Hello and thanks for taking the time to help others with their consumer issues. Regarding my issue, I've seen the response from Kitchen Tested (KT) as they will refund my money but it was not their fault.I disagree with the KT representative's explanation because my account is my email (***) which my new Alaska Airline credit card is on file AND which they had wrongfully chargedWhen I cancelled they emailed me at *** with a cancellation notice.(Please see attached screen shots: #is their confirmation #is showing my account is inactive when I try to log in.)Currently I am waiting for the refund before I do anything more, but I do not accept KT's excuse.How do I proceed with your process in my case? If other consumers are researching KT on the Revdex.com site then they need to understand what really happened.Thank you,*** ***
