Kirk is very knowledgeable and helpful, he got to the house and asked a few questions regarding our HVAC issues. He was very professional and yet he explained the issues in a way we were able to understand. He gave us a quote and explained everything and the importance of following up on the repairs. We were very pleased with his work and will be requesting him back to finalize the repairs once a decision is made.

Our air conditioning stopped working so I called Bonney. The technician that was sent to our house was Vitaliy [redacted]. My husband and I could not have been more impressed with his service. He explained everything to us in detail, answering all of our questions. Then he went with the plan we chose of replacing the motor with a different brand. That motor ended up being 1/2 inch too tall for the space! Vitaliy did all he could to make it fit. He worked on it for nearly 2 hours. Then he came down and told us we needed to get the same motor that had come in our townhouse. Ugh! He said that since that was a special order he would have to come back and it could take up to 4 days. He also said he understood we were without air conditioning and he would do his best to get it as soon as he could. He was able to get it the very next day! He came out, replaced it, explained more about how the air conditioning unit worked, and even showed us the old motor and explained how it failed. We could not have asked for better service or a better technician. Thank you Bonney for hiring superb technicians like Vitaliy.

I really liked the service I received from Bonney, the Tech explained what was the problem and even let me watch him while he fixed the problem. The main problem was fixed and there is another problem that needs to be fixed but I was not pressured to fix it at that moment. I like how from the time I made my appointment until it was done that all of them were very very professional. I would recommend this company over and over again.

Kirk with Bonney Plumbing, LLC did a great job for us. He was prompt, polite, and able to resolve our issue. He did a diagnostic check on our furnace, and found the part that went out. He had a replacement part in his van, and was able to get the furnace back up and running. He did a full diagnostic check of the furnace, and a/c.

Kirk went above and beyond in the repair of our furnace.

When it is time to replace our a/c and furnace the great job that Kirk did will lead us to use Bonney.

I HAD SEVERAL TECHNICIANS, JOHN M. WAS THE 1ST ONE, WHO CHECKED BY HVAC SYSTEM & SAID IT WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY. THEN BOBBY T. & MATT CAME THE VERY NEXT DAY & INSTALLED A NEW UNIT. I ' M VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR COMBINED EFFORTS. THE PRICE WAS ABOUT WHAT I EXPECTED TO PAY, BUT ALL 3 WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING EVERY STEP.

Our technician was very professional, spent a lot of time thoroughly going over our heating/air system and advised us about the type of wooden registers being restrictive for the air flow, which we did not realize and will correct.

My spouse and I are very satisfied with their service.

With regards to technician Robert "Bob" T[redacted], he and his partner, Matt, did an Excellent job of installation of a new system, duct-work,supply register work and thermostat The Inspector confirmed their work a few days later.
