On 12/5/I was promised a refund of $but I have yet to receive this refundI call the company and they tell me that they sent it and to check with ***I contacted *** and they say that the funds were never sent to themI then call the company again and they keep telling me that someone will call me back in 24-business hours but no one ever calls backI have called over times and spoke with someone via chat at least timesThis is getting absolutely ridiculous!!
