I cannot accept this response until the issues are resolved, no contact has been made since the last meeting at ny hone with the said manager, no discussion made on how I would be conpensated for these issues either...

10/18/16 2:19 New Owner [redacted] called wanted to know status on transfer. [redacted] (Champion Svc Dept) explained it had already been completed in our records but if should would like we could send her a copy of warranty with her name on it with the 1yr expiration date of 9/20/17. She...

said "ok", thank you. That would be fine.  10/19/16 12:09 [redacted] (Champion Svc Mgr) called new owner [redacted] to let her know a copy of warranty was placed in the mail today. I inquired as to when she posted Revdex.com complaint, was it before or after her conversation with Champion on 10/18/16. He only comment was "yes". She hung up on me after she stated she called on another date/time and was told she would receive a call back. We (Champion Svc Dept) do not have record of this phone call.  Typically the original homeowner is required to call in warranty transfer within 30 days of sale of property; Champion then updates all records for each installation as well as expiration dates. Original homeowners have the option to give their copy of the warranty to the new owner at closing of the property or they could request documents from Champion. No documents were requested by original homeowner but was requested by new homeowner on 10/18/16. Not sure when she sent Revdex.com complaint filed but it sound like she just needed reassurance the warranty was transferred over into her name. She just wanted a copy with her name it which has now been provided at this time per new homeowners request.

As discussed at Mr. [redacted]' our Division Manager reviewed his concerns internally with the Installation Department.  A follow up visit has been scheduled to address all of Mr. [redacted]' concerns at his home on 8/17/17.  Champion does not discount projects in lieu of addressing complaints.  Once all of Mr. [redacted]' concerns are addressed during the scheduled visit, our Division Manager will follow up with Mr. [redacted]' personally.

Business indicated they mailed the customer a letter and dinner certificate after everything was taken care of.

No action was taken by BCBS to address my concern. I cannot just randomly give my provider $500. This issue will not be solved until they waive the $500 required for them to cover 80% of the cost of a new wig. This stipulation is clearly aimed to prevent people like me from receiving all the benefits of our medical insurance. It's ridiculous. This issue will not be solved until BCBS waives the $500 requirement.

Nobody is moving my legal [redacted] claim to payment.  Took 7 weeks for first paperwork to arrive, and now waiting 8 more days for next letter; over 3 months and counting.  [redacted] enforcement shouldn't take more than my request to obtain said funds.
