Hello - We are truly sorry that [redacted] [redacted] has been inconvenienced by not receiving her order See status update below:The USPS tracking indicates delivery on Aug 20th, see attached.We have initiated an investigation with the carrier to see if any additional background or information is availableWe provide customers will all the needed steps to resolution at the time of the call as we find most customers locate the package quickly either by checking with neighbors or calling the post office directlyWe understand A [redacted] frustration at not receiving her package, however packages that are delivered but not received by the owner is a crime We require police reports on all criminal activity to ensure that the local authorities are aware of the problem While we agree this is an inconvenience for our honest customers, we feel there is a greater responsibility to report all criminal activity no matter how small the matter may seem.If [redacted] would prefer to wait to file the police report until after the results of the investigation that would be ok.Thanks [redacted] Charlotte Russe

I have been dealing with this since 10/26/I just want this done and over with alreadyI don't understand why it is so hard for this company to do what it promised to do.I want my promised refund of $IMMEDIATELY! I also want $for all the trouble, waiting, phone calls and time spent with dealing with thisI have done all the work trying to get this resolved and NOTHING was done on their sideI would also like an apology in writing mailed to me Regards, [redacted]
