Review: I have read multiple complaints regarding Bold Hardware Co., and the business I work for is in the same predicament. We purchased merchandise from this Company back on March 25th, later calling to cancel the order due to the delay, but was told that there was no order placed, despite charging our corporate card for almost $1,500. Upon attempts to email them, and call them (of which there phone numbers listed on their website are now disconnected), we have been unsuccessful. I see the Revdex.com's comment that "it appears the Company is no longer in business". That is simply NOT THE CASE. I was on their website today, and as I was navigating around, a chat box popped up with a guy named [redacted], who was asking me if he could help me. I, of course said yes, and asked him if there was a valid number that I could have to call and place an order. He gave me the number, but dummy me, closed out the chat box before I wrote it down. I did call and he answered the line (says it is his direct line). I proceeded to tell him about our dilemma, and he tried looking up the order, of which he could not find (keep in mind, earlier in my write-up, we were told there was no order to cancel because there was no order placed). He would not let me talk to anyone in the accounting department, and asked me to send him a copy of our statement showing the charge. I did that and am now waiting on his response. His email address is [redacted]. Isn't there anything else that the Revdex.com can do? This Company is obviously still in business in some form or another ([redacted] may be working out of his home), and stealing from people everyday. This Company has to be stopped.Desired Settlement: We want a refund of the purchase price that was charged to our Corporate credit card back on March 25, 2014.

Review: Our order [redacted]. Ordered on 2/28/14. Our funds were withdrawn from our bank account on 3/4/14. Called on 3/11/14 for status of order (unable to track on their website). Told the order was shipping the next day. Emailed/Chatted on their website/called on 3/18 again and told would ship on 3/21 and arrive on 3/24. Again on 3/25 told would be shipping on a Wednesday - I am assume they meant tomorrow 3/26.I am disturbed and concerned that our funds have been withdrawn and cannot get a definite status and tracking of this order and when the delivery date will be. I have just now left another message with their customer service and no response. This lack of attention has caused me great delays and putting my project on hold, which is causing problems.Desired Settlement: If I cannot get a real and definite date of delivery, I want my money refunded as soon as possible. I have to start from square one and find another company that can deliver.

