The order was placed on 2/28/2018. The package arrived on 3/05/2018.  According to them the 14 day trial starts the day you Place the order.  I cannot Try something I have not received.  A transaction was initiated on my debit card on 03/13/2018 to debit  from my account $89...

twice.  I was furious and called customer service and cancelled the product. .  They refused to give me their business address or anyone higher in authority so I could send a written complaint. I got the address from your website.I called my bank to see if I could stop the transaction  The lady who I spoke with me from the bank and found the phone number told me this product was at [redacted].  I will be going to [redacted] today to see what their price is.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I accept it.  I still feel this company should be shut down.  Their advertising is VERY deceptive as their product is NOT FREE at all.  You must pay for it.  And they did try to blackmail me into taking their offer of a 75% refund or nothing.  However, I am grateful that they refunded all of my money except for the shipping charges.  I can live with that.Thank you for your help in this matter.[redacted]
