service were met. We apologize for any misunderstandings there may have been in regards to our terms and conditions at the time your order was placed. When your order was initially placed on 1/11/18 you paid $4.90 and $4.95 respectively for pur Pure Eyes and Pure Release Cream. You also opted to pay $2.49 for expedited shipping and a free month as a VIP Rewards member. As it is stated in the terms, from the day you place the order, you have until the 14th day to call our 24/7 customer support center if you wished to cancel your subscription. When you did not, you were thereby charged the full retail price of the products you received, and were given a monthly subscription to receive these products right to your doorstep. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I accept it.As such, I have no reason to further communicate with them. Their business practice is unacceptable to me. I will await the refund in the amount of $89.95 in 4-7 business days. I thank you very much for your assistance, without which this matter would not have been resolved through their so-called "customer service" staff.

I am rejecting this response because:Boy they are so very helpful regarding this situation. Here are the dates you requested: charged $88.98 and $89.95 on 2/20/18, those were both refunded on 3/9/18. There was a third charge to my account on 3/7/18 for the amount of $89.95. This charge has not been refunded to me as I'm sure they can see on their records. Thank you, [redacted]

The order was placed on 2/28/2018. The package arrived on 3/05/2018.  According to them the 14 day trial starts the day you Place the order.  I cannot Try something I have not received.  A transaction was initiated on my debit card on 03/13/2018 to debit  from my account $89...

twice.  I was furious and called customer service and cancelled the product. .  They refused to give me their business address or anyone higher in authority so I could send a written complaint. I got the address from your website.I called my bank to see if I could stop the transaction  The lady who I spoke with me from the bank and found the phone number told me this product was at [redacted].  I will be going to [redacted] today to see what their price is.