Review: I placed an order for product. I checked backed 2 days later to get tracking #. The product didn't ship and was told it was shipping that day. I called back to get tracking # a few days later which took some time to get a hold of someone. They said product didnt ship but was shipping next day. Called back again two days to be informed it was shipping Friday. This is from their website: Orders placed before 4PM Eastern time are shipped the same day. You will receive your tracking number by email so you can track the progress of your order.Sounds like false advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!I asked to have the order cancelled. They had already charged my company card $210.53 on January 20, 2014. I was told it takes 15 days for credit. As of March 6, 2014 the credit has not been credited back to my company credit card. I have contacted credit card company and I am disputing the charge since I cancelled the order and never received the product.I have sent email and left messages for John at extension 117 with no return phone calls. I have yet to have an email returned. They will actually chat with you on line at website but won't return phone calls.This is from their website: Bold Hardware Co. prides itself on its unwavering honesty and integrity. We strive to create a positive experience from your order and we will always "do the right thing" by our customers.Farthest thing from the TRUTH!!!!!!The website they have may be immpressive but their customer service is the worst I have seen in 40 years. Review: This complaint DOES involve delivery, but most especially customer service issues. I ordered 2 drawer slides from this company on January 3, 2014. I did use the least expensive method of shipping; ground from CA to TN. I knew it would take 7-10 days. After 2 weeks, I called the company and spoke with a representative and he said it looked like it was shipped considerably later than the Jan. 3 date, but that it should arrive soon. Since that time, I have not received the merchandise, and I have emailed and left voicemails, and I have been held on hold in excess of 20 minutes when I have phoned, waiting to get an answer as to when my items would be shipped. I did speak with a woman, after waiting on hold that time for 10 minutes, and she promptly transferred me to the gentleman I needed to speak to.....and THAT went right to his voicemail. He never returned the call. I have never received an email regarding the merchandise. I am now simply looking for a refund, but today when I called, the phone was answered with a message explaining that all customer service reps are busy and to leave a message. You then hear that, at this time, you are not able to leave a message and to try back later. I really just want my $30.71 refunded so that I can look for my drawer slides at another company. Review: I ordered and paid by credit card, drawer slides for my kithchen from a [redacted] at Bold Hardware Company/drawerslides.com - total was $140.54....I can send the receipt if needed. Nothing ever arrived. I contacted Ms. [redacted] by e-mail and she responded it would arrive in a week.....nothing ever came......no response from the company to any e-mail or return phone call since. To my dismay, when logging on to the site, there are numerous posted complaints.....just like mine. 1) How does a business continue to be in business when it appears there is considerable fraud? Are there not some legal issues with this company, or is it because I am out-of-state that they can do what they appear to be doing with impunity? 2) How do I get the drawer slides....or my money back?Your help would be greatly appreciated. Review: I placed an order on March 24, 2014 for a project relating to my business. On april 3,2014 we contracted [redacted] via email [redacted] ) to inquire about the delay of shipping. on April 3,2014 we received a reply back from [redacted] stating the product would be shipped april 4,2014 and have them to us the following Wednesday. since that conversation, we have not yet received our product. I have called their 888 number which had previously had a disconnected recording, and now has a voicemail box setup - but does not mention the companies name on that voicemail setup. I have emailed [redacted] several times to no avail, and had numerous "chat sessions" which I have records of stating they no longer offered that project and since it was over 30 days since they charged my credit card they would now have to issue me a refund check. To date ( May 5,2014) we have yet to receive the product or a credit back to my credit card, not a refund check for the charge. a total of $461.71 was paid to and collected by Bold Hardware co. (aka Drawerslides.om) on 3/24/14 Order number [redacted]. We have made several attempts to resolve without going this route of reporting that company, however they have been unwilling to resolve this matter in a reasonable time frame, and feel since they took the credit card payment and we never received the project, they should also be responsible for the interest charges we will incur from the credit card company. however we are willing to settle for a full refund, in order to clear this matter.Desired Settlement: Credit refund to credit card used in the transaction or Certified Bank check only. NO BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE HONORED BY THIS COMPANY, as we have a feeling it will not be honored.

Review: I placed an order for $171.90 on 3-13-14. Never received a confirmation or tracking e-mail. Never heard anything by 3-20-14. Could never get anyone to respond to a phone call, just get a recording so I sent an e-mail asking for a response. Got a reply back that the product ships from the manufacturer and was told that they spoke with the manufacturer and it would ship on 3-24-14.Sent another e-mail on 4-10 to [redacted] and have had no response As of 4-15-14 I have still not received the order and no one will answer the phone. The $171.90 was charged to my credit card on 3-16-14.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund or credit for this order.

Review: I ordered 4 drawer slides on 2/4/2014 and still haven't received them. About a month after ordering I called the company and spoke to someone on the phone. They said there was a stocking issue but that it was cleared up and they would send the items the following day. A few weeks after that I still hadn't received the items. I tried calling again but was on the phone for 20 minutes without talking to anyone. Meanwhile I went online and chatted with a representative who said they would have the product sent right away. It is the end of June and I still have not received the product. My credit card has been charged months ago. I tried calling both phone numbers listed on the website and both are disconnected. I chatted with a representative online who said he (Joe) would send my request for a refund over the the accounting department right away. I suppose it is unlikely I will get either my money back or the product I ordered but it seems criminal that they still have there website up and would apparently take money for new orders with no intention of filling them. All the while the chat service rep(s) are maintaining the image that this is a functioning company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund ASAP.

