I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I accept itHowever, Purely Organic refunded the majority of my costs however that is only because I caught them in a technicality proving they violated their own terms of agreement. I showed that they billed me prior to their own defined evaluation period by more than hours.Just because they refunded most of my money, the other complaints about this company, though my opinion, still stand. The deceitful practices of this company are disgusting and taking advantage of people. Not so long ago this company would have been run out of business but today most people just take it and don't say anything. I am saying something. In my opinion, the FTC or a State District Attorney should investigate this company and prosecute them for any and all violations of code, law and other regulations. I am doing my part to shed some light on the parasite like business practices of this company.I don't want anything from the company. I know they will never print a public apology, that's a pipe dream in our county todayI will leave it to our justice system to eventually take some action, if they ever do

The terms were not clearly stated. In fact I wanted to show my husband how deceptive your web site was and I can't even find it anymore. So far only of the shipments has been refunded. I am waiting for the other $to be refunded. I'd also like a link to your product purchase page to show my husband why this happened
