Owen was all business and got down right down to it as soon as he entered the house I liked this! It made me feel that he was not here to waste my time or his It didn't take long for him to tell us that he couldn't find a thing wrong with our furnace It quit during the night days prior and, although I tried several times to turn it on over the next hours, it would not work Of course it hurts to pay $for that, but, you can't expect people to work for nothing I questioned him about the service plans his company had to offer & he seemed very knowledgeable about them all He did not push any one plan over another, however, he did make a recommendation for a couple of different ones and he explained in detail his reasons for each The choice was totally left up to me and I made it Owen was a consummate professional in every way and I respect that very much

This company was great to deal with - from the moment I spoke with Lynne, to confirmation from Christina letting me know that their technician Steven R would be at my house shortly the process was professional and courteous Steven offered several suggestions to my questions and took the time to answer them He did a thorough job on the fireplace and the furnace - I was impressed with this company and purchased a service contract on top of the service I called in for I am confident in their ability to resolve any issues we may have and will deal with them for all or our heating, cooling and plumbing needs