Review: I paid Bold Hardware $98.32 on Thursday, 6 Feb, for a pair of drawer slides. I received a confirmation of payment, within a few hours, but after a few days, I had still not received shipping confirmation or a tracking number. I tried to contact Bold customer service, but was told to leave a message. No call back. After several attempts, I finally got the automated system to put me on hold. After 28 minutes, it sounded as though someone picked up, but no one would answer me. After about 15 seconds, they hung up. I then contacted the manufacturer directly, Ryadon Inc. They had received no order with my name or confirmation number, and suggested that I ask for a refund from Bold Hardware since they had recently been receiving similar complaints from other customers. [redacted] gave me the name of another distributor that I could use to purchase the slides if needed.A couple of days later, I was navigating the Bold Hardware site, drawerslides.com, looking for alternate methods of contacting them. By luck, a pop-up indicated a request for a chat session. I accepted, and I chatted with [redacted]. I explained the problem, and she said that they were having the slides shipped directly from Ryadon that afternoon, Thursday, 13 Feb, and I would receive a tracking number 12 hours after shipment. By request, she was kind enough to provide her email, [redacted]@drawerslides.com.The next day, Friday 14 Feb, I contacted her stating that I still had not received a tracking number. She responded later that day saying that she showed the order as shipped, and had a call into Ryadon to get the tracking number. On Tuesday, 18 Feb, I called Ryadon again to see if I could obtain the tracking number since I had heard nothing back from [redacted]. Ryadon confirmed no order was received for me from Bold Hardware. I contacted [redacted] again, and later that day she said that my order would ship that afternoon. Within 5 minutes I asked her for a tracking number, but 2 days later, 20 Feb, still no reply.Desired Settlement: I request either shipping confirmation or confirmation of a refund. I also request that they fix their customer service process so that future customers receive adequate and timely feedback on their order, such as written confirmation of shipping as well as tracking numbers if applicable. Future customers should also be able to easily contact customer service. If their customer service is not improved immediately, their Revdex.com score should be downgraded. They do not currently deserve the A+.

Review: There is more than one complaint here, but I only had the option to pick one.They include; Delivery Issues, Refund/Exchange issues, and Sales issues.I ordered a set of Lock in Lock out drawer slides (Item number 11066) on January 5th 2014 from www.drawerslides.comI have sent repeated emails dating the 17th January, 24th January, 27th January, the 3rd February and lastly the 18th February. I have received 3 emails back from drawerslides.com over the course of the last 46 days since I placed an order, all of which assured me the product would either ship in the next few days or the following week and it has not.I have attempted to call the company and left messages to which they have failed to respond back or even acknowledge that I have called.I have repeatedly asked for a tracking number on my order, or that they provide me with a full refund and again have been ignored. I am starting to wonder if this is a scam, as no credible business in this day and age would tolerate such dreadful customer service and communication.My order number is: [redacted] Thank you for your help in this matter,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to be issued either a FULL refund or have my original order delivered in the next 7 business days.All I ask is this fiasco come to a conclusion.

Review: I have contacted this Bold Hardware Co/Drawerslides.com 4 times. The first time on the phone the male that I spoke to said that my items were going to be shipped the next day and that I would receive a tracking number following it getting shipped. A week later nothing. I attempted to call again but could not get through. I then emailed and was contacted stating that they were getting shipped and would be shipped straight from the manufacturer and that it would be shipped on 5th of February, that it would take 5 business days to receive and that I would receive a shipping number. I then emailed the 8th asking for a manager to contact me my phone or email and have still not received a reply.The only way to get a hold of anyone is to sit on the site and wait for the pop up asking if I need any help looking for a product. Yesterday was the final straw. I asked two separate individuals about my shipping and was disconnected until finally someone gave me an answer. The same one that I have received three times. IT IS SHIPPING TOMORROW! Getting tired of that answer. I also talked to different individual yesterday that said they don't know when it is going to ship because she can't get a hold of Ryadon and that it is frustrating them (exactly what a customer wants to here).The site stated same day shipping, the item states usually delivered with in 1-6 business days. 20 days later and item has not moved. I have a pile of wood that I am waiting to cut so I can get the right dimensions.I wish I would have been told the truth the first time I contacted someone and I probably would have cancelled my order. You are still sitting on nearly $200 of my money and I still have no product. I feel CHEATED and DECEIVED. The item on the website still states 1-6 business days to receive. I feel they have had ample opportunities to rectify this situation.Desired Settlement: 1. My item expedited.2. I feel my shipping and handling should be refunded.3. Fix the website if it isn't actually in stock then don't state that is, if you can't keep your sites promise of same day shipping them remove it.4. Give employees classes on customer service(tell them the truth) not just what they want to here.5. Some sort of resolution for being misled by customer service.

