We find it unfortunate that Mr*** does not find our response satisfactory However, Mr*** did receive what was contracted for and any concerns have been corrected Mr*** has a lifetime warranty and we continue to be ready, willing, and able to address any concerns per his warranty should the need arise now or in the future We will not be issuing a credit for a contract that has been completed and lifetime warranty remains in place for

The application process for our financing company *** is done in the home via an online application The complete terms of the plan the customer chose is sent directly to the consumer from the finance company The different plan options were discussed in the home and the customer chose the plan with the longer terms We have offered previously to have the plan changed to the 0% interest plan and the terms of that plan; however, the customer refused THe customer wants the 0% interest with the terms of the 9.99% planThat is not possible or offered The 0% applies to a month deferred plan and the customer did not want that plan as they would have to pay it off within the months or else interest would accrueAgain, we would be willing to work with the customer to see if the finance company can switch his plan, but he would have to accept the terms of the 0% interest plan

They have not been out to my house to review the windows twice as stated. Once a window rep came out and looked to make sure that the windows were installed properly. I have not heard directly from Champion Windows at all since then. All communications have been thru you. They have not made an offer to fix the problem only to explain how it is not their fault!

[I think we are crossing each other in the mailWe have spoken to Champion about rescheduling the installationOur argument and position all along is that no one discussed the option of replacement vscleaning, as apparently they are "too busy to call back all their clients"The lack of communication is completely ridiculous and this is what is unacceptable; this is what our original complaint was abutMy husband is going to call them back today, 2/29/16, and see if he can anyone to discuss optionsRight now, all we're getting is the scheduling departmentChampion has skipped a critical step here]

We have received a copy of the above complaint and appreciate the opportunity to respond While it remains our position that the damage was not caused by Champion installers, we are prepared and willing to allow our insurance carrier to review the property damage Mr*** is claiming
Our insurance carrier will determine liability if any; however, this will be handled separately from Mr*** balance and we will not be reducing the contract amount Our insurance carrier will be contacting Mr***

The warranty provided to Mr*** is a Lifetime warranty for as long as he resides in the home At Champion we stand behind our product, installation, and warranty and at no time represent otherwise Champion has one of the best warranties in the home improvement industry and we will continue to honor the warranty that was presented to Mr*** As previously stated, Champion is prepared to allow our insurance company to review any damages that Mr*** alleges and address any items that are determined to be Champions responsibility However, we are not amenable to discounting the contract We continue to be agreeable to address the concerns per the agreement and warranty

*** *** This is a weak responseIt was not just the Screen Door that is at issue - again I will go down the list.1) Order was made on 4/8 with final resolution on 8/- months?? for a sliding door?2) The door has been in dis-repair for over a month and a half (outside of the missing screen door) a) The door was not properly adjusted making it difficult to open and close b) Blue foam insulation was protruding from the Caulking c) The molding used to trim the door was the wrong sizeSo from June to August we were stuck with a door that did not work properly, with insulation protruding from the caulking, with wrong unfinished trim.3) We were also to get a Front Door which they measured for and damaged the trim around it - figuring they would replace with the new doorturned out they did not have the door we were looking for so the damaged trim has been from April to August 8... So we were left for almost mos of some type of dis-repair for a simple sliding glass doorI had to take additional time off to allow for corrections to be made as well as not having a complete door We paid a significant amount when the door was installed, but we were stuck with incomplete work and door componentsWe should be provided restituion/credit for our time and effort as well as the delay in functioning door.
