I was very impressed with Bonney Plumbing, LLC from start to finish. To begin with, they responded to my phone call requesting service by sending out a technician the same day, within two hours, to inspect and service our heater and AC units. [redacted], the technician, was very polite, informative and thorough in his inspection and service of the units and picked up and installed the parts needed the same day. He was very responsive to our questions and provided us with options to choose from for regular servicing of the heating and AC units to maintain their performance efficiency.

Kandy B. came out to our home for a quote. She had us sold immediately. She has excellent customer service that makes you feel like a friend- not a sales rep. I feel extremely comfortable in choosing Bonney as out home services expert! I highly recommend.

Called Bonney at12:00 Saturday on 01/07/2016. All technicians were busy, made appointment for the following day. They called back 20 minutes later said they could have a technician within the hour. Dave Avilla arrived promptly, gave me a very good quote and started the job. As with most jobs nothing is as simple as it appears. Dave was supper, he resolved all unforeseen problems and completed the install beyond my expectations all for the agreed upon quote. Most reviews use a 1 to 5 range, 1 being low and 5 being high. I give Dave 10++++++++++. Super job Dave!

We had Shane E[redacted] from Bonney Plumbing come to fix our water heater and were very pleased with his service. He was friendly, knowledgable and very well-trained. We will definitely call on Bonney Plumbing again if ever the need arises.

Joey O. came this morning my complaint was diminished cool air flow from our central air registers. After a thorough inspection he found a kinked main duct and an overcharged (too much coolant) refrigeration unit. Our central has had four services calls or inspections with poor results.

Joey got the AC working good. $88. He advised a change to one duct which would be done in the future. I am very happy with his performance.

Clinton R was polite, was very knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions and provide excellent customer service as well as fixing the problem.

Our service technician, Vitaliy I., did a great job in explaining the issue we had experienced with our air conditioning as well as providing information on how we could make our system more efficient. We had a lot of questions and he was able to explain things in a way that made sense to us non-HVAC knowledgeable people. He was very courteous and polite and we felt that he provided information without trying to push anything. Highly recommend him as a technician and happy to see Bonney employing such great employees. Thanks for the great experience.

Excellent service periodically with purchase of new furnace and ac unit. Good to know that professionals are taking care of our equipment. Jesus and Andrew were efficient and went right to work checking all operations of the system. We have piece of mind that all is being checked regularly.

My air conditioning wasn't working properly to keep up with the heat of the hot summer days. Who do I call? I was nervous! After researching I decided to call Bonney. From the initial phone contact to the end of the home service call I was very impressed. My service tech, Nick King, did an outstanding job. Not only did Nick fix the problem in a timely manner, he took the time to listen to my many questions and explain everything. He went the "extra mile."

On Friday July 26 we had Kirk with Bonney come out and do a repair on our furnace. He recommended that we look into repair a few more parts on the furnace, A/C unit.

We had him set us up with a free estimate.

On Monday August 1st Eddie Russell and Marvin came out to give us options of what we would like to do.

Both of them helped us chose an option that was best for us. They both were very helpful and friendly.

We decide to go with a new A/C unit, and furnace.

Scheduled a diagnostic appointment with Bonney. They called prior to coming out as well as sending me an e-mail with the picture of the technician that was going to be conducting out diagnostic service. Joey O[redacted] was awesome! Not only was he polite and extremely knowledgeable, he completely put my wife at ease as he explained what the issues were and what was needed to correct them. Thanks to Joey we well make sure that we use him for ALL of our Heating, Air, and plumbing needs.

It was good to have Gabriel *. (HVAC tech) come back and complete the filter and hard starter kit installation .. Gabriel is very thorough,professional and pleasant.. A great combination..