Review: Placed an order on 2/26/14 and my credit card was billed $87.77. After about two weeks, they finally told me it was out of stock so I canceled the order. My credit card was never credited back my money for the order. I did talk to someone on their "chat" section on the website a couple of times. At each time he told he would forward it onto accounting. Never got anything. I tried calling their customer service number but all it says is that their attendants are busy but leave a message and they will call back. I left about 5 or 6 messages and I have not heard from anyone. Wrote about 3 or emails regarding this and still no reply. There is not way to contact anyone there about this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like the credit put back on my credit card or a check issued to me for the $87.77.

Review: I ordered drawer slides for this company online on February 24,2014 with my debit card and took the payment out of my account on February 27, 2014. It is just about April 1, 2014 and I have not received them. I have tried calling a number of times and have not got a call back. I received the conformation number that they were ordered but no conformation what day they were supposed to be at my house. I figured they would be in two days since I paid extra for the shipping.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the 3 sets of slides that I ordered or a total refund of my order.

Review: Dec 31, 2013 I placed and paid in full for my order. Email exchange with customer service agent [redacted] from jan 27-29... I was told UPS lost my product but she would not provide the tracking number... when questioned about that and requesting a refund on my shipping charges because it was taking so long she has stopped emailing me all together now.Desired Settlement: At this point I will still take the product if they want to pay shipping otherwise I'd like a full refund. They can delete negative comments on their facebook page within a minute or two of it being posted... but they can't email customers who are unhappy? 5 weeks I've been waiting... I deserve at least an honest email explanation..

CALLED TODAY AND THEIR PHONES HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED.Desired Settlement: WOULD LIKE GET THE AMOUNT OF $46.57 REFUNDED TO MY VISA.

Review: I placed an order with Drawerslides.com on February 4, 2014 for 12 pairs of Accuride 22 long model 3834sc drawer slides in black. I received a confirmation of the order placement and charge to my credit card immediately via email. Since then I have been unable to get any information about the order. Phone calls result in being unable to speak with anyone and unable to leave a voice mail. Email inquiries get no response. And, obviously, I have received no drawer slides.The order number is [redacted] and the merchandise was to be shipped to my home address.Desired Settlement: either fulfill the order and notify me immediately of the status or refund the purchase price and let me know.

Review: Ordered hinges 2-23-14. 3-14: attempted to chat for status of order (3 times) and was disconnected each time. Called 3 times and was disconnected each time. 3-17: called and chatted and was disconnected. We sent an email and received a response that order was to be delivered 3-19. 3-21: when the order was not delivered I sent an email for status. No response. 3-24: sent another email for status. No response. 4-1: another chat and call was made (disconnected again by both). An email was sent for status again. An email was received late 4-1 that order should be delivered 4-3. 4-2: sent an email asking for tracking number on order and received no response. Today is 4-3: still do not have order in hand.Desired Settlement: We want the company to provide us a date for delivery, along with the tracking number of the order. We want the delivery in hand no later than 4-12-14. If this cannot be met, we want a full refund (our credit card was charged on 2-24-14 for the full amount).

Review: [redacted] purchased a product from Bold Hardware Co., Inc on March 26th (order #[redacted]). Item was a: 5150 - Rev-A-Shelf 448-BC Pull-Out Base Organizer - 5" Width X 19" Depth - Wood for a total of $133.11 plus shipping $25.61 making the Grand Total $158.72. This amount was taken out of our account on March 26th. April 9th I emailed Bold Hardware checking on the status of our purchase. [redacted] of Bold Hardware confirmed that the item would arrive on "tuesday." On April 18th I contacted [redacted] inquiring about the item which had not arrived and received the following reply: "This item is not available any longer I have cancelled the order and a refund is in process." I have since made attempts to contact Bold Hardware via email and phone to no avail. [redacted] has not received a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like Bold Hardware Co., Inc to refund Portland [redacted] account $158.72.
