I've received the cancellation confirmation and have verified that my payment information has been removed from their website. Short of waiting until the trial period is over to get absolute confirmation, this is as far as I can go to verify their claims. In regards to Complaint #[redacted],[redacted]Our records do indicate that Ms. [redacted] signed up for an America's Test Kitchen website membership on August 19, which continued to an annual membership on July 2. Ms. [redacted] also  signed up for a 14 day trial of our Online Cooking School membership...

on August 19, which continued to a paid monthly recurring membership on July 2. As requested, we have cancelled these memberships and refunded the charges of $69.95 and $39.90 to her credit card. Due to a system limitation, we are unable to refund the remaining $39.90 to her credit card, and the remaining amount will be refunded by check.
