Aaron was helpful and took the time to explain what a furnace "tuneup" included and the overall operation of my high efficiency furnace. He explained the annual contract and made a note to remind me to renew next year.

Shawn [redacted] arrived on time and save our day. Our toilets are twenty three years old and the main bathroom flooded and what a mess .When Shawn arrived we were finished the clean up and were ready not to do that ever again .We ask Shawn about replacing both toilets ,he explain about the new toilets .Because our fixtures were in gold trim ,I wanted new taps as well .To my husbands delight ,Shawn said your tub and sinks don't need to be replace ,which cut the cost .We replace the taps in the sinks and tubs .Replace the toilets and now have two beautiful modern bathrooms .The job was done quick and perfect and the bathrooms were left clean and neat .I appreciated they put everything back under the sink ,which I had forgot to remove .Thank you for a excellent job.,Ross and Karen [redacted]

JEFF from BORDER plumbing was at the house at the designated time. He was pleasant and most informative. We in fact signed up for the one year service contract as I know Jeff pointed out some great features and we know we are are being looked after. Thankyou for a job well done.
