was done via email and this was hands down the easiest process I've ever been through in over 20 lifetime real estate loans/transactions!

Working to refinance our house was a great experience with Blue Brick. The process was smooth and easy and we were given everything we were promised. There were no gimmicks or hidden fees/costs and Julie A[redacted] answered dozens of my questions during the process promptly and clearly. We were very happy with our experience!

I responded to a letter sent by Dan R[redacted], owner/broker of Blue Brick Financial. I wanted to know how they were to provide me with a "no cost" refi on my current home. Once my questions were answered to my satisfaction, I started the process, helped initially by Bryce K[redacted]. Bryce guided me through the initial steps and processed the paperwork required to get my refinance started. Once my initial paperwork was completed, I was handed over to Julie A[redacted], Sr. Mortgage Processor. In very short order my application was approved and the final papers were signed to complete the refi of my home. Both Bryce K[redacted] and Julie A[redacted] were polite, professional, and totally competent in every way. I now have a new 30 year mortgage with a lower rate & lower monthly payments. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the process I experienced with Blue Brick Financial . I would recommend them to anyone.

Blue Brick Financial has been very responsive when they did my refinance. The process went very smooth and along the way when I had a past residential address issue messed up in public records, they have taken care of that too. Great company to refinance with.

I refinanced my mortgage with Blue Brick in June. Overall I think things went well. Julie Anderson is the representative I worked with to process everything. She let me know quickly when she needed more documents or information. I started the process April 13th and finished on June 30th. Getting a mortgage refinanced is a long process, and it requires patience. They were true to their marketing that there aren't any closing costs you will be responsible for at the end.

Julie A[redacted] did a great job helping me with my mortgage loan. This is the second time I've used Blue Brick to refinance my home and would highly recommend them.

The process started out quite rocky but once Melissa D[redacted] got the file the process moved along much better. Thank you Melissa for getting the loan funded and closed. [redacted]

Our new mortgage loan closed last night. To say I am impressed is an understatement! We tried to refinance our existing ARM twice with national companies in the last seven months and finally had to throw in the towel as they asked for a never ending stream documents! It took one lender four months to process our request and we were within two hours of closing when they called and said their loan review department wanted to take another look at our file.

The BlueBrick application process was fast and painless. We are very pleased with our new loan and will definitely contact BlueBrick should we need another mortgage and we will refer family and friends.

Almost 2 months exactly to refinance our home. Everything done by e-mail or fax except final closing papers which were brought to our home by a "floating notary" . A whole new experience for us..."seniors". Julie and Mike handled our process very efficiently with only one glitch when a document didn't go through the fax and I only found out about it when I followed up several days later...only a few extra days added to the process. As promised in the mailing we received: no closing costs!

I just closed a refinance with Blue Brick (Roger B[redacted]) and they were professional and took care of things in a timely manner. They also offered better rates (with no fees) as compared to several other lenders (including credit unions). I had some past challenges and they worked around them. Melisa D[redacted] was my processor and always answered her mobile phone and got back answers quickly. She was great.
