info with my email that is included in this complaint. I can't possibly supply a URL as I can't log into my account. This has been ongoing for more then 2 months . I receive notices of ongoing activity but although Facebook is supposed to be looking into the matter nothing seems to get done. It seems that "someone" reported me as fake, I assure you I am real. It seems ludicrous to suspend an account without the user having an opportunity to dispute. I'm sure anyone can call someone else fake I've had my account nearly 10 years with the same info. Why is it I only receive bot type responses? And can't receive a response from a real person that actuallly reads and responds to emails?

I unfortunately spent a lot of time in the help center over the past week with no luck. I can not access the original account that made the facebook page. A customer that I have lost touch with helped me create it. I made a new facebook account so that I could claim the page as my own but it will not give me an option.
This is my construction business page.

I would love to be able to access it from my new facebook account just so I can keep it up to date. I made an account using [redacted] and it is linked to my instagram. I would really like to be able to keep my business page and be able to be the admin on it. I already have over 20 people following and I barely had it active for much more than a week. I now created a better website that I would like to share on facebook and I also recently made an instagram for the business that I would like to let followers know. I really would like to begin my journey with facebook marketing, but because the page was made by an e mail address I do not know there is no way for me to log in and work on the page. I believe the facebook profile name was [redacted] who made my page. That is what the customer used for the admin account. I do not know the e-mail associated with that. I can probably guess the password if you can help me find which e-mail address the login was. The other option is to make me in charge of my facebook business page with my new account[redacted]

would like to know will there be an investigation into who hacked my account. I deleted my account almost 10 years and I'm upset it was not permanently deleted and someone was able to hack into it. I want confirmation the Facebook account has been permanently deleted with no possibility of being reactivated. Are you able to determine if after my account was hacked if someone spoofed my page, what information they viewed on my account, etc. I take my privacy and identity very seriously which is why I have no social media accounts. I want the account scrubbed from the web including cache files linked back to my old Facebook account recently reactivated. Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I have already tried contacting Facebook’s Support Inbox & Help Center and have not had any help resetting my password. Contacting the Revdex.com is my last resort because you won’t respond to any of my other requests. I have tried multiple emails and yet I receive no way to confirm my account. You have not given me an adequate solution to this.
In addition, I have learnt that you have post-blocked many people from posting in groups because you think they post too much. These are all people who have permission to post in said groups. You need to adjust your bot detectors as these people are not bots and you need to listen to all those appeals.
It is unprofessional to not have representatives to directly talk to about these issues. It takes days to solve a problem that could be fixed in an hour.

Dear Facebook employee. The option you recommended, which is to search for assistance in your help section, does not provide a solution. Furthermore, the hacker has become active on the hacked profile, has copied the profile image of my brother's new profile in order to fool people into thinking it's my brother and I guess to hunt for other victims on Facebook.The help section does not provide an answer, the various links to report profile as hacked do not help us. There is no other way out of this situation than to get someone from Facebook to personally look into the matter. We have all the proof you need to prove that the profile has been hacked and that we have been blackmailed and that the hacker is still active. Please, is there anything you can do to help us other than giving us links that lead to dead ends?
