I'd like to say thank you to Justin for his help during his visit this past week. This was the second time this month we had experienced this malfunction and we were desperate to get to the bottom of the problem. It is a helpless feeling when your furnace just stops heating the home for no apparent reason, especially when it is cold outside. Justin completed his inspection and then took the time to sit down with us and explain in lay-person's terms what he had identified as the problem. He also shared possible ways to prevent it from happening in the future and, if it did happen, the correct method to bring the unit back on-line safely and effectively, thus ending our fears of freezing in the winter's frigid temps.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their service. From the first phone call I felt totally at ease that these people were there to help. Thanks Border.

Great Service! We had Brad come to fix our furnace when it died. He was very knowledgable and very professional. I knew we were in good hands (which really put my mind at ease). He arrived on time and even squeezed us in on a late Friday afternoon for an assessment. In a city where it is very hard to find good customer service. Great, thorough service from Aaron for our annual furnace inspection. Other companies we have had do the same service took about one half hour but Aaron was here for over 1.5 hours. He was also very friendly and gave us advice on when to replace the filter as well. Highly recommend him and Border Plumbing and heating.

We have dealt with Border Plumbing, Heating & Air for several years checking our furnace, a/c and plumbing and recently needed to replace our furnace.
Julius and Dustin came on time and did a very good job . They made the best decisions in regard to installing the new intake/outtake pipes as we bought a high efficiency furnace this time. They were both knowledge and got the installation done in a timely manner. They left the working space very clean.

This company was great to deal with - from the moment I spoke with Lynne, to confirmation from Christina letting me know that their technician Steven R would be at my house shortly the process was professional and courteous. Steven offered several suggestions to my questions and took the time to answer them. He did a thorough job on the fireplace and the furnace - I was impressed with this company and purchased a service contract on top of the service I called in for. I am confident in their ability to resolve any issues we may have and will deal with them for all or our heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

Aaron Short arrived promptly on schedule. His approach was courteous, friendly, and efficient. He had been to our house before; he knew where the thermostat was, where the furnace was, what to look for. After about an hour, he gave us a summary of his findings. He didn't try to push us to do unnecessary repairs or get unnecessary services. We were happy to deal with him.

I would like to thank Steve for an excellent job in maintaining our AC for the sommer 2016.

Steven R came to our new home to service our gas furnace and gas fireplace. Did a great job! The fireplace is spotless clean, and the furnace after some fine tuning is noticeably better. He also checked all the gas fittings for leaks. Steven is a a very nice guy with great service skills and his work is highly recommended!

Border Service Technician Adam [redacted] provided a furnace tune-up and once again I was impressed with his professionalism. He was on time, efficient and very good at conveying what he had done. Thank you.

Once again 1st class service from Border Plumbing, Heating and Electrical. It starts with the front office/phone staff who are amazing and make you feel like you are the only customer that matters. They are helpful polite and efficient. We were called to schedule our annual air conditioning inspection and Steven showed up exactly on time and did a great job. He is always very proffessional and efficient.
